Isaiah (ישעיה) - Isaia 32

STUTTGARTENSIA-DELITZSCH	DOUAI-RHEIMS
1 לְדָוִד מַשְׂכִּיל אַשְׁרֵי נְשׂוּי־פֶּשַׁע כְּסוּי חֲטָאָה	1 To David himself, understanding. Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.
2 אַשְׁרֵי אָדָם לֹא יַחְשֹׁב יְהוָה לֹו עָוֹן וְאֵין בְּרוּחֹו רְמִיָּה	2 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord hath not imputed sin, and in whose spirit there is no guile.
3 כִּי־הֶחֱרַשְׁתִּי בָּלוּ עֲצָמָי בְּשַׁאֲגָתִי כָּל־הַיֹּום	3 Because I was silent my bones grew old; whilst I cried out all the day long.
4 כִּי ׀ יֹומָם וָלַיְלָה תִּכְבַּד עָלַי יָדֶךָ נֶהְפַּךְ לְשַׁדִּי בְּחַרְבֹנֵי קַיִץ סֶלָה	4 For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: I am turned in my anguish, whilst the thorn is fastened.
5 חַטָּאתִי אֹודִיעֲךָ וַעֲוֹנִי לֹא־כִסִּיתִי אָמַרְתִּי אֹודֶה עֲלֵי פְשָׁעַי לַיהוָה וְאַתָּה נָשָׂאתָ עֲוֹן חַטָּאתִי סֶלָה	5 I have acknowledged my sin to thee, and my injustice I have not concealed. I said I will confess against myself my injustice to the Lord: and thou hast forgiven the wickedness of my sin.
6 עַל־זֹאת יִתְפַּלֵּל כָּל־חָסִיד ׀ אֵלֶיךָ לְעֵת מְצֹא רַק לְשֵׁטֶף מַיִם רַבִּים אֵלָיו לֹא יַגִּיעוּ	6 For this shall every one that is holy pray to thee in a seasonable time. And yet in a flood of many waters, they shall not come nigh unto him.
7 אַתָּה ׀ סֵתֶר לִי מִצַּר תִּצְּרֵנִי רָנֵּי פַלֵּט תְּסֹובְבֵנִי סֶלָה	7 Thou art my refuge from the trouble which hath encompassed me: my joy, deliver me from them that surround me.
8 אַשְׂכִּילְךָ ׀ וְאֹורְךָ בְּדֶרֶךְ־זוּ תֵלֵךְ אִיעֲצָה עָלֶיךָ עֵינִי	8 I will give thee understanding, and I will instruct thee in this way, in which thou shalt go: I will fix my eyes upon thee.
9 אַל־תִּהְיוּ ׀ כְּסוּס כְּפֶרֶד אֵין הָבִין בְּמֶתֶג־וָרֶסֶן עֶדְיֹו לִבְלֹום בַּל קְרֹב אֵלֶיךָ	9 Do not become like the horse and the mule, who have no understanding. With bit and bridle bind fast their jaws, who come not near unto thee.
10 רַבִּים מַכְאֹובִים לָרָשָׁע וְהַבֹּוטֵחַ בַּיהוָה חֶסֶד יְסֹובְבֶנּוּ	10 Many are the scourges of the sinner, but mercy shall encompass him that hopeth in the Lord.
11 שִׂמְחוּ בַיהוָה וְגִילוּ צַדִּיקִים וְהַרְנִינוּ כָּל־יִשְׁרֵי־לֵב	11 Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, ye just, and glory, all ye right of heart.
12 עַל־שָׁדַיִם סֹפְדִים עַל־שְׂדֵי־חֶמֶד עַל־גֶּפֶן פֹּרִיָּה
13 עַל אַדְמַת עַמִּי קֹוץ שָׁמִיר תַּעֲלֶה כִּי עַל־כָּל־בָּתֵּי מָשֹׂושׂ קִרְיָה עַלִּיזָה
14 כִּי־אַרְמֹון נֻטָּשׁ הֲמֹון עִיר עֻזָּב עֹפֶל וָבַחַן הָיָה בְעַד מְעָרֹות עַד־עֹולָם מְשֹׂושׂ פְּרָאִים מִרְעֵה עֲדָרִים
15 עַד־יֵעָרֶה עָלֵינוּ רוּחַ מִמָּרֹום וְהָיָה מִדְבָּר לַכַּרְמֶל [וְכַרְמֶל כ] (וְהַכַּרְמֶל ק) לַיַּעַר יֵחָשֵׁב
16 וְשָׁכַן בַּמִּדְבָּר מִשְׁפָּט וּצְדָקָה בַּכַּרְמֶל תֵּשֵׁב
17 וְהָיָה מַעֲשֵׂה הַצְּדָקָה שָׁלֹום וַעֲבֹדַת הַצְּדָקָה הַשְׁקֵט וָבֶטַח עַד־עֹולָם
18 וְיָשַׁב עַמִּי בִּנְוֵה שָׁלֹום וּבְמִשְׁכְּנֹות מִבְטַחִים וּבִמְנוּחֹת שַׁאֲנַנֹּות
19 וּבָרַד בְּרֶדֶת הַיָּעַר וּבַשִּׁפְלָה תִּשְׁפַּל הָעִיר
20 אַשְׁרֵיכֶם זֹרְעֵי עַל־כָּל־מָיִם מְשַׁלְּחֵי רֶגֶל־הַשֹּׁור וְהַחֲמֹור׃ ס
