Ezechiele (حزقيال) 22

SMITH VAN DYKE	NEW JERUSALEM
1 وكان اليّ كلام الرب قائلا.	1 The word of Yahweh was addressed to me as follows,
2 وانت يا ابن آدم هل تدين هل تدين مدينة الدماء. فعرّفها كل رجاساتها	2 'Son of man, are you ready to judge? Are you ready to judge the blood-stained city? Confront her withal her loathsome practices!
3 وقل. هكذا قال السيد الرب. ايتها المدينة السافكة الدم في وسطها ليأتي وقتها الصانعة اصناما لنفسها لتتنجس بها	3 Say, "The Lord Yahweh says this: City shedding blood inside yourself to hasten your doom, makingfoul idols on your soil to defile yourself,
4 قد اثمت بدمك الذي سفكت ونجّست نفسك باصنامك التي عملت وقرّبت ايامك وبلغت سنيك فلذلك جعلتك عارا للامم وسخرة لجميع الاراضي.	4 you have incurred guilt by the blood you have shed, you have defiled yourself with the foul idols youhave made, you have shortened your days, you have come to the end of your years. This is why I have madeyou an object of scorn to the nations and a laughing-stock to every country.
5 القريبة اليك والبعيدة عنك يسخرون منك يا نجسة الاسم يا كثيرة الشغب.	5 From far and near they will taunt you with your infamous disorders.
6 هوذا رؤساء اسرائيل كل واحد حسب استطاعته كانوا فيك لاجل سفك الدم.	6 "Look! In you the princes of Israel, one and all, have furthered their own interests at the cost ofbloodshed;
7 فيك اهانوا ابا واما. في وسطك عاملوا الغريب بالظلم. فيك اضطهدوا اليتيم والارملة.	7 in you people have despised their fathers and mothers; in you they have il -treated the settler; in youthey have oppressed the widow and orphan.
8 ازدريت اقداسي ونجست سبوتي.	8 You have treated my sanctuary with contempt, you have profaned my Sabbaths.
9 كان فيك اناس وشاة لسفك الدم وفيك اكلوا على الجبال. في وسطك عملوا رذيلة.	9 In you informers incite to bloodshed; in you people eat on the mountains and act licentiously;
10 فيك كشف الانسان عورة ابيه. فيك أذلوا المتنجسة بطمثها.	10 in you they have sexual intercourse with their fathers; in you they force themselves on women in theirperiods;
11 انسان فعل الرجس بامرأة قريبه. انسان نجس كنته برذيلة. انسان اذل فيك اخته بنت ابيه.	11 in you one man engages in loathsome practices with his neighbour's wife, another lewdly defiles hisdaughter-in-law, another violates his sister, his own father's daughter.
12 فيك اخذوا الرشوة لسفك الدم. اخذت الربا والمرابحة وسلبت اقرباءك بالظلم ونسيتني يقول السيد الرب	12 In you people take bribes for shedding blood; you lend for profit and charge interest, you profit fromyour fel ow by extortion and have forgotten about me -- declares the Lord Yahweh.
13 فهانذا قد صفقت بكفي بسبب خطفك الذي خطفت وبسبب دمك الذي كان في وسطك.	13 "Now I shal clap my hands at your acts of banditry and the blood that flows in you.
14 فهل يثبت قلبك او تقوى يداك في الايام التي فيها أعاملك. انا الرب تكلمت وسافعل.	14 Wil your heart be able to resist, will your hands be steady, the day when I cal you to account? I,Yahweh, have spoken and shall act.
15 وابددك بين الامم واذريك في الاراضي وازيل نجاستك منك.	15 I shal scatter you among the nations and disperse you in foreign countries, and so put an end to thefilthiness now inside you;
16 وتتدنسين بنفسك امام عيون الامم وتعلمين اني انا الرب	16 through your own fault, you wil be profaned in the eyes of the nations, and you wil know that I amYahweh!" '
17 وكان اليّ كلام الرب قائلا.	17 The word of Yahweh was addressed to me as fol ows,
18 يا ابن آدم قد صار لي بيت اسرائيل زغلا كلهم نحاس وقصدير وحديد ورصاص في وسط كور. صاروا زغل فضة.	18 'Son of man, for me, the House of Israel has become dross: copper, tin, iron, lead, al mixed uptogether in the melting-pot; they are dross.
