1 Nella fine; per quella la qual consèguita la eredità	1 [For the choirmaster For flutes Psalm Of David] Give ear to my words, Yahweh, spare a thought for mysighing.
2 Signore, ricevi le mie parole con le tue orecchie; intendi lo mio grido.	2 Listen to my cry for help, my King and my God! To you I pray,
3 Intendi la voce della mia orazione, o re mio. e Iddio mio.	3 Yahweh. At daybreak you hear my voice; at daybreak I lay my case before you and fix my eyes on you.
4 Perciò ch' io adorerò a te; Signore, la mattina (per tempo) tu esaudirai la voce mia.	4 You are not a God who takes pleasure in evil, no sinner can be your guest.
5 La mattina starò dinanzi a te, e vederotti; perciò che tu sei Signore che non vogli iniquitade.	5 Boasters cannot stand their ground under your gaze. You hate evil-doers,
6 E non abiterà appo te persona maligna; e non permarranno li ingiusti dinanzi agli occhii tuoi.	6 liars you destroy; the violent and deceitful Yahweh detests.
7 Tu hai avuto in odio tutti coloro i quali sono operatori di iniquitade; e distruggerai tutti quelli i quali dicono menzogna. L'uomo di sangue e bugiardo, Iddio l' avrà in abominazione.	7 But, so great is your faithful love, I may come into your house, and before your holy temple bow down inreverence of you.
8 E io mi starò nella moltitudine della tua misericordia. Io entrerò nella casa tua; adorerò al tempio santo tuo nel tuo timore.	8 In your saving justice, Yahweh, lead me, because of those who lie in wait for me; make your way plainbefore me.
9 Signore, menami nella tua giustizia; per cagione delli miei nemici dirizza la mia via dinanzi a te.	9 Not a word from their lips can be trusted, through and through they are destruction, their throats arewide -- open graves, their tongues seductive.
10 Perciò che nella loro bocca non è verità; lo cuore loro sì è vano.	10 Lay the guilt on them, God, make their intrigues their own downfal ; for their countless offences, thrustthem from you, since they have rebel ed against you.
11 La loro gola è come sepolcro aperto; parlavano sempre con le loro lingue con duplicità; tu, Iddio Signore, giùdicali. Cadano (e rimangano defraudati) dalli loro pensieri; secondo la moltitudine delle loro empietadi cacciali da te; perciò, Signore, che t' hanno provocato ad ira.	11 But joy for al who take refuge in you, endless songs of gladness! You shelter them, they rejoice inyou, those who love your name.
12 E allegrinsi tutti quelli che sperano in te; in eterno s' allegreranno, e tu abiterai in loro. E glorierannosi in te tutti quelli che amano il tuo nome.	12 It is you who bless the upright, Yahweh, you surround them with favour as with a shield.
13 Però che tu benedicerai il giusto. Signore, tu ci hai coronati della tua buona volontà, come di uno (securo) scuto.
