1 "This is the rite you shall perform in consecrating them as my priests. Procure a young bull and two unblemished rams.	1 Voici comment tu consacreras les prêtres à mon service: tu prendras un jeune taureau et deux béliers sans défaut,
2 With fine wheat flour make unleavened cakes mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers spread with oil,	2 des pains sans levain, des gâteaux sans levain trempés dans l’huile et des galettes sans levain trempées dans l’huile. Le tout sera de fleur de farine de blé.
3 and put them in a basket. Take the basket of them along with the bullock and the two rams.	3 Tu les mettras dans une corbeille et tu les offriras dans la corbeille avec le jeune taureau et les deux béliers.
4 Aaron and his sons you shall also bring to the entrance of the meeting tent, and there wash them with water.	4 Alors tu feras approcher Aaron et ses fils à l’entrée de la Tente du Rendez-Vous et tu les laveras dans l’eau.
5 Take the vestments and clothe Aaron with the tunic, the robe of the ephod, the ephod itself, and the breastpiece, fastening the embroidered belt of the ephod around him.	5 Puis tu prendras les habits et tu revêtiras Aaron de la tunique, du manteau, de l’éphod et du pectoral. Puis tu laceras sur lui la bande de l’éphod.
6 Put the miter on his head, the sacred diadem on the miter.	6 Tu lui poseras sur la tête le turban, et tu placeras le diadème sacré sur le turban.
7 Then take the anointing oil and anoint him with it, pouring it on his head.	7 Tu prendras l’huile pour l’onction et tu la verseras sur sa tête. C’est ainsi que tu l’oindras.
8 Bring forward his sons also and clothe them with the tunics,	8 Puis tu feras approcher ses fils et tu les habilleras de tuniques.
9 gird them with the sashes, and tie the turbans on them. Thus shall the priesthood be theirs by perpetual law, and thus shall you ordain Aaron and his sons.	9 Tu mettras une ceinture autour des reins d’Aaron et de ses fils, ensuite tu leur mettras les mitres. C’est ainsi que tu consacreras Aaron et ses fils comme prêtres à mon service selon un rite perpétuel.
10 "Now bring forward the bullock in front of the meeting tent. There Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands on its head.	10 Alors tu feras approcher le jeune taureau devant la Tente du Rendez-Vous. Aaron et ses fils poseront leurs mains sur la tête du jeune taureau.
11 Then slaughter the bullock before the LORD, at the entrance of the meeting tent.	11 Tu immoleras le jeune taureau devant Yahvé, à l’entrée de la Tente du Rendez-Vous.
12 Take some of its blood and with your finger put it on the horns of the altar. All the rest of the blood you shall pour out at the base of the altar.	12 Tu prendras du sang du taureau, tu en mettras sur les cornes de l’autel avec ton doigt, et tu verseras le reste du sang au pied de l’autel.
13 All the fat that covers its inner organs, as well as the lobe of its liver and its two kidneys, together with the fat that is on them, you shall take and burn on the altar.	13 Tu prendras la graisse qui entoure les intestins, le foie, les deux rognons et la graisse qui les entoure, et tu brûleras le tout sur l’autel.
14 But the flesh and hide and offal of the bullock you must burn up outside the camp, since this is a sin offering.	14 Tu brûleras la chair du taureau, sa peau et ses excréments en dehors du camp, en sacrifice de réparation pour le péché.
15 "Then take one of the rams, and after Aaron and his sons have laid their hands on its head,	15 Ensuite tu prendras le premier bélier; Aaron et ses fils poseront leurs mains sur la tête du bélier.
16 slaughter it. The blood you shall take and splash on all the sides of the altar.	16 Tu immoleras le bélier et, avec son sang, tu aspergeras l’autel.
17 Cut the ram into pieces; its inner organs and shanks you shall first wash, and then put them with the pieces and with the head.	17 Tu couperas le bélier en morceaux, tu laveras les intestins et les pattes, tu les poseras sur les morceaux et sur la tête du bélier,
18 The entire ram shall then be burned on the altar, since it is a holocaust, a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD.	18 et tu feras brûler le tout sur l’autel. C’est l’holocauste, c’est-à-dire le sacrifice par le feu, en l’honneur de Yahvé. Ce sera un sacrifice agréable à Yahvé.
