1 Therefore, when all the multitude of the sons of Israel had gathered together, he said to them: “These are the things that the Lord has ordered to be done:	1 Adunque raunata tutta la gente de' figliuoli d'Israel, disse a loro (Moisè): queste sono quelle cose, che comandò il Signore che si facessero.
2 For six days you shall do work; the seventh day, the Sabbath and the rest of the Lord, will be holy to you; whoever will have done any work in it shall be killed.	2 Sei di farete lo lavorio; lo settimo sarà a voi santo, lo sabbato, e riposo al Signore; e chi farà in quello lavorio, sarà ucciso.
3 You shall not kindle a fire in any of your dwelling places throughout the day of the Sabbath.”	3 Non accenderete fuoco in tutti li (tabernacoli e) abitacoli vostri nel dì del sabbato.
4 And Moses said to the entire crowd of the sons of Israel: “This is the word which the Lord has instructed, saying:	4 E disse Moisè a tutti li figliuoli d'Israel: questa è la parola che comando il Signore, dicendo:
5 Separate from among you the first-fruits to the Lord. Let all who are willing and have a ready soul offer these to the Lord: gold, and silver, and brass,	5 Spartite appresso voi le primizie al Signore; ogni [uno] volontario, e di inchinevole animo, offeri quello al Signore; l'oro e l'ariento,
6 hyacinth, and purple, and twice-dyed scarlet, and fine linen, the hair of goats,	6 giacinto e porpora e cocco bistinto e bisso e le pelli delle capre,
7 and the skins of rams, dyed red, and violet skins, setim wood,	7 e le pelli de' montoni rosseggiate e giacintine, e legno setino,
8 and oil to prepare lights and to produce ointment, and most sweet incense,	8 e olio ad ordinare le luminarie, acciò che si faccia unguento, e timiama (odore) soavissimo,
9 onyx stones and gems, to adorn the ephod and the breastplate.	9 le pietre onichine e le gemme ad adornare lo sopraumerale e lo razionale.
10 And whoever among you is wise, let him come and make what the Lord has commanded:	10 Chiunque di voi è savio venga, e faccia quello che lo Signore comando;
11 the tabernacle, certainly, and its roof, and also the covering, the rings, and the panels with the bars, the tent pegs and the bases,	11 lo tabernacolo cioè, e lo tetto suo e lo coprimento, li anelli e lo tavolato colli chiavistelli, e le basi,
12 the ark and its bars, the propitiatory, and the veil that is drawn before it,	12 e l'arca [ e li chiavistelli ] e lo propiziatorio e il velo che innanzi a quello si spande,
13 the table with its bars and vessels, and the bread of the presence,	13 la mensa colli chiavistelli e vaselli e colli pani della proposizione,
14 the lampstand to hold up the lights, its vessels and lamps, and the oil to the nourish the fire,	14 e lo candeliere a sostenere i lumi, i vaselli suoi e le lucerne, e olio allo nutrimento del fuoco,
15 the altar of incense and its bars, and the oil of unction, and the incense of aromatics, the tent at the door of the tabernacle,	15 e l'altare del timiama, e li chiavistelli e l'olio dell' unzione, e lo timiama composto colle speziarie, lo tetto all'uscio del tabernacolo,
16 the altar of holocaust and its grate of brass, with the bars and vessels, the washtub and its base,	16 e l'altare del sacrificio, e la craticola sua di bronzo colli chiavistelli e vaselli suoi, lo vase grande colla sua base,
17 the curtains of the atrium, with the columns and the bases, the hanging at the doors of the vestibule,	17 le cortine dell' atrio colle colonne e basi sue, e il tentorio nelle entrate del portico,
18 the tent pegs of the tabernacle and the atrium, with their little cords,	18 e i chiodi del tabernacolo e del cammino colle funi sue,
19 the vestments, which are to be used in the ministry of the Sanctuary, the vestments of Aaron, the high priest, as well as those of his sons, in order to exercise the priesthood to me.”	19 e le vestimenta delle quali l'uso è nel ministerio del santuario, e le vesti di Aaron pontefice e delli figliuoli suoi, acciò che l'ufficio sacerdotale esercitino a me.
