Zechariah 5

1 And I turned and lifted up my eyes. And I saw, and behold, a book flying.	1 Volví a alzar los ojos y tuve una visión: Era un rollo volando.
2 And he said to me, “What do you see?” And I said, “I see a book flying. Its length is twenty cubits, and its width is ten cubits.”	2 Y me dijo el ángel: «¿Qué ves?» Respondí: «Veo un rollo volando, de veinte codos de largo y veinte de ancho».
3 And he said to me, “This is the curse that goes forth over the face of the whole earth. For every thief will be judged, just as it has been written there, and everyone who swears by this, will be judged in like manner.”	3 Me dijo: «Eso es la Maldición que sale sobre la haz de toda esta tierra. Pues todo ladrón será, según ella, echado de aquí, y todo el que jura será, según ella, echado de aquí.
4 I will bring it forth, says the Lord of hosts, and it will approach to the house of the thief, and to the house of him who swears falsely by my name, and it will remain in the midst of his house and will consume it, with its wood and its stones.	4 Yo la he hecho salir - oráculo de Yahveh Sebaot - para que entre en casa del ladrón y en casa del que jura por mi nombre en falso, para que se aloje en medio de su casa y la consuma, con su maderamen y sus piedras».
5 And the angel had departed, who was speaking with me. And he said to me, “Lift up your eyes, and see what this is, that goes forth.”	5 Salió el ángel que hablaba conmigo y me dijo: «Alza ahora tus ojos y mira qué es eso que sale».
6 And I said, “What, then, is it?” And he said, “This is a container going forth.” And he said, “This is their eye in all the earth.”	6 Yo dije: «¿Qué es?» Dijo: «Es la medida que sale». Y añadió: «Esta es la culpa de ellos en todo el país».
7 And behold, a talent of lead was being carried; and behold, one woman sitting in the middle of the container.	7 En esto, se levantó la tapa de plomo y había una Mujer sentada en medio de la medida.
8 And he said, “This is impiety.” And he cast her into the middle of the container, and he sent the weight of lead into its mouth.	8 Dijo él: «Esta es la Maldad». La echó dentro de la medida y volvió a poner la tapa de plomo en su boca.
9 And I lifted up my eyes and I saw. And behold, two women were departing, and a spirit was in their wings, and they had wings like the wings of a kite, and they lifted up the container between earth and heaven.	9 Alcé luego los ojos y tuve una visión: Dos mujeres aparecieron, con viento en sus alas, porque tenían alas como de cigüeña. Y levantaron la medida entre la tierra y el cielo.
10 And I said to the angel who was speaking with me, “Where are they taking the container?”	10 Dije entonces al ángel que hablaba conmigo: «¿A dónde llevan ésas la medida?»
11 And he said to me, “To a house that may be built for it in the land of Shinar, and so that it may be established and set there upon its own base.”	11 Me respondió: «Van a edificarle una casa en el país de Senaar, y cuando esté a punto será colocada allí sobre su base».
