LA SACRA BIBBIA	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Farai l'altare in legno d'acacia, lungo cinque cubiti e largo cinque cubiti: l'altare sarà quadrato e sarà alto tre cubiti.	1 'You will make the altar of acacia wood, five cubits long and five cubits wide; the altar wil be squareand three cubits high.
2 Farai i suoi corni, ai suoi quattro angoli, e faranno un tutt'uno con esso: lo ricoprirai di bronzo.	2 At its four corners you wil make horns, the horns must be of a piece with it, and you wil overlay it withbronze.
3 Farai i suoi recipienti per la cenere, le sue palette, i suoi catini, le sue forcelle e i suoi bracieri: farai tutti gli oggetti in bronzo.	3 And for it you will make pans for taking away the fatty ashes, and shovels, sprinkling basins, hooksand fire pans; you wil make al the altar accessories of bronze.
4 Gli farai una graticola di bronzo, fatta come una rete, e sulla rete farai quattro anelli di bronzo alle sue quattro estremità.	4 You will also make a grating for it of bronze network, and on the four corners of the grating you wilmake four bronze rings.
5 La porrai sotto la cornice dell'altare, in basso, e la rete arriverà fino alla metà dell'altare.	5 You will put it below the ledge of the altar, underneath, so that it comes halfway up the altar.
6 Farai delle stanghe in legno d'acacia per l'altare e le ricoprirai di bronzo.	6 You will make shafts for the altar, shafts of acacia wood and overlay them with bronze.
7 Le sue stanghe si introdurranno negli anelli e le stanghe saranno ai due lati dell'altare per sollevarlo.	7 The shafts wil be passed through the rings in such a way that the shafts are on either side of the altar,for carrying it.
8 Lo farai vuoto all'interno, di tavole: come ti è stato mostrato sul monte. Il recinto.	8 You will make the altar hol ow, out of boards; you wil make it as you were shown on the mountain.
9 Farai il recinto della dimora. Nella direzione sud, a meridione, il recinto avrà tendaggi di bisso ritorto, della lunghezza di cento cubiti su un lato.	9 'Then you will make the court of the Dwelling. On the south side, the curtaining of the court must be offinely woven linen, one hundred cubits long (for the first side),
10 Ci saranno venti colonne e le loro venti basi di bronzo: gli uncini delle colonne e le loro aste trasversali saranno d'argento.	10 its twenty poles and their twenty sockets being of bronze, and the poles' hooks and rods of silver.
11 Così per il lato settentrionale: tendaggi di cento cubiti di lunghezza, le sue venti colonne con le sue venti basi di bronzo, gli uncini delle colonne e le aste trasversali d'argento.	11 So too for the north side, there must be a hundred cubits of curtaining, its twenty poles and theirtwenty sockets being of bronze, and the poles' hooks and rods of silver.

16 La porta del recinto avrà una cortina di venti cubiti, di porpora viola, porpora rossa, scarlatto e bisso ritorto: lavoro di ricamo con le sue quattro colonne e le sue quattro basi.	16 and for the gateway to the court there must be a twenty-cubit screen of finely woven linenembroidered with violet-purple, red-purple and crimson, with its four poles and their four sockets.
17 Tutte le colonne intorno al recinto avranno aste trasversali d'argento: i loro uncini saranno d'argento e le loro basi di bronzo.	17 Al the poles round the court must be connected by silver rods; their hooks must be of silver and theirsockets of bronze.
18 La lunghezza del recinto sarà di cento cubiti, la larghezza di cinquanta, l'altezza di cinque cubiti; di bisso ritorto e le loro basi di bronzo.	18 The length of the court must be one hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits and its height five cubits. Althe curtaining must be made of finely woven linen, and their sockets of bronze.
19 Tutti gli oggetti della dimora, per tutti i suoi servizi, tutti i suoi picchetti e tutti i picchetti del recinto saranno di bronzo.	19 Al the accessories for general use in the Dwel ing, al its pegs and al the pegs of the court, must beof bronze.
