1 Alleluia. Lodate Dio. Date lode al perché egli Signore,è buono, perché la misericordia di lui è eterna.	1 Alleluia. Confess to the Lord, for he is good, for his mercy is forever.
2 Dica adesso Israele, come egli è buono, e come è eterna la sua misericordia.	2 Let Israel now say: For he is good, for his mercy is forever.
3 Dica adesso la casa di Aarone, come è eterna la sua misericordia.	3 Let the house of Aaron now say: For his mercy is forever.
4 Dicano adesso quei che temono il Signore, come è eterna la sua misericordia.	4 Let those who fear the Lord now say: For his mercy is forever.
5 Nella tribolazione invocai il Signore, e mi esaudì con larghezza il Signore.	5 In my tribulation, I called upon the Lord. And the Lord heeded me with generosity.
6 Il Signore è mio aiuto: non avrò paura di quel, che uomo si faccia contro di me.	6 The Lord is my helper. I will not fear what man can do to me.
7 Il Signore è mio aiuto, e io non farò caso de' miei nemici.	7 The Lord is my helper. And I will look down upon my enemies.
8 Buona cosa ell' è il confidar nel Signore, piuttosto che confidare nell'uomo:	8 It is good to trust in the Lord, rather than to trust in man.
9 Buona cosa ell' è il confidare nel Signore, piuttosto che confidare ne' principi.	9 It is good to hope in the Lord, rather than to hope in leaders.
10 Mi assediarono tutte le genti: ma nel nome del Signore presi di esse vendetta.	10 All the nations have surrounded me. And, in the name of the Lord, I have been avenged over them.
11 Mi assediarono strettamente: ma nel nome del Signore pressi di esse vendetta.	11 Surrounding me, they closed in on me. And, in the name of the Lord, I have been avenged over them.
12 Mi circondarono come uno sciame d'api, e si accesero come fiamma suoi tralle spine: ma nel nome del Signore presi di esse vendetta.	12 They surrounded me like a swarm, and they burned like fire among the thorns. And, in the name of the Lord, I have been avenged over them.
13 Mi fu data la spinta: fui fatto sdrucciolare, perché cadessi: ma il Signore mi resse.	13 Having been pushed, I was overturned so as to fall. But the Lord took me up.
14 Mia fortezza, e mia lode il Signore: ed egli fu mia salute.	14 The Lord is my strength and my praise. And he has become my salvation.
15 Voce di esultazione, e di salute ne' tabernacoli de' giusti.	15 A voice of exultation and salvation is in the tabernacles of the just.
16 La destra del Signore ha fatto gran cose: la destra del Signore mi ha esaltato: la destra del Signore ha fatto gran cose.	16 The right hand of the Lord has wrought virtue. The right hand of the Lord has exalted me. The right hand of the Lord has wrought virtue.
17 Non morrò, ma vivere, e racconterò le opere del Signore.	17 I will not die, but I will live. And I will declare the works of the Lord.
18 Il Signore mi ha gastigato severamente: ma non mi ha dato alla morte.	18 When chastising, the Lord chastised me. But he has not delivered me over to death.
19 Apritemi le porte della giustizia; entrato in esse darò lode al Signore: questa è la porta del Signore: per essa i giusti entreranno.	19 Open the gates of justice to me. I will enter them, and I will confess to the Lord.
20 Darò lode a te, perché mi hai esaudito, e perché tu se' mia salute.	20 This is the gate of the Lord. The just will enter by it.
21 La pietra, cui ricettarono quéi, che edificavano, è divenuta testata dell'angolo.	21 I will confess to you because you have heard me. And you have become my salvation.
22 Dal Signore è stata fatta tal cosa, ed ella è maravigliosa negli occhi nostri.	22 The stone which the builders have rejected, this has become the head of the corner.
23 Questo è il giorno, che è stato fatto dal Signore: esultiamo, e rallegriamoci in esso.	23 By the Lord has this been done, and it is a wonder before our eyes.
24 Salvami, o Signore: o Signore concedi prosperità: benedetto lui, che viene nel nome del Signore.	24 This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us exult and rejoice in it.
25 Abbiam dato benedizioni a voi, che siete della casa del Signore: il Signore è Dio, ed egli è a noi apparito.	25 O Lord, grant salvation to me. O Lord, grant good prosperity.
26 Distinguete il giorno solenne co' folti rami sino al corno dell'altare.	26 Blessed is he who arrives in the name of the Lord. We have blessed you from the house of the Lord.
27 Mio Dio se' tu, e a te io darò lode: mio Dio se' tu, e io ti esaltero.	27 The Lord is God, and he has enlightened us. Establish a solemn day amid a dense crowd, even to the horn of the altar.
28 Darò lode a te, perché mi hai esaudito, e se' mia salute:	28 You are my God, and I will confess to you. You are my God, and I will exalt you. I will confess to you, for you have heeded me. And you have become my salvation.
29 Date lode al Signore, perché egli è buono, perché è eterna la sua misericordia.	29 Confess to the Lord, for he is good, for his mercy is forever.