19 "After this take the other ram, and when Aaron and his sons have laid their hands on its head,	19 Tu prendras ensuite le second bélier; Aaron et ses fils poseront leurs mains sur la tête du bélier.
20 slaughter it. Some of its blood you shall take and put on the tip of Aaron's right ear and on the tips of his sons' right ears and on the thumbs of their right hands and the great toes of their right feet. Splash the rest of the blood on all the sides of the altar.	20 Tu immoleras le bélier et, avec son sang, tu marqueras l’oreille droite d’Aaron et l’oreille droite de ses fils, le pouce de leur main droite et le pouce de leur pied droit. Puis tu aspergeras tout l’autel avec le reste du sang.
21 Then take some of the blood that is on the altar, together with some of the anointing oil, and sprinkle this on Aaron and his vestments, as well as on his sons and their vestments, that his sons and their vestments may be sacred.	21 Tu prendras du sang qui est sur l’autel et de l’huile qui sert pour l’onction, tu en aspergeras Aaron et ses habits, ses fils et leurs habits. Ils seront ainsi consacrés, lui et ses habits, ses fils et leurs habits.
22 "Now, from this ram you shall take its fat: its fatty tail, the fat that covers its inner organs, the lobe of its liver, its two kidneys with the fat that is on them, and its right thigh, since this is the ordination ram;	22 Tu prendras la graisse et la queue du bélier, la graisse qui entoure l’intestin, le foie, les deux rognons et la graisse qui les enveloppe, ainsi que le gigot droit, car c’est un bélier de consécration.
23 then, out of the basket of unleavened food that you have set before the LORD, you shall take one of the loaves of bread, one of the cakes made with oil, and one of the wafers.	23 Tu prendras une boule de pain, un gâteau de pain cuit dans l’huile et une galette de la corbeille des pains sans levain qui se trouve devant Yahvé.
24 All these things you shall put into the hands of Aaron and his sons, so that they may wave them as a wave offering before the LORD.	24 Tu mettras le tout dans les mains d’Aaron et dans les mains de ses fils, et tu les balanceras devant Yahvé.
25 After you have received them back from their hands, you shall burn them on top of the holocaust on the altar as a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD.	25 Puis tu reprendras le tout de leurs mains, et tu le brûleras sur l’autel, en holocauste, c’est-à-dire en sacrifice par le feu, en l’honneur de Yahvé. Ce sera un sacrifice agréable à Yahvé.
26 Finally, take the breast of Aaron's ordination ram and wave it as a wave offering before the LORD; this is to be your own portion.	26 Tu prendras alors la poitrine du bélier pour la consécration d’Aaron, et tu la balanceras devant Yahvé: elle t’appartiendra.
27 "Thus shall you set aside the breast of whatever wave offering is waved, as well as the thigh of whatever raised offering is raised up, whether this be the ordination ram or anything else belonging to Aaron or to his sons.	27 Tu consacreras la poitrine que tu auras balancée, le gigot que tu auras prélevé, tout ce qui a été balancé, tout ce qui a été prélevé sur le bélier de consécration pour Aaron et sur le bélier de consécration pour ses fils.
28 Such things are due to Aaron and his sons from the Israelites by a perpetual ordinance as a contribution. From their peace offerings, too, the Israelites shall make a contribution, their contribution to the LORD.	28 Ce sera un droit perpétuel pour Aaron et pour ses fils, leur dû: les Israélites le prélèveront sur les sacrifices de communion qu’ils offrent à Yahvé.
29 "The sacred vestments of Aaron shall be passed down to his descendants, that in them they may be anointed and ordained.	29 Les vêtements sacrés d’Aaron passeront à ses fils après lui, pour qu’ils les portent au jour de leur onction et de leur consécration.
30 The descendant who succeeds him as priest and who is to enter the meeting tent to minister in the sanctuary shall be clothed with them for seven days.	30 Pendant sept jours, celui de ses fils qui lui succédera pour entrer comme lui dans la Tente du Rendez-Vous et accomplir son ministère dans le Saint, portera ces vêtements sacrés.
