1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:	1 Der Herr sprach zu Mose:
2 Speak to the children of Israel, that they bring firstfruits to me: of every man that offereth of his own accord, you shall take them.	2 Sag zu den Israeliten, sie sollen für mich eine Abgabe erheben. Von jedem, den sein Sinn dazu bewegt, sollt ihr die Abgabe erheben.
3 And these are the things you must take: gold, and silver, and brass,	3 Das ist die Abgabe, die ihr von ihnen erheben sollt: Gold, Silber, Kupfer,
4 Violet and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, and fine linen, and goats' hair,	4 violetten und roten Purpur, Karmesin, Byssus, Ziegenhaare,
5 And rams' skins dyed red, and violet skins, and setim wood:	5 rötliche Widderfelle, Tahaschhäute und Akazienholz;
6 Oil to make lights: spices for ointment, and for sweetsmelling incense:	6 Öl für den Leuchter, Balsame für das Salböl und für duftendes Räucherwerk;
7 Onyx stones, and precious stones to adorn the ephod and the rational.	7 Karneolsteine und Ziersteine für Efod und Lostasche.
8 And they shall make me a sanctuary, and I will dwell in the midst of them:	8 Macht mir ein Heiligtum! Dann werde ich in ihrer Mitte wohnen.
9 According to all the likeness of the tabernacle which I will shew thee, and of all the vessels for the service thereof: and thus you shall make it:	9 Genau nach dem Muster der Wohnstätte und aller ihrer Gegenstände, das ich dir zeige, sollt ihr es herstellen.
10 Frame an ark of setim wood, the length whereof shall be of two cubits and a half: the breadth, a cubit and a half: the height, likewise, a cubit and a half.	10 Macht eine Lade aus Akazienholz, zweieinhalb Ellen lang, anderthalb Ellen breit und anderthalb Ellen hoch!
11 And thou shalt overlay it with the purest gold within and without: and over it thou shalt make a golden crown round about:	11 Überzieh sie innen und außen mit purem Gold und bring daran ringsherum eine Goldleiste an!
12 And four golden rings, which thou shall put at the four corners of the ark: let two rings be on the one side, and two on the other.	12 Gieß für sie vier Goldringe und befestige sie an ihren vier Füßen, zwei Ringe an der einen Seite und zwei Ringe an der anderen Seite!
13 Thou shalt make bars also of setim wood, and shalt overlay them with gold.	13 Fertige Stangen aus Akazienholz an und überzieh sie mit Gold!
14 And thou shalt put them in through the rings that are in the sides of the ark, that it may be carried on them.	14 Steck die Stangen durch die Ringe an den Seiten der Lade, sodass man die Lade damit tragen kann.
15 And they shall be always in the rings, neither shall they at any time be drawn out of them.	15 Die Stangen sollen in den Ringen der Lade bleiben; man soll sie nicht herausziehen.
16 And thou shalt put in the ark the testimony which I will give thee.	16 In die Lade sollst du die Bundesurkunde legen, die ich dir gebe.
17 Thou shalt make also a propitiatory of the purest gold: the length thereof shall be two cubits and a half, and the breadth a cubit and a half.	17 Verfertige auch eine Deckplatte aus purem Gold zweieinhalb Ellen lang und anderthalb Ellen breit!
18 Thou shalt make also two cherubims of beaten gold, on the two sides of the oracle.	18 Mach zwei Kerubim aus getriebenem Gold und arbeite sie an den beiden Enden der Deckplatte heraus!
19 Let one cherub be on the one side, and the other on the other.	19 Mach je einen Kerub an dem einen und dem andern Ende; auf der Deckplatte macht die Kerubim an den beiden Enden!
20 Let them cover both sides of the propitiatory, spreading their wings, and covering the oracle, and let them look one towards the other, their faces being turned towards the propitiatory wherewith the ark is to be covered.	20 Die Kerubim sollen die Flügel nach oben ausbreiten, mit ihren Flügeln die Deckplatte beschirmen und sie sollen ihre Gesichter einander zuwenden; der Deckplatte sollen die Gesichter der Kerubim zugewandt sein.
21 In which thou shalt put the testimony that I will give thee.	21 Setz die Deckplatte oben auf die Lade und in die Lade leg die Bundesurkunde, die ich dir gebe.