19 لاجل ذلك هكذا قال السيد الرب. من حيث انكم كلكم صرتم زغلا فلذلك هانذا اجمعكم في وسط اورشليم	19 And so, Lord Yahweh says this, "Since you have al become dross, right! I shall collect you insideJerusalem.
20 جمع فضة ونحاس وحديد ورصاص وقصدير الى وسط كور لنفخ النار عليها لسبكها كذلك اجمعكم بغضبي وسخطي واطرحكم واسبككم.	20 As silver, copper, iron, lead and tin are col ected in the melting-pot, and the fire is blown underneathto melt them down, so I shal collect you in my furious anger and have you melted down;
21 فاجمعكم وانفخ عليكم في نار غضبي فتسبكون في وسطها.	21 I shal collect you and blow up the fire of my rage for you and have you melted down inside the city.
22 كما تسبك الفضة في وسط الكور كذلك تسبكون في وسطها فتعلمون اني انا الرب سكبت سخطي عليكم	22 As silver is melted in the melting-pot, so you will be melted down inside the city, and you wil knowthat I, Yahweh, have vented my fury on you." '
23 وكان اليّ كلام الرب قائلا	23 The word of Yahweh was addressed to me as fol ows,
24 يا ابن آدم قل لها انت الارض التي لم تطهر لم يمطر عليها في يوم الغضب.	24 'Son of man, say to her, "You are a land that has not received rain or shower on the day of anger.
25 فتنة انبيائها في وسطها كأسد مزمجر يخطف الفريسة. اكلوا نفوسا. اخذوا الكنز والنفيس اكثروا اراملها في وسطها.	25 In you, the princes are like a roaring lion tearing its prey. They have eaten the people, seized wealthand jewels and widowed many inside her.
26 كهنتها خالفوا شريعتي ونجسوا اقداسي. لم يميزوا بين المقدس والمحلل ولم يعلموا الفرق بين النجس والطاهر وحجبوا عيونهم عن سبوتي فتدنست في وسطهم.	26 Her priests have violated my law and desecrated my sanctuary; they have made no distinctionbetween sacred and profane, they have not taught people the difference between clean and unclean; they haveturned their eyes away from my Sabbaths and I have been dishonoured by them.
27 رؤساؤها في وسطها كذئاب خاطفة خطفا لسفك الدم لاهلاك النفوس لاكتساب كسب.	27 In her the leaders are wolves tearing their prey, shedding blood and killing people to steal theirpossessions.
28 وانبياؤها قد طينوا لهم بالطفال رائين باطلا وعارفين لهم كذبا قائلين هكذا قال السيد الرب والرب لم يتكلم.	28 Her prophets have plastered these things over with their empty visions and lying prophecies, saying:Yahweh says this, although Yahweh has not spoken.
29 شعب الارض ظلموا ظلما وغصبوا غصبا واضطهدوا الفقير والمسكين وظلموا الغريب بغير الحق.	29 The people of the country have taken to extortion and banditry; they have oppressed the poor andneedy and il -treated the settler in a way that is unjustifiable.
30 وطلبت من بينهم رجلا يبني جدارا ويقف في الثغر امامي عن الارض لكي لا اخربها فلم اجد.	30 I have been looking for someone among them to build a barricade and oppose me in the breach, todefend the country and prevent me from destroying it; but I have found no one.
31 فسكبت سخطي عليهم. افنيتهم بنار غضبي. جلبت طريقهم على رؤوسهم يقول السيد الرب	31 Hence I have vented my fury on them; I have put an end to them in the fire of my rage. I have madetheir conduct recoil on their own heads -- declares the Lord Yahweh." '
