1 The lot that fell to the Josephites extended from the Jordan at Jericho to the waters of Jericho east of the desert; then the boundary went up from Jericho to the heights at Bethel.	1 Далі припав наділ синам Йосифа: від Йордану навпроти Єрихону, на схід від вод єрихонських, він здіймавсь через пустиню вгору до Бетела.
2 Leaving Bethel for Luz, it crossed the ridge to the border of the Archites at Ataroth,	2 Від Бетела, тобто Луза, границя йшла далі й проходила через землю аркіїв, в Атароті,
3 and descended westward to the border of the Japhletites, to that of the Lower Beth-horon, and to Gezer, ending thence at the sea.	3 спускалась далі на захід до яфлетійської границі, до землі нижнього Бет-Хорону та Гезеру й кінчалася над морем.
4 Within the heritage of Manasseh and Ephraim, sons of Joseph,	4 Взяли її в наділ сини Йосифа: Манассія та Ефраїм.
5 the dividing line for the heritage of the clans of the Ephraimites ran from east of Ataroth-addar to Upper Bethhoron	5 А земля синів Ефраїма за їхніми родами була така: на схід границею їх спадщини був Атрот-Адар аж до Верхнього Бет-Хорону,
6 and thence to the sea. From Michmethath on the north, their boundary curved eastward around Taanath-shiloh, and continued east of it to Janoah;	6 потім границя тягнулась до моря. Міхметат був на півночі, а далі (границя) завертала на схід до Таанат-Шіло й проходила на схід від Яноха,

8 From Tappuah the boundary ran westward to the Wadi Kanah and ended at the sea. This was the heritage of the clans of the Ephraimites,	8 Від Таппуаху границя йшла на захід до Кана-потоку й кінчалась над морем. Це було спадкоємство синів Ефраїма, за їхніми родами.