22 Thence will I give orders, and will speak to thee over the propitiatory, and from the midst of the two cherubims, which shall be upon the ark of the testimony, all things which I will command the children of Israel by thee.	22 Dort werde ich mich dir zu erkennen geben und dir über der Deckplatte zwischen den beiden Kerubim, die auf der Lade der Bundesurkunde sind, alles sagen, was ich dir für die Israeliten auftragen werde.
23 Thou shalt make a table also of setim wood, of two cubits in length, and a cubit in breadth, and a cubit and half in height.	23 Fertige auch einen Tisch aus Akazienholz an, zwei Ellen lang, eine Elle breit und anderthalb Ellen hoch!
24 And thou shalt overlay it with the purest gold: and thou shalt make to it a golden ledge round about.	24 Überzieh ihn mit purem Gold und bring daran ringsherum eine Goldleiste an!
25 And to the ledge itself a polished crown, four inches high: and over the same another little golden crown.	25 Mach ihm ringsherum eine handbreite Einfassung und verfertige um diese Einfassung eine goldene Leiste!
26 Thou shalt prepare also four golden rings, and shalt put them in the four corners of the same table over each foot.	26 Mach ihm vier Goldringe und befestige die Ringe an den vier Ecken, die von seinen vier Füßen gebildet werden.
27 Under the crown shall the golden rings be, that the bars may be put through them, and the table may be carried.	27 Die Ringe sollen dicht unter der Einfassung die Stangen aufnehmen, mit denen man den Tisch trägt.
28 The bars also themselves thou shalt make of setim wood, and shalt overlay them with gold to bear up the table.	28 Mach die Stangen aus Akazienholz und überzieh sie mit Gold! Mit ihnen soll man den Tisch tragen.
29 Thou shalt prepare also dishes, and bowls, censers, and cups, wherein the libations are to be offered of the purest gold.	29 Dazu mach Schüsseln, Schalen, Kannen und Krüge für die Trankopfer! Aus purem Gold sollst du sie anfertigen.
30 And thou shalt set upon the table loaves of proposition in my sight always.	30 Auf dem Tisch sollst du ständig Schaubrote vor mir auflegen.
31 Thou shalt make also a candlestick of beaten work of the finest gold, the shaft thereof, and the branches, the cups, and the bowls, and the lilies going forth from it.	31 Verfertige auch einen Leuchter aus purem Gold! Der Leuchter, sein Gestell, sein Schaft, seine Kelche, Knospen und Blüten sollen aus einem Stück getrieben sein.
32 Six branches shall come out of the sides, three out of the one side, and three out of the other.	32 Von seinen Seiten sollen sechs Arme ausgehen, drei Leuchterarme auf der einen Seite und drei auf der anderen Seite.
33 Three cups as it were nuts to every branch, and a bowl withal, and a lily; and three cups, likewise of the fashion of nuts in the other branch, and a bowl withal, and a lily. Such shall be the work of the six branches, that are to come out from the shaft:	33 Der erste Arm soll drei mandelblütenförmige Kelche mit je einer Knospe und einer Blüte aufweisen und der zweite Arm soll drei mandelblütenförmige Kelche mit je einer Knospe und einer Blüte aufweisen; so alle sechs Arme, die von dem Leuchter ausgehen.
34 And in the candlestick itself shall be four cups in the manner of a nut, and at every one, bowls and lilies.	34 Auf dem Schaft des Leuchters sollen vier mandelblütenförmige Kelche, Knospen und Blüten sein,
35 Bowls under two branches in three places, which together make six coming forth out of one shaft.	35 je eine Knospe unten zwischen zwei Armen, entsprechend den sechs Armen, die vom Leuchter ausgehen.
36 And both the bowls and the branches shall be of the same beaten work of the purest gold.	36 Seine Knospen und die Arme sollen ein Ganzes mit dem Schaft bilden; das Ganze soll ein Stück aus getriebenem purem Gold sein.
37 Thou shalt make also seven lamps, and shalt set them upon the candlestick, to give light over against.	37 Dann mach für den Leuchter sieben Lampen und setze seine Lampen so auf, dass sie das Licht nach vorn fallen lassen;
38 The snuffers also and where the snuffings shall be put out, shall be made of the purest gold.	38 dazu Dochtscheren und Pfannen aus purem Gold.
39 The whole weight of the candlestick with all the furniture thereof shall be a talent of the purest gold.	39 Aus einem Talent puren Goldes soll man den Leuchter und alle diese Geräte machen.
40 Look and make it according to the pattern, that was shewn thee in the mount.	40 Sieh zu, dass du ihn nach dem Muster ausführst, das du auf dem Berg gesehen hast.
