BIBBIA RICCIOTTI	CATHOLIC PUBLIC DOMAIN
1 - Al corifeo. Di David, servo del Signore.	1 Unto the end. To the servant of the Lord, David himself.
2 Di peccare s'è proposto l'empio tra sè e sè: non v'è timore di Dio dinanzi ai suoi occhi.	2 The unjust one has said within himself that he would commit offenses. There is no fear of God before his eyes.
3 Poichè perfidamente agisce al cospetto di lui, sì che la sua malvagità appaia degna d'odio.	3 For he has acted deceitfully in his sight, such that his iniquity will be found to be hatred.
4 Le parole della sua bocca sono iniquità e inganno: non ha voluto capire di fare il bene.	4 The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit. He is unwilling to understand, so that he may act well.
5 Iniquità e' medita sul suo giaciglio, si ferma per ogni via non buona, il male non odia.	5 He has been considering iniquity on his bed. He has set himself on every way that is not good; moreover, he has not hated evil.
6 O Signore, su nel cielo è la tua misericordia, e la tua verità [va] sino alle nubi.	6 Lord, your mercy is in heaven, and your truth is even to the clouds.
7 La tua giustizia è come le montagne di Dio, i tuoi giudizi come l'immenso abisso. Uomini e bestie tu conservi, o Signore!	7 Your justice is like the mountains of God. Your judgments are a great abyss. Men and beasts, you will save, O Lord.
8 Come hai moltiplicato la tua bontà, o Dio! I figli degli uomini fiduciosi [si rifugiano] all'ombra delle tue ali.	8 How you have multiplied your mercy, O God! And so the sons of men will hope under the cover of your wings.
9 S'inebrian dell'ubertà di tua casa, e al torrente della delizia li disseti.	9 They will be inebriated with the fruitfulness of your house, and you will give them to drink from the torrent of your enjoyment.
10 Perchè presso di te è la sorgente della vita, e nella tua luce noi vediamo lume.	10 For with you is the fountain of life; and within your light, we will see the light.
11 Stendi [e conserva] la tua bontà a coloro che ti conoscono, e la tua giustizia ai retti di cuore.	11 Extend your mercy before those who know you, and your justice to these, who are upright in heart.
12 Non si levi contro di me il piede del superbo, e la mano dell'empio non mi smuova.	12 May arrogant feet not approach me, and may the hand of the sinner not disturb me.
13 [Ecco] là, cadono gli operatori d'iniquità: sono abbattuti, nè posson rialzarsi!	13 In that place, those who work iniquity have fallen. They have been expelled; they were not able to stand.
