1 Questi sono quelli re che isconfissono i figliuoli d' Israel (e uccisono), e possedettono la terra loro di là dal (fiume) Giordano dove si leva il sole, dal torrente (dell' acqua) d' Arnon d'insino al monte di Ermon, e tutta la parte dell' oriente la quale ragguarda inverso la solitudine.	1 Now these are the kings of the land, which the children of Israel smote, and possessed their land on the other side Jordan toward the rising of the sun, from the river Arnon unto mount Hermon, and all the plain on the east:
2 Seon re degli Amorrei, il quale abitava in Esebon, signoreggiò da Aroer sopra la ripa del torrente d' Arnon, e la metà dall'una parte in valle, della metà di Galaad, insino al torrente (dell' acqua) di Iaboc, il quale è il termine de' figliuoli d' Ammon;	2 Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt in Heshbon, and ruled from Aroer, which is upon the bank of the river Arnon, and from the middle of the river, and from half Gilead, even unto the river Jabbok, which is the border of the children of Ammon;
3 e dalla solitudine insino al mare di Cenerot verso l'oriente, e insino al mare del deserto, il quale sì è mare salsissimo, dalla parte d'oriente per la via che mena (e va) in Betsimot, e dalla parte australe che istà di sotto ad Asedot insino a Fasga.	3 And from the plain to the sea of Chinneroth on the east, and unto the sea of the plain, even the salt sea on the east, the way to Beth-jeshimoth; and from the south, under Ashdoth-pisgah:
4 Il termine di Og re di Basan, delle reliquie di Rafaim, il quale abitò in Astarot e in Edrai, e signoreggiò nel monte di Ermon, in Saleca e in tutta Basan, insino a termini (e confini)	4 And the coast of Og king of Bashan, which was of the remnant of the giants, that dwelt at Ashtaroth and at Edrei,

6 Moisè servo di Dio e i figliuoli d' Israel sì gli sconfissono (e uccisono); e diede Moisè la terra loro in possessione alla schiatta di Ruben e a quella di Gad e alla metà della schiatta di Manasse.	6 Them did Moses the servant of the LORD and the children of Israel smite: and Moses the servant of the LORD gave it for a possession unto the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh.
7 Questi sono i re della terra, i quali isconfisse e uccise Iosuè e' figliuoli d' Israel di quà dal (fiume) Giordano, dalla parte d'occidente, di Baalgad nel campo di Libano insino al monte la cui parte sale su in Seir; e diedela Iosuè in possessione alle schiatte d' Israel, a ciascuna la sua parte,	7 And these are the kings of the country which Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side Jordan on the west, from Baal-gad in the valley of Lebanon even unto the mount Halak, that goeth up to Seir; which Joshua gave unto the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions;
8 così nelli monti come nelli piani.
