Isaiah 12

1 On that day, you will say: I give you thanks, O LORD; though you have been angry with me, your anger has abated, and you have consoled me.	1 - E in quel giorno dirai: «Io ti celebrerò, o Signore, perchè essendo sdegnato con meti sei rimesso dalla tua collera, e mi hai consolato.
2 God indeed is my savior; I am confident and unafraid. My strength and my courage is the LORD, and he has been my savior.	2 Ecco, Dio è mio salvatore: agirò con confidenza e non temerò, perchè il Signore Iddio è la mia forza e il mio canto, ed egli fu la mia salvezza».
3 With joy you will draw water at the fountain of salvation,	3 Con gaudio attingerete acquedalle fonti del Salvatore,
4 and say on that day: Give thanks to the LORD, acclaim his name; among the nations make known his deeds, proclaim how exalted is his name.	4 e direte in quel giorno: «Celebrate il Signore, invocate il suo nome, divulgate fra le genti i suoi disegni: rammentate quanto eccelso è il suo nome».
5 Sing praise to the LORD for his glorious achievement; let this be known throughout all the earth.	5 Inneggiate al Signore, perchè ha operato cose sublimi, proclamate questo per tutta la terra.
6 Shout with exultation, O city of Zion, for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel!	6 O dimora di Sion, esulta e inneggiaperchè grande è in mezzo a te il Santo d'Israele.
