Psalms 121

1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.	1 Cantico de' gradi. Sommi rallegrato in quelle cose che a me sono state dette; che anderemo nella casa del Signore.
2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.	2 Stanti erano li piedi nostri nelli portici tuoi, o Ierusalem.
3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.	3 Ierusalem, che è edificata come città; la cui partecipazione in sè medesimo.
4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.	4 Qui ascendettero le tribù, tribù [del Signore], in testimonio d' Israel, a confessare al nome del Signore.
5 The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.	5 Per che ivi sedettero li sedenti nel giudicio, sedenti sopra la casa di David.
6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.	6 Pregate quelle cose che sono alla pace di Ierusalem; e alla abbondanza delli amanti te.
7 The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.	7 Nella virtù tua sia fatta la pace; e la abbondanza in le torri tue.
8 The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.	8 Per li miei fratelli e prossimi miei, parlava la pace per te.
	9 Per la casa del Dio nostro, cercai a te tutti li beni.
