1 Weiter gebot der HERR dem Mose folgendes:	1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,
2 »Teile den Israeliten folgende Verordnungen mit: Wenn ein Mann oder ein Weib das Absonderungsgelübde eines Nasiräers (d.h. eines Gottgeweihten) ablegen will, um sich dem HERRN zu weihen,	2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "If a man or a woman wishes to make a vow, the nazirite vow, to vowhimself to Yahweh,
3 so muß er sich des Weines und jedes andern berauschenden Getränks enthalten; auch Essig (oder: Gegorenes) von Wein oder Essig von berauschendem Getränk darf er nicht trinken; ebenso darf er keinerlei aus Trauben hergestellte Flüssigkeit trinken und keine Trauben, weder frische noch getrocknete, genießen.	3 he wil abstain from wine and fermented liquor, he will not drink vinegar derived from one or the other,he wil not drink grape-juice or eat grapes, be they fresh or dried.
4 Während der ganzen Dauer seiner Weihezeit darf er von allem, was vom Weinstock kommt (= gewonnen wird), nichts genießen, auch keine unreifen Trauben und keine Rankenspitzen.	4 For the duration of his vow he wil eat nothing that comes from the vine, not even juice of unripe grapesor skins of grapes.
5 Während der ganzen Dauer seines Weihegelübdes darf kein Schermesser auf sein Haupt kommen; bis zum Ablauf der Zeit, für die er sich dem HERRN geweiht hat, soll er als geheiligt gelten: er hat sein Haupthaar frei wachsen zu lassen.	5 As long as he is bound by his vow, no razor wil touch his head; until the time for which he has vowedhimself to Yahweh is completed, he remains consecrated and will let his hair grow freely.
6 Während der ganzen Zeit, für die er sich dem HERRN geweiht hat, darf er zu keinem Toten hineingehen;	6 For the entire period of his vow to Yahweh, he wil not go near a corpse,
7 selbst wenn ihm Vater oder Mutter, Bruder oder Schwester sterben, darf er sich an ihren Leichen nicht verunreinigen; denn die Weihe seines Gottes ruht auf seinem Haupt:	7 he wil not make himself unclean for his father or his mother, or his brother or his sister, should theydie, since on his head he carries his vow to his God.
8 solange seine Weihe (= gelobte Zeit) dauert, ist er dem HERRN heilig.«	8 Throughout the whole of his vow he is a person consecrated to Yahweh.
9 »Sollte aber jemand ganz plötzlich neben ihm sterben und er dadurch sein geweihtes Haupt verunreinigen, so soll er an dem Tage, an dem er wieder rein wird, sein Haupt scheren, also am siebten Tage;	9 "If anyone suddenly dies near him, making his vowed hair unclean, he wil shave his head on the dayhe is purified, he wil shave his head on the seventh day.
10 und am achten Tage soll er zwei Turteltauben oder zwei junge Tauben zu dem Priester an den Eingang des Offenbarungszeltes bringen.	10 On the eighth day, he wil bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons to the priest, at the entrance tothe Tent of Meeting.
11 Der Priester soll dann die eine zum Sündopfer und die andere zum Brandopfer herrichten und ihm so Sühne erwirken dafür, daß er sich an der Leiche (verunreinigt und sich dadurch) versündigt hat. Dann soll er an demselben Tage sein Haupt nochmals für geheiligt erklären	11 The priest wil offer one as a sacrifice for sin, and the other as a burnt offering and wil then performfor the person the rite of expiation for the pollution which he has contracted from the corpse. He wil consecratehis head that same day;
12 und sich dem HERRN für die gelobte Zeit von neuem weihen, auch ein einjähriges Lamm als Schuldopfer darbringen; die vorige Zeit aber soll als verfallen gelten, weil seine Weihe unrein geworden war.«	12 he wil vow himself to Yahweh for the period of his nazirate, and wil bring a male yearling lamb as asacrifice of reparation. The time already spent wil not count, since his hair had become unclean.
