1 For the leader. Of David, the servant of the LORD.	1 Провідникові хору. Слуги Господнього Давида.
2 Sin directs the heart of the wicked; their eyes are closed to the fear of God.	2 Гріх нашіптує грішникові в його серці; немає Божого страху перед очима в нього.
3 For they live with the delusion: their guilt will not be known and hated.	3 Він бо облещує себе в своїх очах, що не знайдуть його провини, не будуть гидуватись.
4 Empty and false are the words of their mouth; they have ceased to be wise and do good.	4 Слова уст його — неправда й лукавство, він перестав розумно мислити, добро чинити.
5 In their beds they hatch plots; they set out on a wicked way; they do not reject evil.	5 Він беззаконня задумує на своїм ложі, ступає на дорогу недобру, злом не гидує.
6 LORD, your love reaches to heaven; your fidelity, to the clouds.	6 Милість твоя, Господи, небес сягає, вірність твоя по хмари.
7 Your justice is like the highest mountains; your judgments, like the mighty deep; all living creatures you sustain, LORD.	7 Справедливість твоя, як Божі гори, суди твої, немов глибока безодня; людину й скотину, Господи, спасаєш.
8 How precious is your love, O God! We take refuge in the shadow of your wings.	8 Яка дорога, о Боже, твоя ласка: людські сини під захист крил твоїх прибігають.
9 We feast on the rich food of your house; from your delightful stream you give us drink.	9 Насичуються ситтю дому твого, потоком солодощів твоїх їх напуваєш.
10 For with you is the fountain of life, and in your light we see light.	10 Бо в тебе джерело життя, у твоїм світлі побачимо світло.
11 Continue your kindness toward your friends, your just defense of the honest heart.	11 Продовжи твою ласку тим, що тебе знають, і справедливість твою тим, що праві серцем.
12 Do not let the foot of the proud overtake me, nor the hand of the wicked disturb me.	12 Нехай нога гордих на мене не наступить, рука безбожного нехай мене не відпихає.
13 There make the evildoers fall; thrust them down, never to rise.	13 Ось упали лиходії, провалились, не можуть більше встати.
