1 O Senhor disse a Moisés e a Aarão:	1 And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying:
2 "Quando um homem tiver um tumor, uma inflamação ou uma mancha branca na pele de seu corpo, e esta se tornar em sua pele uma chaga de lepra, ele será levado a Aarão, o sacerdote, ou a um dos seus filhos sacerdotes.	2 The man in whose skin or flesh shalt arise a different colour or a blister, or as it were something shining, that is, the stroke of the leprosy, shall be brought to Aaron the priest, or any one of his sons.
3 O sacerdote examinará o mal que houver na pele do corpo: se o cabelo se tornou branco naquele lugar, e a chaga parecer mais funda que a pele, será uma chaga de lepra. O sacerdote verificará o fato e declarará impuro o homem.	3 And if he see the leprosy in his skin, and the hair turned white, and the place where the leprosy appears lower than the skin and the rest of the flesh: it is the stroke of the leprosy, and upon his judgment he shall be separated.
4 Se houver na pele de seu corpo uma mancha branca que não parecer mais funda que a pele sã, e o cabelo não se tiver tornado branco, o sacerdote isolará o doente durante sete dias.	4 But if there be a shining whiteness in the skin, and not lower than the other flesh, and the hair be of the former colour, the priest shall shut him up seven days.
5 No sétimo dia examinará: se a chaga parecer não ter progredido e não se tiver estendido pela pele, isolá-lo-á uma segunda vez durante sete dias.	5 And the seventh day he shall look on him: and if the leprosy be grown no farther, and hath not spread itself in the skin, he shall shut him up again other seven days.
6 No sétimo dia o sacerdote o examinará novamente: se a parte afetada perdeu a sua cor e não se tiver estendido por sobre a pele, declará-lo-á puro; é dartro. O homem lavará suas vestes e será puro.	6 And on the seventh day, he shall look on him: if the leprosy be somewhat obscure, and not spread in the skin, he shall declare him clean, because it is but a scab: and the man shall wash his clothes, and shall be clean.
7 Mas se o dartro se tiver estendido por sobre a pele, depois de se ter mostrado ao sacerdote para ser declarado puro, se lhe mostrará uma segunda vez.	7 But if the leprosy grow again, after he was seen by the priest and restored to cleanness, he shall be brought to him,
8 Se o sacerdote verificar a extensão do dartro por sobre a pele, declará-lo-á impuro: é lepra.	8 And shall be condemned of uncleanness.
9 " Quando um homem for atingido pela lepra, será conduzido ao sacerdote, que o examinará.	9 If the stroke of the leprosy be in a man, he shall be brought to the priest,
10 Se houver na sua pele um tumor branco, e este tiver branqueado o cabelo, e aparecer a carne viva no tumor,	10 And he shall view him. And when there shall be a white colour in the skin, and it shall have changed the look of the hair, and the living flesh itself shall appear:
11 é lepra inveterada na pele de seu corpo; o sacerdote o declarará impuro; não o encerrará, porque é imundo.	11 It shall be judged an inveterate leprosy, and grown into the skin. The priest therefore shall declare him unclean, and shall not shut him up, because he is evidently unclean.
12 Se a chaga se estendeu por toda a pele do doente, da cabeça aos pés, o sacerdote que o examinar, verificando, segundo o que viu,	12 But if the leprosy spring out running about in the skin, and cover all the skin from the head to the feet, whatsoever falleth under the sight of the eyes,
13 que a lepra cobre toda a pele, o declarará puro. Como se tornou completamente branco, é puro.	13 The priest shall view him, and shall judge that the leprosy which he has is very clean: because it is all turned into whiteness, and therefore the man shall be clean.
14 Mas no dia em que se perceber nele a carne viva, será impuro;	14 But when the live flesh shall appear in him,
15 o sacerdote, vendo a carne viva, declará-lo-á impuro; a carne viva é impura; é a lepra.	15 Then by the judgment of the priest he shall be defiled, and shall be reckoned among the unclean: for live flesh, if it be spotted with leprosy, is unclean.
16 Se a carne viva mudar e ficar de novo branca, o homem irá ao sacerdote, que o examinará;	16 And if again it be turned into whiteness, and cover all the man,
17 se a chaga se tornou verdadeiramente branca, o sacerdote declará-lo-á puro: e ele o é.	17 The priest shall view him, and shall judge him to be clean.
18 Quando um homem tiver tido na pele de seu corpo uma úlcera que foi curada,	18 When also there has been an ulcer in the flesh and the skin, and it has been healed,
19 e no lugar da úlcera aparecer um tumor branco ou uma mancha de um branco-avermelhado, esse homem se apresentará ao sacerdote para ser examinado.	19 And in the place of the ulcer, there appeareth a white scar, or somewhat red, the man shall be brought to the priest:
20 Se a mancha parecer mais funda que a pele, e o cabelo se tiver tornado branco, o sacerdote declará-lo-á impuro: é uma chaga de lepra que nasceu na úlcera.	20 And when he shall see the place of the leprosy lower than the other flesh, and the hair turned white, he shall declare him unclean, for the plague of leprosy is broken out in the ulcer.