20 And all the multitude of the sons of Israel, departing from the sight of Moses,	20 E partitasi tutta la moltitudine delli figliuoli d'Israel dinanzi a Moise,
21 offered the first-fruits to the Lord with a most ready and devout mind, to accomplish the work of the tabernacle of the testimony. Whatever was needed for worship and for the holy vestments,	21 offersero colla mente prontissima e devota le primizie al Signore, a fare lo lavorio del tabernacolo della testimonianza, cioè tutto quello che pel coltivamento suo, e pelle vestimenta sante, necessario era.
22 men along with women provided: arm bands and earrings, rings and bracelets. And every vessel of gold was separated, to be donated to the Lord.	22 Gli uomini colle femine diedero le armille e gli anelli dell' oro, e li ornamenti ch' erano nell'orecchie, e quelli che erano nelle maniche delle vesti; ogni vasello d'oro in dono dello Signore fu spartito.
23 If anyone had hyacinth, and purple, and twice-dyed scarlet, fine linen and the hair of goats, the skins of rams, dyed red, and violet skins,	23 E se alcuno ebbe giacinto e porpora e cocco bistinto e bisso e pelli di capre e pelli di montoni, rosseggiate e giacintine,
24 metal of silver and brass, they offered it to the Lord, along with setim wood for various uses.	24 e li metalli dell' ariento dell' oro e del bronzo, offersono al Signore, e legni di setino in varii usi.
25 But the skillful women also gave whatever they had spun: hyacinth, purple, and vermillion, as well as fine linen,	25 Ma le femine ammaestrate diedero quello, ch' elle conoscerono, di giacinto e porpora, e vermiculo e bisso,
26 and the hair of goats, donating everything of their own accord.	26 e le pelli di capre: e per loro spontanea volontà ogni cosa diedero.
27 Yet truly, the leaders offered onyx stones and gems, for the ephod and the breastplate,	27 Ma li prìncipi della moltitudine diedero pietre onichine, e le gemme del sopraumerale e razionale,
28 and aromatics and oil, to maintain the lights, and to prepare ointment, and also to produce incense with a most sweet odor.	28 e le spezie odorifere, e olio a fare i lumi e apparecchiare l'unguento, e a componere lo timiama di soavissimo odore.
29 All the men and women offered donations with a devout mind, so that the works might be done which the Lord had ordered by the hand of Moses. All the sons of Israel dedicated voluntary offerings to the Lord.	29 Tutti li uomini e le femine con devotamente offersero gli doni, acciò che si facessero gli lavorii che avea comandato lo Signore per mano di Moisè. Tutti li figliuoli d'Israel le cose fecero al Signore volontariamente.
30 And Moses said to the sons of Israel: “Behold, the Lord has called by name Bezalel, the son of Uri, the son of Hur, from the tribe of Judah,	30 Disse Moisè alli figliuoli d'Israel: ecco chiamò il Signore per nome Beseleel, figliuolo di Uri, figliuolo di Ur, della schiatta di Giuda.
31 and he has filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, and understanding, and knowledge, and all teaching,	31 Ed empiè lui dello spirito santo di Dio, di sapienza e d'intelligenza e di scienza e di ogni dottrina
32 to design and to fashion, with gold and silver and brass,	32 a fare di fabro, e fare lavorìo in oro e in ariento e in bronzo,
33 and with engraving stones, and with the skill of a carpenter. Whatever can be skillfully invented,	33 e intagliare pietre, e di lavorìo di legname; e tutto quello che di fabro trovare si potesse,
34 he has given to his heart. It is likewise with Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach from the tribe of Dan.	34 diede nel cuore suo, e d'Ooliab, figliuolo di Achisamec, della schiatta di Dan.
35 He has taught both of them wisdom, in order to do the work of carpentry, tapestry, and embroidery, from hyacinth, and purple, and twice-dyed scarlet, and fine linen, and every textile, and to discover whatever may be new.”	35 Amendui ammaestrò di sapienza, acciò che facciano li lavorii li maestri de' legni, e li maestri che lavorano opere di diversi colori, e quelli che lavorano di ago, di diverse cose di giacinti e por pora, e di cocco bistinto e di bisso, e che tessano tutto, e facciano ogni cosa nuova.
