1 Bildad de Súaj replicó, diciendo:	1 Then Bildad the Shuhite answered and said:
2 Su dominio es soberano y temible: él hace reinar la paz en sus alturas.	2 Dominion and awesomeness are his who brings about harmony in his heavens.
3 ¿Se pueden contar sus legiones? ¿Sobre quién no se alza su luz?	3 Is there any numbering of his troops? Yet to which of them does not his light extend?
4 ¿Cómo puede un hombre ser justo ante Dios o ser puro un hijo de mujer?	4 How can a man be just in God's sight, or how can any woman's child be innocent?
5 Si hasta la luna no tiene brillo ni las estrellas son puras a sus ojos,	5 Behold, even the moon is not bright and the stars are not clear in his sight.
6 ¡cuánto menos el hombre, ese gusano, el hijo del hombre, que es sólo una lombriz!	6 How much less man, who is but a maggot, the son of man, who is only a worm?
