BIBBIA VOLGARE	NEW JERUSALEM
1 E fece l'altare del sacrificio del legno setino, cinque cubiti per quadro, e tre nell'altezza;	1 He made the altar of burnt offerings of acacia wood, five cubits long and five cubits wide; it was squareand three cubits high.
2 i corni del quale delli canti procedeano; e coperse quello di piastre di rame.	2 At its four corners he made horns, the horns being of a piece with it, and overlaid it with bronze.
3 E in uso di quello apparecchiò diversi va selli di bronzo, lavezzi, forfici, fuscinole, uncini e ricettacoli di fuoco.	3 He made all the altar accessories: the ash pans, shovels, sprinkling basins, hooks and fire pans; hemade al the altar accessories of bronze.
4 E la craticola sua fece a modo di rete di rame; e sotto di quella in mezzo dell' altare uno altaruolo,	4 He also made a grating for the altar of bronze network, below its ledge, underneath, coming halfwayup.
5 con quattro anelli fonduti per tutti i canti della sommità del reticello, a mettere li chiavistelli da portare.	5 He cast four rings for the four corners of the bronze grating to take the shafts.
6 I quali e quegli fece di legno setino, e coprilli di piastre di rame.	6 He made the shafts of acacia wood and overlaid them with bronze.
7 E miseli nelli cerchi i quali soprastavano nelli lati dall'altare. E quello altare non era pieno, ma era cavo di tavole, e dentro vuoto.	7 He passed the shafts through the rings on the sides of the altar for carrying it. He made the altarhollow, out of boards.
8 E fece lo vase di bronzo, colla base sua delli specchii delle femine, le quali erano in custodia nell'uscio del tabernacolo,	8 He made the bronze basin and its bronze stand from the mirrors of the women who served at theentrance to the Tent of Meeting.
9 e l'atrio, del quale dalla parte australe erano li tentorii di bisso ritorto di cento cubiti.	9 He made the court. On the south side, on the south, the curtaining of the court was of finely wovenlinen a hundred cubits long.
10 Le colonne di bronzo XX colle basi; li suoi capi delle colonne e tutto il lavorio era scolpito d'ariento.	10 Its twenty poles and their sockets being of bronze, and their hooks and rods of silver;
11 Erano li tentorii dalla parte settentrionale, le colonne e le basi [e li capi delle colonne] di quella medesima misura; e di lavorio di metallo erano.	11 and on the north side, a hundred cubits of curtaining, its twenty poles and their twenty sockets beingof bronze, and their hooks and rods of silver.
12 Ma in quella parte che occidente guarda furono i tentorii di cinquanta cubiti, e X colonne colle basi di bronzo, e li capi loro scolpiti d'ariento.	12 On the west side there were fifty cubits of curtaining, with its ten poles and their ten sockets, thepoles' hooks and rods being of silver;
13 Alla perfine, contro ad oriente, apparecchiò li tentorii di cinquanta cubiti;	13 and on the east side on the east, there were fifty cubits.
14 de' quali XV cubiti di tre colonne colle basi sue uno lato tenea.	14 On the one side there were fifteen cubits of curtaining, with its three poles and their three sockets,
15 E nell'altra parte, la quale dall'una l'altra facea l'entrata nel tabernacolo, uguale di XV cubiti erano li tentorii, colonne tre, e altrettante basi.	15 and on the other side -- either side of the gateway to the court -- there were fifteen cubits ofcurtaining with its three poles and their three sockets.
16 Tutti i tentorii dell' atrio di bisso ritorto avea tessuto.	16 Al the curtaining round the court was of finely woven linen,
17 Le basi delle colonne erano di bronzo, e li capi loro con tutte le sculture loro erano d'ariento; ma quelle colonne dell' atrio vestì d'ariento.	17 the sockets for the poles were of bronze, the poles' hooks and rods of silver, their capitals wereoverlaid with silver and al the poles of the court had silver rods.
18 E nella entrata sua, di lavorio rilevato, fece il tentorio di giacinto, e di porpora e vermiglio, e di bisso ritorto; il quale avea XX cubiti nella lunghezza; e l'altezza cinque cubiti era, secondo la misura che aveano tutti li tentorii dell' atrio.	18 The screen for the gateway to the court was of finely woven linen embroidered with violet-purple, red-purple and crimson, twenty cubits long and five cubits high (al the way along) like the curtaining of the court,
19 E le colonne nell'entrata furono quattro i colle basi di bronzo; e li capi loro e le sculture loro erano d'ariento.	19 its four poles and their four sockets being of bronze, their hooks of silver, their capitals overlaid withsilver, and their rods of silver.
20 E li chiodi del tabernacolo e dell' atrio fece intorno di rame.	20 Al the pegs round the Dwel ing and the court were of bronze.
21 Questi sono li stromenti del tabernacolo della testimonianza, li quali sono annumerati secondo il comandamento di Moisè nelle cerimonie de' Leviti per mano di Itamar figliuolo di Aaron sacerdote.	21 These are the accounts for the Dwelling -- the Dwel ing of the Testimony -- drawn up by order ofMoses, the work of Levites, produced by Ithamar son of Aaron, the priest.
22 Li quali Beseleel, figliuolo di Uri, figliuolo di Ur della schiatta di Giuda avea compiuto, lo Signore comandandolo per Moise,	22 Bezalel son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, made everything that Yahweh ordered Moses tomake,

24 Tutto l'oro che fu speso nell'opera del santuario, e che fu offerto in doni, fue di XXIX ta lenti e settecento XXX sicli alla misura del santuario.	24 The amount of gold used for the work, for the entire work for the sanctuary (the gold consecrated forthe purpose) was twenty-nine talents and seven hundred and thirty shekels, reckoned by the sanctuary shekel.
25 E dato è da coloro, li quali passarono il numero di XX anni in su; fue di seicento tre migliaia e cinquecento cinquanta delli armati.	25 The silver from the census of the community was one hundred talents and one thousand sevenhundred and seventy-five shekels, reckoned by the sanctuary shekel,
26 Furono anco (almeno) cento talenti d'ariento; de' quali fatte sono le basi dello santuario, e dell' entrata dove il velo pendeva.	26 one beqa per head, half a shekel reckoned by the sanctuary shekel, for everyone of twenty years andover included in the census, for six hundred and three thousand five hundred and fifty persons.
27 Cento basi fatte sono di cento talenti; ciascuno talento fu dispensato per ciascuna base.	27 A hundred talents of silver were used for casting the sockets for the sanctuary and the sockets for thecurtain: a hundred sockets from a hundred talents, one talent per socket.
28 Ma di mille settecento settantacinque fece li capi delle colonne, le quali vestì d'ariento.	28 From the one thousand seven hundred and seventy-five shekels he made the hooks for the poles,overlaid their capitals and made the rods for them.
29 Eli talenti del bronzo furono offerti settantadue migliaia, e quattrocento sicli.	29 The bronze consecrated for the purpose amounted to seventy talents and two thousand four hundredshekels,
30 De' quali fatte sono le basi nella entrata del tabernacolo della testimonianza, e l'altare di bronzo colla craticola sua, e tutti li vaselli che all'uso suo s'appartiene;	30 and from it he made the sockets for the entrance of the Tent of Meeting, the bronze altar, its bronzegrating and al the altar accessories,
