1 Yahweh spoke to Moses and Aaron and said to them,	1 Następnie Pan powiedział do Mojżesza i Aarona:
2 'Speak to the Israelites and say: "Of al animals living on land these are the creatures you may eat:	2 Tak mówcie do Izraelitów: Oto zwierzęta, które będziecie jeść spośród wszystkich zwierząt, które są na ziemi:
3 "You may eat any animal that has a cloven hoof, divided into two parts, and that is a ruminant.	3 Będziecie jedli każde zwierzę czworonożne, które ma rozdzielone kopyta, to jest racice, i które przeżuwa.
4 The fol owing, which either chew the cud or have a cloven hoof, are the ones that you may not eat: youwil regard the camel as unclean, because though it is ruminant, it does not have a cloven hoof;	4 Ale [następujących zwierząt], mających rozdzielone kopyto i przeżuwających nie będziecie jedli: wielbłąd, ponieważ przeżuwa, ale nie ma rozdzielonego kopyta - będzie dla was nieczysty;
5 you wil regard the coney as unclean, because though it is ruminant, it does not have a cloven hoof;	5 świstak, ponieważ przeżuwa, ale nie ma rozdzielonego kopyta - będzie dla was nieczysty;
6 you wil regard the hare as unclean, because though it is ruminant, it does not have a cloven hoof;	6 zając, ponieważ przeżuwa, ale nie ma rozdzielonego kopyta - będzie dla was nieczysty;

9 "Of al that lives in water, these you may eat: "Anything that has fins and scales, and lives in the water, whether in sea or river, you may eat.	9 Będziecie jedli następujące istoty wodne: wszystkie istoty wodne, w morzach i rzekach, które mają płetwy i łuski, będziecie jedli.
10 But anything in sea or river that does not have fins and scales, of al the smal water-creatures and althe living things found there, you wil regard as detestable.	10 Ale każda istota wodna, która nie ma płetw albo łusek w morzach i rzekach spośród wszystkiego, co się roi w wodzie, i spośród wszystkich zwierząt wodnych, będzie dla was obrzydliwością.
11 You wil regard them as detestable; you must not eat their meat and you wil regard their carcases asdetestable.	11 Będą one dla was obrzydliwością, nie jedzcie ich mięsa i brzydźcie się ich padliną.
12 Anything that lives in water, but not having fins and scales, you wil regard as detestable.	12 Wszystkie istoty wodne, które nie mają płetw albo łusek, będą dla was obrzydliwością.
13 "Of the birds these are the ones that you wil regard as detestable; they may not be eaten, they aredetestable for eating: "The tawny vulture, the griffon, the osprey,	13 Spośród ptaków będziecie mieli w obrzydzeniu i nie będziecie ich jedli, bo są obrzydliwością, następujące: orzeł, sęp czarny, orzeł morski,
14 the kite, the various kinds of buzzard,	14 wszelkie gatunki kani i sokołów,
15 all kinds of raven,	15 wszelkie gatunki kruków,
16 the ostrich, the screech owl, the seagul , the various kinds of hawk,	16 struś, sowa, mewa, wszelkie gatunki jastrzębi,
17 horned owl, night owl, cormorant, barn owl,	17 puszczyk, kormoran, ibis,
18 ibis, pelican, white vulture,	18 łabędź, pelikan, ścierwik,
19 stork, the various kinds of heron, the hoopoe and the bat.	19 bocian, wszelkie gatunki czapli, dudek i nietoperz.
20 "Al winged insects moving on four feet you wil regard as detestable for eating.	20 Wszelkie latające czworonożne owady będą dla was obrzydliwością.
21 Of al these winged insects you may eat only the fol owing: those with the sort of legs above their feetwhich enable them to leap over the ground.	21 Ale będziecie jeść spośród czworonożnych latających owadów tylko te, których [tylne] kończyny wystają ponad nogami [przednimi], aby [mogły] skakać na nich po ziemi.
22 These are the ones you may eat: the various kinds of migratory locust, the various kinds of solhamlocust, hargol locust and hagab locust.	22 Następujące spośród nich możecie jeść: wszelkie gatunki szarańczy, wszelkie gatunki soleam, wszelkie gatunki chargol i wszelkie gatunki chagab.
23 But al other winged insects on four feet you wil regard as detestable for eating.	23 Wszystkie inne gatunki latających owadów czworonożnych będą dla was obrzydliwością.
24 "By the fol owing you wil be made unclean. Anyone who touches the carcase of one wil be uncleanuntil evening.	24 Następujące zwierzęta czynią człowieka nieczystym. Każdy, kto dotknie się ich padliny, będzie nieczysty aż do wieczora.
25 Anyone who picks up their carcases must wash his clothing and wil be unclean until evening.	25 Każdy, kto będzie nosić ich padlinę, wypierze ubranie i pozostanie nieczysty aż do wieczora.
26 Animals that have hoofs, but not cloven, and that are not ruminant, you wil regard as unclean;anyone who touches them will be unclean.	26 Każde zwierzę, które ma kopyta, ale nie rozdzielone, i nie przeżuwa, będzie nieczyste dla was. Każdy, kto się go dotknie, będzie nieczysty.
27 Those four-footed animals which walk on the flat of their paws you wil regard as unclean; anyonewho touches their carcases wil be unclean until evening,	27 Każde zwierzę czworonożne, które chodzi opierając się na stopach, będzie nieczyste dla was. Każdy, kto dotknie się jego padliny, będzie nieczysty aż do wieczora.
28 and anyone who picks up their carcases must wash his clothing and wil be unclean until evening.You will regard them as unclean.	28 Każdy, kto będzie nosić ich padlinę, wypierze ubranie i pozostanie nieczysty aż do wieczora. To są rzeczy nieczyste dla was!