21 Mas, se o sacerdote verificar que não há cabelo branco na mancha, e ela não parecer mais funda que a pele, e se tiver tornado de uma cor pálida, isolará esse homem durante sete dias.	21 But if the hair be of the former colour, and the scar somewhat obscure, and be not lower than the flesh that is near it, he shall shut him up seven days.
22 Se a mancha se estender por sobre a pele, o sacerdote declarará o homem impuro: é uma chaga de lepra.	22 And if it spread, he shall judge him to have the leprosy:
23 Mas, se a mancha ficou no seu lugar sem se estender, é a cicatriz da úlcera; o sacerdote declará-lo-á puro.	23 But if it stay in its place, it is but the scar of an ulcer, and the man shall be clean.
24 Quando um homem tiver na pele uma queimadura de fogo, e a cicatriz dessa queimadura apresentar uma mancha branca ou de um branco-avermelhado, o sacerdote o examinará.	24 The flesh also and skin that hath been burnt, and after it is healed hath a white or a red scar,
25 Se o cabelo se tornou branco na mancha, e esta parecer mais funda que a pele, é a lepra que nasceu na queimadura; o sacerdote declará-lo-á impuro: é uma chaga de lepra.	25 The priest shall view it, and if he see it turned white, and the place thereof is lower than the other skin: he shall declare him unclean, because the evil of leprosy is broken out in the scar.
26 Se o sacerdote verificar que não há cabelo branco na mancha, e que ela não parece mais funda que a pele, e se tiver tornado de uma cor pálida, isolará esse homem durante sete dias.	26 But if the colour of the hair be not changed, nor the blemish lower than the other flesh, and the appearance of the leprosy be somewhat obscure, he shall shut him up seven days,
27 Depois disso o examinará. Se a mancha tiver se estendido por sobre a pele, o sacerdote declará-lo-á impuro; é uma chaga de lepra.	27 And on the seventh day he shall view him: if the leprosy be grown farther in the skin, he shall declare him unclean.
28 Mas, se a mancha ficou no mesmo lugar sem se estender por sobre a pele, e se tiver tornado de uma cor pálida, é o tumor da queimadura. O sacerdote declará-lo-á puro, pois é a cicatriz da queimadura.	28 But if the whiteness stay in its place, and be not very clear, it is the sore of a burning, and therefore he shall be cleansed, because it is only the scar of a burning.
29 Quando um homem ou uma mulher tiver uma chaga na cabeça ou no queixo, o sacerdote o examinará.	29 If the leprosy break out in the head or the beard of a man or woman, the Priest shall see them,
30 Se ela parecer mais funda que a pele, e nela houver os cabelos finos e amarelados, o sacerdote declarará impuro o enfermo: esta é a tinha, a lepra da cabeça ou do queixo	30 And if the place be lower than the other flesh, and the hair yellow, and thinner than usual: he shall declare them unclean, because it is the leprosy of the head and the beard;
31 Se o sacerdote averiguar que a chaga da tinha não parece mais funda que a pele, e nela não houver cabelos negros, o sacerdote isolará durante sete dias aquele que tem a chaga da tinha.	31 But if he perceive the place of the spot is equal with the flesh that is near it, and the hair black: he shall shut him up seven days,
32 No sétimo dia o examinará. Se a tinha não se espalhou, nela não houver cabelo amarelado algum, e a chaga não parecer mais funda do que a pele,	32 And on the seventh day he shall look upon it. If the spot be not grown, and the hair keep its colour, and the place of the blemish be even with the other flesh:
33 o enfermo cortará a barba, exceto no lugar da chaga, e o sacerdote o isolará de novo durante sete dias.	33 The man shall be shaven all but the place of the spot, and he shall be shut up other seven days:
34 No sétimo dia o examinará. Se a tinha não se espalhou por sobre a pele, e a chaga não parecer mais funda que a pele, o sacerdote declará-lo-á puro; ele levará suas vestes e será puro.	34 If on the seventh day the evil seem to have stayed in its place, and not lower than the other flesh, he shall cleanse him, and his clothes being washed he shall be clean.
35 Se, entretanto, depois que o tiver declarado puro, a tinha se estender por sobre a pele, o sacerdote o examinará.	35 But if after his cleansing the spot spread again in the skin,
36 Se a tinha se tiver espalhado na pele, o sacerdote não procurará o cabelo amarelo, porque o homem é impuro	36 He shall seek no more whether the hair be turned yellow, because he is evidently unclean.
37 Se a tinha lhe parece estacionária, e nela houver crescido cabelos negros, ele sarou; o homem está puro e o sacerdote declará-lo-á como tal.	37 But if the spot be stayed, and the hair be black, let him know that the man is healed, and let him confidently pronounce him clean.
38 Quando o homem ou mulher tiver na pele manchas brancas, o sacerdote o examinará.	38 If a whiteness appear in the skin of a man or a woman,
39 Se essas manchas na pele são de um branco pálido, é uma mancha branca superficial: ele é puro.	39 The priest shall view them. If he find that a darkish whiteness shineth in the skin, let him know that it is not the leprosy, but a white blemish, and that the man is clean.
