Psalms 148

1 Alleluia. Praise the Lord from the heavens. Praise him on the heights.	1 ¡Aleluya! Alaben al Señor desde el cielo, alábenlo en las alturas;
2 Praise him, all his Angels. Praise him, all his hosts.	2 alábenlo, todos sus ángeles, alábenlo, todos sus ejércitos.
3 Praise him, sun and moon. Praise him, all stars and light.	3 Alábenlo, sol y luna, alábenlo, astros luminosos;
4 Praise him, heavens of the heavens. And let all the waters that are above the heavens	4 alábenlo, espacios celestiales y aguas que están sobre el cielo.
5 praise the name of the Lord. For he spoke, and they became. He commanded, and they were created.	5 Alaben el nombre del Señor, porque él lo ordenó, y fueron creados;
6 He has stationed them in eternity, and for age after age. He has established a precept, and it will not pass away.	6 él los afianzó para siempre, estableciendo una ley que no pasará.
7 Praise the Lord from the earth: you dragons and all deep places,	7 Alaben al Señor desde la tierra, los cetáceos y los abismos del mar;
8 fire, hail, snow, ice, windstorms, which do his word,	8 el rayo, el granizo, la nieve, la bruma, y el viento huracanado que obedece a sus órdenes.
9 mountains and all hills, fruitful trees and all cedars,	9 Las montañas y todas las colinas, los árboles frutales y todos los cedros;
10 wild beasts and all cattle, serpents and feathered flying things,	10 las fieras y los animales domésticos, los reptiles y los pájaros alados.
11 kings of the earth and all peoples, leaders and all judges of the earth,	11 Los reyes de la tierra y todas las naciones, los príncipes y los gobernantes de la tierra;
12 young men and virgins. Let the older men with the younger men, praise the name of the Lord.	12 los ancianos, los jóvenes y los niños,
13 For his name alone is exalted.	13 alaben el nombre del Señor. Porque sólo su Nombre es sublime; su majestad está sobre el cielo y la tierra,
14 Confession of him is beyond heaven and earth, and he has exalted the horn of his people. A hymn to all his holy ones, to the sons of Israel, to a people close to him. Alleluia.	14 y él exalta la fuerza de su pueblo. ¡A él, la alabanza de todos sus fieles, y de Israel, el pueblo de sus amigos! ¡Aleluya!