13 »Folgende Vorschriften aber gelten für den Nasiräer (= Gottgeweihten): An dem Tage, an welchem die von ihm gelobte Weihezeit zu Ende ist, führe man ihn an den Eingang des Offenbarungszeltes;	13 "This is the ritual for the nazirite on the day when the period of his vow is completed. He will be led tothe entrance of the Tent of Meeting,
14 und er hat dem HERRN seine Opfergabe darzubringen, nämlich ein einjähriges, fehlerloses Lamm zum Brandopfer und ein einjähriges, fehlerloses weibliches Lamm zum Sündopfer, ferner einen fehlerlosen Widder zum Heilsopfer;	14 bringing his offering to Yahweh: an unblemished male yearling lamb as a burnt offering, anunblemished yearling ewe lamb as a sacrifice for sin, an unblemished ram as a peace offering,
15 außerdem einen Korb mit ungesäuertem Backwerk von Feinmehl, nämlich mit Öl gemengte Kuchen und ungesäuerte, mit Öl bestrichene Fladen, nebst dem zugehörigen Speisopfer und den erforderlichen Trankopfern.	15 and a basket of unleavened loaves made of fine flour mixed with oil, and of unleavened wafersspread with oil, with the cereal offerings and libations appropriate to them.
16 Der Priester soll dann dies alles vor den HERRN bringen und das Sündopfer und das Brandopfer für ihn herrichten;	16 The priest, having brought al this before Yahweh, wil offer the nazirite's sin sacrifice and burntoffering.
17 den Widder aber soll er als Heilsopfer für den HERRN herrichten samt dem Korbe mit dem ungesäuerten Backwerk; auch das Speisopfer und das Trankopfer soll der Priester für ihn darbringen.	17 The latter wil then offer the ram as a communion sacrifice with the basket of unleavened bread, andthe priest wil offer the accompanying cereal offering and libation.
18 Sodann schere der Nasiräer sein geweihtes Haupt am Eingang des Offenbarungszeltes, nehme sein geweihtes Haupthaar und lege es in das Feuer, das unter dem Heilsopfer brennt.	18 The nazirite wil then shave off his vowed hair at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting and, taking thelocks of his vowed head, he wil put them in the fire of the communion sacrifice.
19 Hierauf nehme der Priester den gekochten Bug von dem Widder nebst einem ungesäuerten Kuchen und einem ungesäuerten Fladen aus dem Korbe und lege dies alles dem Nasiräer auf die Hände, nachdem dieser sich das geweihte Haar abgeschoren hat.	19 The priest wil take the shoulder of the ram, as soon as it is cooked, with an unleavened cake fromthe basket, and an unleavened wafer, and put them into the hands of the nazirite once he has shaved off hishair.
20 Sodann webe (= schwinge) der Priester dieses alles als Webeopfer vor dem HERRN: es ist eine dem Priester zufallende heilige Gabe samt der Webebrust und der Hebekeule. Danach darf der Nasiräer wieder Wein trinken.«	20 With these he wil make the gesture of offering before Yahweh; as it is a holy thing, it reverts to thepriest, in addition to the forequarter that has been presented and the thigh that has been set aside. After this, thenazirite may drink wine.
21 Diese Vorschriften gelten für den Gottgeweihten, der ein Gelübde abgelegt hat, nämlich bezüglich seiner Opfergabe, die er dem HERRN auf Grund seiner Weihe darzubringen hat, abgesehen von dem, was er sonst noch zu leisten vermag. Auf Grund seines Gelübdes, das er abgelegt hat, soll er nach den für seine Weihe geltenden Vorschriften verfahren.	21 "Such is the ritual for the nazirite. If, besides his hair, he has also vowed a personal offering toYahweh, he will (apart from anything else that his means al ow) fulfil the vow that he has made, in addition towhat the ritual prescribes for his hair." '
22 Der HERR gebot alsdann dem Mose folgendes:	22 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,
23 »Gib Aaron und seinen Söhnen folgende Weisung: Mit diesen Worten sollt ihr den Segen über die Israeliten aussprechen:	23 'Speak to Aaron and his sons and say: "This is how you must bless the Israelites. You wil say:
24 ›Der HERR segne dich und behüte dich!	24 May Yahweh bless you and keep you.
25 Der HERR lasse sein Angesicht leuchten über dir und sei dir gnädig!	25 May Yahweh let his face shine on you and be gracious to you.
26 Der HERR erhebe sein Angesicht zu dir hin (oder: auf dich) und gewähre dir Frieden!‹	26 May Yahweh show you his face and bring you peace."
27 Wenn sie so meinen Namen auf die Israeliten legen, will ich sie segnen.«	27 This is how they must cal down my name on the Israelites, and then I shal bless them.'
