1 Canción de las subidas. Dichosos todos los que temen a Yahveh, los que van por sus caminos.	1 A Canticle in steps. They have often fought against me from my youth, let Israel now say:
2 Del trabajo de tus manos comerás, ¡dichoso tú, que todo te irá bien!	2 they have often fought against me from my youth, yet they could not prevail over me.
3 Tu esposa será como parra fecunda en el secreto de tu casa. Tus hijos, como brotes de olivo en torno a tu mesa.	3 The sinners have made fabrications behind my back. They have prolonged their iniquity.
4 Así será bendito el hombre que teme a Yahveh.	4 The just Lord will cut the necks of sinners.
5 ¡Bendígate Yahveh desde Sión, que veas en ventura a Jerusalén todos los días de tu vida,	5 Let all those who hate Zion be confounded and turned backwards.
6 y veas a los hijos de tus hijos! ¡Paz a Israel!	6 Let them be like grass on the rooftops, which withers before it can be pulled up:
