Salmos 43

EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS	DOUAI-RHEIMS
1 Júzgame, oh Dios, y defiende mi causa contra la gente sin piedad; líbrame del hombre falso y perverso.	1 A psalm for David. Judge me, O God, and distinguish my cause from the nation that is not holy : deliver me from the unjust and deceitful man.
2 Si tú eres mi Dios y mi fortaleza, ¿por qué me rechazas? ¿Por qué tendré que estar triste, oprimido por mi enemigo?	2 For thou art God my strength : why hast thou cast me off? and why do I go sorrowful whilst the enemy afflicteth me?
3 Envíame tu luz y tu verdad: que ellas me encaminen y me guíen a tu santa Montaña, hasta el lugar donde habitas.	3 Send forth thy light and thy truth : they have conducted me, and brought me unto thy holy hill, and into thy tabernacles.
4 Y llegaré al altar de Dios, el Dios que es la alegría de mi vida; y te daré gracias con la cítara, Señor, Dios mío.	4 And I will go in to the altar of God : to God who giveth joy to my youth.
5 ¿Por qué te deprimes, alma mía? ¿Por qué te inquietas? Espera en Dios, y yo volveré a darle gracias, a él, que es mi salvador y mi Dios.	5 To thee, O God my God, I will give praise upon the harp : why art thou sad, O my soul? and why dost thou disquiet me?
	6 Hope in God, for I will still give praise to him : the salvation of my countenance, and my God.
