LA SACRA BIBBIA	KING JAMES BIBLE
1 Canto delle ascensioni. Quelli che confidano nel Signore sono come il monte Sion, che non vacilla, che è stabile in eterno.	1 They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.
2 I monti circondano Gerusalemme e il Signore sta intorno al suo popolo, ora e sempre!	2 As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even for ever.
3 Sì, lo scettro di empietà non riposerà sull'eredità dei giusti, purché i giusti non stendano le mani a compiere il male.	3 For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.
4 Sii benevolo, Signore, con i buoni e con quanti sono retti nel loro cuore.	4 Do good, O LORD, unto those that be good, and to them that are upright in their hearts.
5 Ma coloro che declinano per sentieri tortuosi il Signore li accomunerà con gli operatori di male. Pace su Israele!	5 As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the LORD shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity: but peace shall be upon Israel.
