| 1 وكلم الرب موسى قائلا. | 1 The LORD said to Moses, |
| 2 كلم بني اسرائيل ان يأخذوا لي تقدمة. من كل من يحثّه قلبه تأخذون تقدمتي. | 2 "Speak to the people of Israel, that they take for me an offering; from every man whose heart makes him willing you shall receive the offering for me. |
| 3 وهذه هي التقدمة التي تاخذونها منهم. ذهب وفضة ونحاس | 3 And this is the offering which you shall receive from them: gold, silver, and bronze, |
| 4 واسمانجوني وارجوان وقرمز وبوص وشعر معزى | 4 blue and purple and scarlet stuff and fine twined linen, goats' hair, |
| 5 وجلود كباش محمّرة وجلود تخس وخشب سنط | 5 tanned rams' skins, goatskins, acacia wood, |
| 6 وزيت للمنارة واطياب لدهن المسحة وللبخور العطر | 6 oil for the lamps, spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense, |
| 7 وحجارة جزع وحجارة ترصيع للرداء والصدرة. | 7 onyx stones, and stones for setting, for the ephod and for the breastpiece. |
| 8 فيصنعون لي مقدسا لاسكن في وسطهم. | 8 And let them make me a sanctuary, that I may dwell in their midst. |
| 9 بحسب جميع ما انا أريك من مثال المسكن ومثال جميع آنيته هكذا تصنعون | 9 According to all that I show you concerning the pattern of the tabernacle, and of all its furniture, so you shall make it. |
| 10 فيصنعون تابوتا من خشب السنط طوله ذراعان ونصف وعرضه ذراع ونصف وارتفاعه ذراع ونصف. | 10 "They shall make an ark of acacia wood; two cubits and a half shall be its length, a cubit and a half its breadth, and a cubit and a half its height. |
| 11 وتغشّيه بذهب نقي. من داخل ومن خارج تغشّيه. وتصنع عليه اكليلا من ذهب حواليه. | 11 And you shall overlay it with pure gold, within and without shall you overlay it, and you shall make upon it a molding of gold round about. |
| 12 وتسبك له اربع حلقات من ذهب وتجعلها على قوائمه الاربع. على جانبه الواحد حلقتان وعلى جانبه الثاني حلقتان. | 12 And you shall cast four rings of gold for it and put them on its four feet, two rings on the one side of it, and two rings on the other side of it. |
| 13 وتصنع عصوين من خشب السنط وتغشّيهما بذهب. | 13 You shall make poles of acacia wood, and overlay them with gold. |
| 14 وتدخل العصوين في الحلقات على جانبي التابوت ليحمل التابوت بهما. | 14 And you shall put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark, to carry the ark by them. |
| 15 تبقى العصوان في حلقات التابوت. لا تنزعان منها. | 15 The poles shall remain in the rings of the ark; they shall not be taken from it. |
| 16 وتضع في التابوت الشهادة التي اعطيك. | 16 And you shall put into the ark the testimony which I shall give you. |
| 17 وتصنع غطاء من ذهب نقي طوله ذراعان ونصف وعرضه ذراع ونصف. | 17 Then you shall make a mercy seat of pure gold; two cubits and a half shall be its length, and a cubit and a half its breadth. |
| 18 وتصنع كروبين من ذهب. صنعة خراطة تصنعهما على طرفي الغطاء. | 18 And you shall make two cherubim of gold; of hammered work shall you make them, on the two ends of the mercy seat. |
| 19 فاصنع كروبا واحدا على الطرف من هنا. وكروبا آخر على الطرف من هناك. من الغطاء تصنعون الكروبين على طرفيه. | 19 Make one cherub on the one end, and one cherub on the other end; of one piece with the mercy seat shall you make the cherubim on its two ends. |
| 20 ويكون الكروبان باسطين اجنحتهما الى فوق مظلّلين باجنحتهما على الغطاء ووجههما كل واحد الى الآخر. نحو الغطاء يكون وجها الكروبين. | 20 The cherubim shall spread out their wings above, overshadowing the mercy seat with their wings, their faces one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubim be. |
| 21 وتجعل الغطاء على التابوت من فوق. وفي التابوت تضع الشهادة التي اعطيك. | 21 And you shall put the mercy seat on the top of the ark; and in the ark you shall put the testimony that I shall give you. |
