Salmos 1

BIBLIA	KING JAMES BIBLE
1 ¡Dichoso el hombre que no sigue el consejo de los impíos, ni en la senda de los pecadores se detiene, ni en el banco de los burlones se sienta,	1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 mas se complace en la ley de Yahveh, su ley susurra día y noche!	2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3 Es como un árbol plantado junto a corrientes de agua, que da a su tiempo el fruto, y jamás se amustia su follaje; todo lo que hace sale bien.	3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
4 ¡No así los impíos, no así! Que ellos son como paja que se lleva el viento.	4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.
5 Por eso, no resistirán en el Juicio los impíos, ni los pecadores en la comunidad de los justos.	5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
6 Porque Yahveh conoce el camino de los justos, pero el camino de los impíos se pierde.	6 For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.
