EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS	DOUAI-RHEIMS
1 Luego harás el altar de madera de acacia; medirá dos metros y medio de largo por dos metros y medio de ancho –es decir, será cuadrado– y tendrá un metro y medio de alto.	1 Thou shalt make also an altar of setim wood, which shall be five cubits long and as many broad, that is, foursquare, and three cubits high.
2 En sus cuatro ángulos, y formando una sola pieza con él, le harás unos cuernos. Después lo revestirás de bronce.	2 And there shall be horns at the four corners of the same: and thou shalt cover it with brass.
3 Le harás recipientes para recoger las cenizas, y también palas, aspersorios, tenedores y braseros. Todos estos utensilios serán de bronce.	3 And thou shalt make for the uses thereof pans to receive the ashes, and tongs and fleshhooks, and firepans: all its vessels thou shalt make of brass.
4 También le harás un enrejado de bronce en forma de red, y en los cuatro extremos de la red deberás ajustar otras tantas argollas de bronce.	4 And a grate of brass in manner of a net: at the four corners of which shall be four rings of brass,
5 Luego pondrás el enrejado debajo de la parte saliente del altar, de manera que la red llegue desde abajo hasta la mitad del altar.	5 Which thou shalt put under the hearth of the altar: and the grate shall be even to the midst of the altar.
6 Le harás, asimismo, unas andas de madera de acacia revestidas de bronce.	6 Thou shalt make also two bars for the altar of setim wood, which thou shalt cover with plates of brass:
7 Y cuando haya que transportar el altar, las andas se pasarán por las argollas que están a ambos lados de él.	7 And thou shalt draw them through rings, and they shall be on both sides of the altar to carry it.
8 Harás el altar de tablas, hueco por dentro, y en su ejecución te ajustarás al modelo que te fue mostrado en la Montaña.	8 Thou shalt not make it solid, but empty and hollow in the inside, as it was shewn thee in the mount.
9 También harás el atrio de la Morada. Por el lado sur, en dirección al Négueb, el atrio tendrá unas cortinas de lino fino reforzado, dispuestas a lo largo de cincuenta metros.	9 Thou shalt make also the court of the tabernacle, in the south side whereof southward there shall be hangings of fine twisted linen of a hundred cubits long for one side.
10 Sus veinte columnas se apoyarán sobre veinte bases de bronce, y estarán provistas de ganchos y varillas de plata.	10 And twenty pillars with as many sockets of brass, the heads of which with their engraving of silver.
11 A lo largo del lado norte, las cortinas tendrán igualmente una longitud de cincuenta metros, y estarán sostenidas por veinte columnas apoyadas sobre veinte bases de bronce, y provistas de ganchos y varillas de plata.	11 In like manner also on the north side there shall be hangings of a hundred cubits long, twenty pillars, and as many sockets of brass, and their heads with their engraving of silver.
12 A lo ancho del atrio, por el lado oeste, habrá veinticinco metros de cortinas, con diez columnas y sus respectivas bases.	12 But in the breadth of the court, that looketh to the west, there shall be hangings of fifty cubits, and ten pillars, and as many sockets.
13 Y sobre el lado este, hacia el oriente, el ancho del atrio medirá veinticinco metros.	13 In that breadth also of the court, which looketh to the east, there shall be fifty cubits.
14 Las cortinas colocadas a un lado de la entrada medirán siete metros y medio de longitud, y allí habrá tres columnas y tres bases.	14 In which there shall be for one side hangings of fifteen cubits, and three pillars and as many sockets.
15 Las del otro lado tendrán las mismas medidas, también con tres columnas y sus respectivas bases.	15 And in the other side there shall be hangings of fifteen cubits, with three pillars and as many sockets.
16 Un cortinado de diez metros de largo, hecho de púrpura violeta y escarlata, de carmesí y lino fino reforzado, recamado artísticamente, hará las veces de puerta. Este cortinado colgará de cuatro columnas apoyadas sobre cuatro bases.	16 And in the entrance of the court there shall be made a hanging of twenty cubits of violet and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, and fine twisted linen, with embroidered work: it shall have four pillars with as many sockets.
17 Todas las columnas que rodean el atrio estarán unidas por varillas de plata; sus ganchos serán de plata y sus bases de bronce.	17 All the pillars of the court round about shall be garnished with plates of silver, silver heads and sockets of brass.
18 El atrio tendrá cincuenta metros de largo, por veinticinco de ancho y dos y medio de alto. Todas sus cortinas serán de lino fino reforzado y sus bases de bronce.	18 In length the court shall take up a hundred cubits, in breadth fifty, the height shall be of five cubits, and it shall be made of fine twisted linen, and shall have sockets of brass.
19 Los utensilios para el servicio litúrgico de la Morada, lo mismo que sus estacas y las del atrio serán también de bronce.	19 All the vessels of the tabernacle for all uses and ceremonies, and the pins both of it, and of the court, thou shalt make of brass.
20 Ordenarás a los israelitas que te traigan aceite puro de oliva molida para el candelero, a fin de alimentar constantemente una lámpara.	20 Command the children of Israel that they bring thee the purest oil of the olives, and beaten with a pestle: that a lamp may burn always,
21 Aarón y sus hijos lo deberán preparar en la Carpa del Encuentro, fuera del velo que está delante del Arca del Testimonio, para que arda en la presencia del Señor, desde la tarde hasta la mañana. Este es un decreto irrevocable para todas las generaciones israelitas.	21 In the tabernacle of the testimony without the veil that hangs before the testimony. And Aaron and his sons shall order it, that it may give light before the Lord until the morning. It shall be a perpetual observance throughout their successions among the children of Israel.
