1 Bezalel made the ark of acacia wood, two and a half cubits long, one and a half cubits wide and oneand a half cubits high.	1 Bezaleel fece l’arca di legno d’acacia lunga due cubiti e mezzo, larga un cubito e mezzo e alta un cubito e mezzo.
2 He overlaid it, inside and out, with pure gold, and made a gold moulding al round it.	2 Internamente ed esternamente la rivestì d’oro puro e le fece intorno un bordo in oro.
3 He cast four gold rings for it at its four supports: two rings on one side and two rings on the other.	3 Fuse per essa quattro anelli d’oro per i quattro piedi: due anelli da un lato e due anelli dall’altro lato.
4 He also made shafts of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold,	4 Fece stanghe di legno d’acacia e le rivestì d’oro.
5 and passed the shafts through the rings on the sides of the ark, by which to carry it.	5 Introdusse le stanghe negli anelli ai lati dell’arca affinché si potesse portare.

9 The winged creatures had their wings spread upwards, protecting the ark with their wings and facingeach other, their faces being towards the mercy-seat.	9 I Cherubini erano in atto di stendere le ali verso l’alto proteggendo, con le ali, l’Espiatorio; il loro viso, faccia a faccia, era rivolto verso l’Espiatorio.

12 He fitted it with struts a hand's breadth wide and made a gold moulding round the struts.	12 Le fece tutto intorno una cornice larga un palmo e ornò la cornice con un bordo in oro tutto intorno.
13 He cast four gold rings for it and fixed the rings at the four corners where the four legs were.	13 Fuse per la tavola quattro anelli d’oro che mise ai quattro angoli dei quattro piedi.

18 Six branches sprang from its sides: three of the lamp-stand's branches from one side, three of thelamp-stand's branches from the other.	18 Sei bracci si diramavano ai suol lati: tre bracci del candelabro da un lato e tre bracci del candelabro dall’altro.
19 The first branch carried three cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with its calyx and bud; thesecond branch, too, carried three cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with its calyx and bud, and similarlyal six branches springing from the lamp-stand.	19 Il primo braccio aveva tre calici a fior di mandorlo con un bocciolo e un fiore; il secondo braccio aveva tre calici a fior di mandorlo con un bocciolo e un fiore; così per tutti i bracci che si diramavano dal candelabro.
20 The lamp-stand itself carried four cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with its calyx and bud:	20 Il candelabro aveva quattro calici a fior di mandorlo con bocciolo e fiore:
21 one calyx under the first two branches springing from the lamp-stand, one calyx under the next pairof branches and one calyx under the last pair of branches -- thus for al six branches springing from the lamp-stand.	21 un bocciolo sotto i primi due bracci che sì diramavano dal candelabro, un bocciolo sotto i due bracci seguenti che si diramavano dal candelabro e un bocciolo sotto gli altri due bracci che si diramavano dal candelabro: così era per i sei bracci che si diramavano dal candelabro.
22 The calyxes and the branches were of a piece with the lamp-stand, and the whole was made from asingle piece of pure gold, beaten out.	22 I boccioli è i bracci costituivano un sol corpo con il candelabro, il tutto era un unico lavoro in puro oro battuto.
23 He also made its seven lamps, its snuffers and trays of pure gold.	23 Fece le sette lampade del candelabro, gli smoccolatoi e i portacenere in oro puro.
