Isaia 62

LA SACRA BIBBIA	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Per amore di Sion non tacerò, e per amore di Gerusalemme non starò tranquillo, finché la sua giustizia non sorga come l'aurora e la sua salvezza risplenda come fiaccola.	1 About Zion I wil not be silent, about Jerusalem I shal not rest until saving justice dawns for her like abright light and her salvation like a blazing torch.
2 Allora le nazioni vedranno la tua giustizia e tutti i re la tua gloria; ti si chiamerà con un nome nuovo, che la bocca del Signore pronuncerà.	2 The nations wil then see your saving justice, and all kings your glory, and you wil be cal ed a newname which Yahweh's mouth wil reveal.
3 Sarai una splendida corona nella mano del Signore, una tiara regale nella palma del tuo Dio.	3 You will be a crown of splendour in Yahweh's hand, a princely diadem in the hand of your God.
4 Non ti si dirà più "Abbandonata!", poiché sarai chiamata "Il mio piacere è in essa" e la tua terra "Sposata"; poiché il Signore trova piacere in te e la tua terra avrà uno sposo.	4 No more wil you be known as 'Forsaken' or your country be known as 'Desolation'; instead, you wil becal ed 'My Delight is in her' and your country 'The Wedded'; for Yahweh wil take delight in you and your countrywil have its wedding.
5 Sì, come un giovane sposa una vergine, ti sposerà il tuo costruttore; come gioisce lo sposo della sua sposa, così il tuo Dio gioirà di te.	5 Like a young man marrying a virgin, your rebuilder will wed you, and as the bridegroom rejoices in his bride, so wil your God rejoice in you.
6 Sulle tue mura, o Gerusalemme, ho posto sentinelle; tutti i giorni e tutte le notti non taceranno mai. Voi che ricordate al Signore le sue promesse, non abbiate mai riposo!	6 On your wal s, Jerusalem, I have posted watchmen; they will never fal silent, day or night. No peace foryou, as you keep Yahweh's attention!
7 Non date riposo a lui, finché non abbia ristabilito e non abbia fatto di Gerusalemme un oggetto di lode sulla terra.	7 And give him no peace either until he restores Jerusalem and makes her the pride of the world!
8 Il Signore giurò per la sua destra e per il suo braccio potente: "Mai darò più il tuo grano in pasto ai tuoi nemici; gli stranieri non berranno più il tuo vino, per il quale tu hai faticato;	8 Yahweh has sworn by his right hand and by his mighty arm: Never again shall I give your grain to feedyour enemies. Never again will foreigners drink the wine for which you have toiled.
9 poiché quelli che avranno raccolto il grano lo mangeranno e loderanno il Signore, e quelli che avranno vendemmiato berranno il vino nei cortili del mio santuario".	9 No, the reapers wil eat it and praise Yahweh, the harvesters will drink it in my sacred courts!
10 Passate, passate per le porte! Appianate la via per il popolo! Spianate, spianate la strada, rimuovetene le pietre, innalzate un vessillo per i popoli!	10 Pass through, pass through the gates. Clear a way for my people! Level up, level up the highway,remove the stones! Hoist a signal to the peoples!
11 Ecco il Signore proclama fino ai confini della terra: "Dite alla figlia di Sion: ecco, viene il tuo Salvatore, ecco, con lui è la sua mercede e la sua ricompensa è davanti a lui.	11 This is what Yahweh has proclaimed to the remotest part of earth: Say to the daughter of Zion, 'Look,your salvation is coming; with him comes his reward, his achievement precedes him!'
12 Li chiameranno Popolo santo, Redenti dal Signore, e tu sarai chiamata Ricercata, Città non abbandonata".	12 They will be cal ed 'The Holy People', 'Yahweh's Redeemed', while you will be cal ed 'Sought-after','City-not-forsaken'.
