Exodus 31

NEW JERUSALEM	Біблія
1 Yahweh then spoke to Moses and said,	1 Господь сказав Мойсеєві:
2 'Look, I have singled out Bezalel son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah,	2 «Ось я покликав пойменно Бецалела, сина Урі, сина Хура, з коліна Юди;
3 and have filled him with the spirit of God in wisdom, knowledge and skil in every kind of craft:	3 і сповнив його духом Божим, мудрістю й розумом та хистом у всякім ділі;
4 in designing and carrying out work in gold and silver and bronze,	4 щоб продумував мистецькі задуми виконавши у золоті, сріблі й міді;
5 in cutting stones to be set, in wood carving and in executing every kind of work.	5 і щоб обточував дорогоцінне каміння для вправи у гнізда, а й у різьбі дерева, щоб викінчити всяке діло.
6 And to help him I have given him Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, and have endowedthe hearts of al the skilled men with the skil to make everything I have ordered you:	6 І дав я йому помічника Оголіява, сина Ахісамаха, з коліна Дана, і вклав хист у серце кожному умільцеві, щоб зробити все, що я заповідав тобі:
7 the Tent of Meeting; the ark of the Testimony; the mercy-seat above it; and all the furniture of the tent;	7 намет зборів, кивот Свідоцтва, віко, що на ньому, і всю утвар у шатрі;
8 the table and al its accessories; the pure lamp-stand and al its equipment; the altar of incense;	8 стіл і посуд його, і світильник чистий і все його приладдя, і кадильний жертовник,
9 the altar of burnt offerings and al its accessories; the basin and its stand;	9 і жертовник для всепалень та все знаряддя його, і вмивальницю і підставку її;
10 the liturgical vestments, the sacred vestments for Aaron the priest, and the vestments for his sons,for their priestly functions;	10 і одіж службову, і святі ризи для Арона священика, і ризи для синів його, щоб служили у священнодії;
11 the anointing oil and the fragrant incense for the sanctuary. They wil do everything as I have orderedyou.'	11 і миро для помазання, і благовонні пахощі для святині: усе мають зробити достеменно, як заповідав я тобі.»
12 Yahweh then said to Moses,	12 Господь сказав Мойсеєві:
13 'Speak to the Israelites and say, "You wil keep my Sabbaths properly, for this is a sign betweenmyself and you for all your generations to come, so that you will know that it is I, Yahweh, who sanctify you.	13 «Ти ж промов до синів Ізраїля: Глядіть, пильнуйте мені суботи; бо вона — знак між мною та вами для ваших поколінь, щоб знали, що я — Господь, який освячує вас.
14 You wil keep the Sabbath, then; you wil regard it as holy. Anyone who profanes it wil be put todeath; anyone who does any work on that day wil be outlawed from his people.	14 Пильнуйте, отже, суботи: вона бо має бути свята для вас; хто осквернить її, нехай буде скараний смертю. І кожен, хто в ній робитиме якубудь роботу, той буде викорінений з-поміж свого народу.
15 Work must be done for six days, but the seventh day wil be a day of complete rest, consecrated toYahweh. Anyone who works on the Sabbath day wil be put to death.	15 Шість днів для роботи, але сьомий день на цілковитий спочинок, присвячений Господеві; кожен, хто робитиме якусь роботу в день суботній, буде скараний смертю.
16 The Israelites wil keep the Sabbath, observing the Sabbath for all their generations to come: this isan eternal covenant.	16 Тож нехай сини Ізраїля пильнують суботи, та святкують її з роду в рід, як союз віковічний.
17 Between myself and the Israelites, this is a sign for ever, for in six days Yahweh made heaven andearth, but on the seventh day he rested and drew breath."	17 Вона — знак віковічний між мною та синами Ізраїля; бо шість днів творив Господь небо й землю, а сьомого дня спочив і відітхнув.»
18 When he had finished speaking to Moses on Mount Sinai, he gave him the two tablets of theTestimony, tablets of stone inscribed by the finger of God.	18 І як перестав Господь розмовляти з Мойсеєм на Синай-горі, дав йому дві таблиці свідоцтва, таблиці кам’яні, записані пальцем-перстом Божим.
