Isaiah (ישעיה) - Isaia 47

STUTTGARTENSIA-DELITZSCH	NEW JERUSALEM
1 לַמְנַצֵּחַ ׀ לִבְנֵי־קֹרַח מִזְמֹור	1 [For the choirmaster Of the sons of Korah Psalm] Clap your hands, all peoples, acclaim God withshouts of joy.
2 כָּל־הָעַמִּים תִּקְעוּ־כָף הָרִיעוּ לֵאלֹהִים בְּקֹול רִנָּה	2 For Yahweh, the Most High, is glorious, the great king over al the earth.
3 כִּי־יְהוָה עֶלְיֹון נֹורָא מֶלֶךְ גָּדֹול עַל־כָּל־הָאָרֶץ	3 He brings peoples under our yoke and nations under our feet.
4 יַדְבֵּר עַמִּים תַּחְתֵּינוּ וּלְאֻמִּים תַּחַת רַגְלֵינוּ	4 He chooses for us our birthright, the pride of Jacob whom he loves.Pause
5 יִבְחַר־לָנוּ אֶת־נַחֲלָתֵנוּ אֶת גְּאֹון יַעֲקֹב אֲשֶׁר־אָהֵב סֶלָה	5 God goes up to shouts of acclaim, Yahweh to a fanfare on the ram's horn.
6 עָלָה אֱלֹהִים בִּתְרוּעָה יְהֹוָה בְּקֹול שֹׁופָר	6 Let the music sound for our God, let it sound, let the music sound for our king, let it sound.
7 זַמְּרוּ אֱלֹהִים זַמֵּרוּ זַמְּרוּ לְמַלְכֵּנוּ זַמֵּרוּ	7 For he is king of the whole world; learn the music, let it sound for God!
8 כִּי מֶלֶךְ כָּל־הָאָרֶץ אֱלֹהִים זַמְּרוּ מַשְׂכִּיל	8 God reigns over the nations, seated on his holy throne.
9 מָלַךְ אֱלֹהִים עַל־גֹּויִם אֱלֹהִים יָשַׁב ׀ עַל־כִּסֵּא קָדְשֹׁו	9 The leaders of the nations ral y to the people of the God of Abraham. The shields of the earth belongto God, who is exalted on high.
10 נְדִיבֵי עַמִּים ׀ נֶאֱסָפוּ עַם אֱלֹהֵי אַבְרָהָם כִּי לֵאלֹהִים מָגִנֵּי־אֶרֶץ מְאֹד נַעֲלָה
11 וּבָא עָלַיִךְ רָעָה לֹא תֵדְעִי שַׁחְרָהּ וְתִפֹּל עָלַיִךְ הֹוָה לֹא תוּכְלִי כַּפְּרָהּ וְתָבֹא עָלַיִךְ פִּתְאֹם שֹׁואָה לֹא תֵדָעִי
12 עִמְדִי־נָא בַחֲבָרַיִךְ וּבְרֹב כְּשָׁפַיִךְ בַּאֲשֶׁר יָגַעַתְּ מִנְּעוּרָיִךְ אוּלַי תּוּכְלִי הֹועִיל אוּלַי תַּעֲרֹוצִי
13 נִלְאֵית בְּרֹב עֲצָתָיִךְ יַעַמְדוּ־נָא וְיֹושִׁיעֻךְ [הָבְרוּ כ] (הֹבְרֵי ק) שָׁמַיִם הַחֹזִים בַּכֹּוכָבִים מֹודִיעִם לֶחֳדָשִׁים מֵאֲשֶׁר יָבֹאוּ עָלָיִךְ
14 הִנֵּה הָיוּ כְקַשׁ אֵשׁ שְׂרָפָתַם לֹא־יַצִּילוּ אֶת־נַפְשָׁם מִיַּד לֶהָבָה אֵין־גַּחֶלֶת לַחְמָם אוּר לָשֶׁבֶת נֶגְדֹּו
15 כֵּן הָיוּ־לָךְ אֲשֶׁר יָגָעַתְּ סֹחֲרַיִךְ מִנְּעוּרַיִךְ אִישׁ לְעֶבְרֹו תָּעוּ אֵין מֹושִׁיעֵךְ׃ ס