29 "Of the smal creatures which crawl along the ground, these are the ones which you wil regard asunclean: the mole, the rat, the various kinds of lizard:	29 Spośród małych zwierząt, które poruszają się na ziemi, następujące są nieczyste: kret, mysz i wszelkie gatunki jaszczurek,
30 gecko, koah, letaah, chameleon and tinshamet.	30 gekko, żółw, salamandra, skolopendra i kameleon.
31 "Of al the smal creatures, these are the animals which you must regard as disgusting. Anyone whotouches them when they are dead will be unclean until evening.	31 Te są nieczyste dla was spośród małych zwierząt, które poruszają się na ziemi. Każdy, kto dotknie się ich padliny, będzie nieczysty aż do wieczora.
32 "Any object on which one of these creatures fal s when it is dead becomes unclean: wooden utensil,clothing, skin, sacking, any utensil whatever. It must be immersed in water and wil remain unclean until evening:then it wil be clean.	32 Jeżeli które z tych zwierząt nieżywe upadnie na coś, to ta rzecz będzie nieczysta, niezależnie od tego, czy to będzie naczynie drewniane, czy ubranie, czy skóra, czy worek, czy jakiekolwiek narzędzie pracy. Obmyją je wodą i pozostanie nieczyste aż do wieczora, potem będzie czyste.
33 If the creature fal s into an earthenware vessel, the vessel must be broken; whatever the vesselcontains is unclean.	33 Jeżeli któreś z tych zwierząt wpadnie do naczynia glinianego, to wszystko, co jest wewnątrz naczynia, będzie nieczyste, a naczynie rozbijecie.
34 Any edible food wil be unclean if the water touches it; any drinkable liquid will be unclean, no matterwhat its container.	34 Każdy pokarm, który się spożywa, do którego się dostanie woda z tego naczynia będzie nieczysty. Każdy napój, który bywa używany do picia w jakimkolwiek naczyniu, będzie nieczysty.
35 Anything on which the carcase of such a creature may fal wil be unclean: be it oven or stove, it mustbe destroyed; for they are unclean and you wil regard them as unclean	35 Na cokolwiek upadnie takie zwierzę nieżywe, będzie nieczyste: piecyk albo pierkarnik ma być zniszczony. One są nieczyste i będą nieczyste dla was.
36 (although springs, wel s and stretches of water wil remain clean); anyone who touches one of theircarcases wil be unclean.	36 Tylko źródła i cysterny, to jest zbiorniki wody, pozostają czyste, ale ten, kto dotknie się w nich padliny, będzie nieczysty.
37 If one of their carcases fal s on any kind of seed, the seed will remain clean;	37 Jeżeli taka padlina upadnie na ziarno przeznaczone do siewu, to ziarno pozostanie czyste,
38 but if the seed has been moistened and one of their carcases fal s on it, you wil regard it as unclean.	38 ale jeżeli ziarno jest mokre i taka padlina upadnie na nie, to jest ono dla was nieczyste.
39 "If one of the animals that you use as food dies, anyone who touches the carcase wil be unclean untilevening;	39 Jeżeli zdechnie jedno ze zwierząt, które wam służą za pokarm, i ktoś dotknie się tej padliny, będzie nieczysty aż do wieczora.
40 anyone who eats any of the carcase must wash his clothing and will remain unclean until evening;anyone who picks up the carcase must wash his clothing and wil remain unclean until evening.	40 Jeżeli kto zje coś z takiej padliny, to wypierze ubranie i będzie nieczysty aż do wieczora. Także i ten, kto nosi taką padlinę, wypierze ubranie i będzie nieczysty aż do wieczora.
41 "Any creature that swarms on the ground is detestable for eating; it must not be eaten.	41 Wszelkie małe zwierzęta, które pełzają po ziemi, są obrzydliwością - nie wolno ich jeść!
42 Anything that moves on its bel y, anything that moves on four legs or more -- in short all the creaturesthat swarm on the ground -- you will not eat, since they are detestable.	42 Cokolwiek pełza na brzuchu, cokolwiek chodzi na czterech nogach i cokolwiek ma wiele nóg spośród małych zwierząt pełzających po ziemi, nie będzie przez was jedzone, bo to jest obrzydliwość.
43 Do not make yourselves detestable with al these swarming creatures; do not defile yourselves withthem, do not be defiled by them.	43 Nie plugawcie siebie samych przez jedzenie wszelkich małych zwierząt pełzających, nie zanieczyszczajcie się przez nie, przez to stalibyście się nieczystymi.
44 For it is I, Yahweh, who am your God. You have been sanctified and have become holy because I amholy: do not defile yourselves with all these creatures that swarm on the ground.	44 Ponieważ Ja jestem Pan, Bóg wasz - uświęćcie się! Bądźcie świętymi, ponieważ Ja jestem święty! Nie będziecie się plugawić małymi zwierzętami, które pełzają po ziemi.
45 Yes, it is I, Yahweh, who brought you out of Egypt to be your God: you must therefore be holybecause I am holy." '	45 Bo Ja jestem Pan, który wyprowadził was z ziemi egipskiej, abym był waszym Bogiem. Bądźcie więc świętymi, bo Ja jestem święty!
46 Such is the law concerning animals, birds, al living creatures that move in water and al creaturesthat swarm on the ground.	46 To jest prawo dotyczące zwierząt, ptaków i wszelkich istot żyjących, które poruszają się w wodzie, i wszelkich stworzeń pełzających po ziemi,
47 Its purpose is to distinguish the clean from the unclean, the creatures that may be eaten from thosethat may not be eaten.	47 abyście rozróżniali między tym, co nieczyste, a tym, co czyste, między zwierzętami jadalnymi a tymi, których jeść nie wolno.