31 "You shall take the flesh of the ordination ram and boil it in a holy place.	31 Tu prendras le bélier de consécration et tu feras cuire sa viande dans un lieu sacré.
32 At the entrance of the meeting tent Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram and the bread that is in the basket.	32 Aaron et ses fils mangeront la viande du bélier et le pain qui est dans la corbeille à l’entrée de la Tente du Rendez-Vous.
33 They themselves are to eat of these things by which atonement was made at their ordination and consecration; but no layman may eat of them, since they are sacred.	33 Ils mangeront ainsi ce qui a été offert pour le péché au moment de leur consécration. Aucun profane n’en mangera, car ce sont des viandes sacrées.
34 If some of the flesh of the ordination sacrifice or some of the bread remains over on the next day, this remnant must be burned up; it is not to be eaten, since it is sacred.	34 S’il reste de la viande du sacrifice de consécration, ou du pain, jusqu’au matin, on les brûlera au feu; mais on ne les mangera pas, car ce sont des choses saintes.
35 Carry out all these orders in regard to Aaron and his sons just as I have given them to you. "Seven days you shall spend in ordaining them,	35 Tu feras pour Aaron et pour ses fils tout ce que je t’ai ordonné. Leur consécration durera sept jours.
36 sacrificing a bullock each day as a sin offering, to make atonement. Thus also shall you purge the altar in making atonement for it; you shall anoint it in order to consecrate it.	36 Pour la purification et la consécration de l’autel, tu prépareras chaque jour un jeune taureau pour l’expiation, en sacrifice pour le péché. Ensuite, tu oindras l’autel pour le consacrer.
37 Seven days you shall spend in making atonement for the altar and in consecrating it. Then the altar will be most sacred, and whatever touches it will become sacred.	37 Cette expiation et consécration de l’autel durera sept jours. Désormais l’autel sera très saint et tout ce qui touchera à l’autel sera consacré.
38 "Now, this is what you shall offer on the altar: two yearling lambs as the sacrifice established for each day;	38 Chaque jour, et pour toujours, tu prépareras sur l’autel deux agneaux nés durant l’année.
39 one lamb in the morning and the other lamb at the evening twilight.	39 Tu prépareras le premier agneau le matin, et le second à la tombée du jour.
40 With the first lamb there shall be a tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a fourth of a hin of oil of crushed olives and, as its libation, a fourth of a hin of wine.	40 Tu offriras une mesure de fleur de farine trempée dans de l’huile d’olive concassée et, pour l’offrande liquide, une mesure de vin pour le premier agneau.
41 The other lamb you shall offer at the evening twilight, with the same cereal offering and libation as in the morning. You shall offer this as a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD.	41 À la tombée du jour tu prépareras le second agneau et tu feras pour lui comme pour l’offrande du matin, avec offrande liquide. Ce sera un sacrifice par le feu, agréable à Yahvé.
42 Throughout your generations this established holocaust shall be offered before the LORD at the entrance of the meeting tent, where I will meet you and speak to you.	42 C’est là l’holocauste perpétuel que vous présenterez à Yahvé à l’entrée de la Tente du Rendez-Vous, tout au long de vos générations, à l’endroit même où je te fixerai rendez-vous pour te parler.
43 "There, at the altar, I will meet the Israelites; hence, it will be made sacred by my glory.	43 Je viendrai en ce lieu pour rencontrer les fils d’Israël, et ce lieu sera sanctifié par ma Gloire.
44 Thus I will consecrate the meeting tent and the altar, just as I also consecrate Aaron and his sons to be my priests.	44 Je consacrerai la Tente du Rendez-Vous et l’autel, je consacrerai aussi Aaron et ses fils pour qu’ils soient mes prêtres et me servent.
45 I will dwell in the midst of the Israelites and will be their God.	45 Ainsi j’habiterai au milieu des Israélites et je serai leur Dieu.
46 They shall know that I, the LORD, am their God who brought them out of the land of Egypt, so that I, the LORD, their God, might dwell among them.	46 Ils sauront que je suis Yahvé, leur Dieu, qui les ai fait monter du pays d’Égypte pour habiter au milieu d’eux, moi, Yahvé leur Dieu!