| 22 وانا اجتمع بك هناك واتكلم معك من على الغطاء من بين الكروبين اللذين على تابوت الشهادة بكل ما اوصيك به الى بني اسرائيل | 22 There I will meet with you, and from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim that are upon the ark of the testimony, I will speak with you of all that I will give you in commandment for the people of Israel. |
| 23 وتصنع مائدة من خشب السنط طولها ذراعان وعرضها ذراع وارتفاعها ذراع ونصف. | 23 "And you shall make a table of acacia wood; two cubits shall be its length, a cubit its breadth, and a cubit and a half its height. |
| 24 وتغشّيها بذهب نقي. وتصنع لها اكليلا من ذهب حواليها. | 24 You shall overlay it with pure gold, and make a molding of gold around it. |
| 25 وتصنع لها حاجبا على شبر حواليها. وتصنع لحاجبها اكليلا من ذهب حواليها. | 25 And you shall make around it a frame a handbreadth wide, and a molding of gold around the frame. |
| 26 وتصنع لها اربع حلقات من ذهب وتجعل الحلقات على الزوايا الاربع التي لقوائهما الاربع. | 26 And you shall make for it four rings of gold, and fasten the rings to the four corners at its four legs. |
| 27 عند الحاجب تكون الحلقات بيوتا لعصوين لحمل المائدة. | 27 Close to the frame the rings shall lie, as holders for the poles to carry the table. |
| 28 وتصنع العصوين من خشب السنط وتغشّيهما بذهب. فتحمل بهما المائدة. | 28 You shall make the poles of acacia wood, and overlay them with gold, and the table shall be carried with these. |
| 29 وتصنع صحافها وصحونها وكاساتها وجاماتها التي يسكب بها. من ذهب نقي تصنعها. | 29 And you shall make its plates and dishes for incense, and its flagons and bowls with which to pour libations; of pure gold you shall make them. |
| 30 وتجعل على المائدة خبز الوجوه امامي دائما | 30 And you shall set the bread of the Presence on the table before me always. |
| 31 وتصنع منارة من ذهب نقي. عمل الخراطة تصنع المنارة قاعدتها وساقها. تكون كاساتها وعجرها وازهارها منها. | 31 "And you shall make a lampstand of pure gold. The base and the shaft of the lampstand shall be made of hammered work; its cups, its capitals, and its flowers shall be of one piece with it; |
| 32 وست شعب خارجة من جانبيها. من جانبها الواحد ثلاث شعب منارة. ومن جانبها الثاني ثلاث شعب منارة. | 32 and there shall be six branches going out of its sides, three branches of the lampstand out of one side of it and three branches of the lampstand out of the other side of it; |
| 33 في الشعبة الواحدة ثلاث كاسات لوزية بعجرة وزهر. وفي الشعبة الثانية ثلاث كاسات لوزية بعجرة وزهر. وهكذا الى الست الشعب الخارجة من المنارة. | 33 three cups made like almonds, each with capital and flower, on one branch, and three cups made like almonds, each with capital and flower, on the other branch--so for the six branches going out of the lampstand; |
| 34 وفي المنارة اربع كاسات لوزية بعجرها وازهارها. | 34 and on the lampstand itself four cups made like almonds, with their capitals and flowers, |
| 35 وتحت الشعبتين منها عجرة وتحت الشعبتين منها عجرة وتحت الشعبتين منها عجرة الى الست الشعب الخارجة من المنارة. | 35 and a capital of one piece with it under each pair of the six branches going out from the lampstand. |
| 36 تكون عجرها وشعبها منها. جميعها خراطة واحدة من ذهب نقي. | 36 Their capitals and their branches shall be of one piece with it, the whole of it one piece of hammered work of pure gold. |
| 37 وتصنع سرجها سبعة. فتصعد سرجها لتضيء الى مقابلها. | 37 And you shall make the seven lamps for it; and the lamps shall be set up so as to give light upon the space in front of it. |
| 38 وملاقطها ومنافضها من ذهب نقي. | 38 Its snuffers and their trays shall be of pure gold. |
| 39 من وزنة ذهب نقي تصنع مع جميع هذه الاواني. | 39 Of a talent of pure gold shall it be made, with all these utensils. |
| 40 وانظر فاصنعها على مثالها الذي أظهر لك في الجبل | 40 And see that you make them after the pattern for them, which is being shown you on the mountain. |