40 Quando um homem perder os seus cabelos, ele será simplesmente calvo, mas será puro.	40 The man whose hair falleth off from his head, he is bald and clean:
41 Se lhe caírem os cabelos da fronte, ele terá a fronte calva, mas será puro.	41 And if the hair fall from his forehead, he is bald before and clean.
42 Mas se na parte calva, posterior ou dianteira, se encontrar uma chaga de um branco-avermelhado, é a lepra que se declarou na parte calva posterior ou dianteira.	42 But if in the bald head or in the bald forehead there be risen a white or reddish colour,
43 O sacerdote o examinará. Se o tumor da chaga for de um branco-avermelhado na parte calva posterior ou dianteira, tendo o aspecto da lepra da pele do corpo, esse homem é leproso,	43 And the priest perceive this, he shall condemn him undoubtedly of leprosy which is risen in the bald part.
44 é impuro; a sua lepra está na cabeça.	44 Now whosoever shall be defiled with the leprosy, and is separated by the judgment of the priest,
45 Todo homem atingido pela lepra terá suas vestes rasgadas e a cabeça descoberta. Cobrirá a barba e clamará: Impuro! Impuro!	45 Shall have his clothes hanging loose, his head bare, his mouth covered with a cloth, and he shall cry out that he is defiled and unclean.
46 Enquanto durar o seu mal, ele será impuro. É impuro; habitará só, e a sua habitação será fora do acampamento."	46 All the time that he is a leper and unclean, he shall dwell alone without the camp.
47 "Quando a lepra aparecer numa veste de lã ou de linho,	47 A woollen or linen garment that shall have the leprosy
48 num tecido de tela ou de trama, quer seja de lã quer de linho, numa pele ou num objeto qualquer de pele,	48 In the warp, and the woof, or a skin. or whatsoever is made of a skin,
49 se a mancha na veste, na pele, no tecido de tela ou de trama ou no objeto de pele, for esverdeada ou avermelhada, é uma lepra: será mostrada ao sacerdote.	49 If it be infected with a white or red spot, it shall be accounted the leprosy, and shall be shewn to the priest.
50 O sacerdote examinará a mancha e isolará durante sete dias o objeto atingido pelo mal.	50 And he shall look upon it and shall shut it up seven days:
51 No sétimo dia examinará a chaga. Se ela se tiver espalhado pela veste, pelo tecido de tela ou de trama, pela pele ou pelo objeto de pele, seja qual for, é uma lepra roedora; o objeto é impuro.	51 And on the seventh day when he looketh on it again, if he find that it if grown, it is a Axed leprosy: he shall judge the garment unclean, and every thing wherein it shall be found:
52 Queimará a veste, o tecido de tela ou de trama de linho ou de lã, o objeto de pele, seja qual for, em que se encontre a mancha, porque é uma lepra roedora; o objeto será queimado no fogo.	52 And therefore it shall be burnt with fire.
53 Mas se o sacerdote verificar que mancha não se espalhou pela veste, pelo tecido de tela ou de trama, ou pelo objeto de pele,	53 But if he see that it is not grown,
54 mandará lavar o objeto afetado e o isolará uma segunda vez durante sete dias.	54 He shall give orders, and they shall wash that part wherein the leprosy is, and he shall shut it up other seven days.
55 Em seguida examinará a mancha, depois que ela tiver sido lavada. Se não mudou de aspecto nem se espalhou, o objeto é impuro. Tu o queimarás no fogo: a mancha roeu o objeto de um lado a outro.	55 And when he shall see that the former colour is not returned, nor yet the leprosy spread, he shall judge it unclean, and shall burn it with fire, for the leprosy has taken hold of the outside of the garment, or through the whole.
56 Mas se o sacerdote verificar que a mancha lavada tomou uma cor pálida, arrancá-la-á da veste, da pele ou do tecido de tela ou de trama.	56 But if the place of the leprosy be somewhat dark, after the garment is washed, he shall tear it off, and divide it from that which is sound.
57 Se ela voltar novamente à veste, ao tecido de tela ou de trama ou ao objeto de pele, é uma erupção de lepra. Tu queimarás no fogo o objeto atingido pela mancha.	57 And if after this there appear in those places that before were without spot, a flying and wandering leprosy: it must be burnt with fire.
58 Mas a veste, o tecido de tela ou de trama, o objeto de pele, seja o que for, que tiveres lavado e do qual a mancha tiver desaparecido, será lavado uma segunda vez e será puro.	58 If it cease, he shall wash with water the parts that are pure, the second time, and they shall be clean.
59 Tal é a lei relativa à mancha de lepra que atacar as vestes de lã ou de linho, os tecidos de tela ou de trama, ou qualquer objeto de pele; é segundo ela que se declararão esses objetos puros ou impuros."	59 This is the law touching the leprosy of any woollen or linen garment, either in the warp or woof, or any thing of skins, how it ought to be cleansed, or pronounced unclean.
