1 Groom to Bride: "How beautiful you are, my love, how beautiful you are! Your eyes are those of a dove, except for what is hidden within. Your hair is like flocks of goats, which ascend along the mountain of Gilead."	1 [El Amado] ¡Qué hermosa eres, amada mía, qué hermosa eres! Tus ojos son palomas, detrás de tu velo. Tus cabellos, como un rebaño de cabras que baja por las laderas de Galaad.
2 "Your teeth are like flocks of shorn sheep, which ascend from the washing, each one with its identical twin, and not one among them is barren."	2 Tus dientes, como un rebaño de ovejas esquiladas que acaban de bañarse: todas ellas han tenido mellizos y no hay ninguna estéril.
3 "Your lips are like a scarlet ribbon, and your eloquence is sweetness. Like a piece of pomegranate, so are your cheeks, except for what is hidden within."	3 Como una cinta escarlata son tus labios y tu boca es hermosa. Como cortes de granada son tus mejillas, detrás de tu velo.
4 "Your neck is like the tower of David, which was built with ramparts: a thousand shields are hanging from it, all the armor of the strong."	4 Tu cuello es como la torre de David, construida con piedras talladas: de ella cuelgan mil escudos, toda clase de armaduras de guerreros.
5 "Your two breasts are like two young does, twins that pasture among the lilies."	5 Tus pechos son como dos ciervos jóvenes, mellizos de una gacela, que pastan entre los lirios.
6 "Until the day rises and the shadows decline, I will go to the mountain of myrrh and to the hill of frankincense."	6 Antes que sople la brisa y huyan las sombras, iré a la montaña de la mirra, a la colina del incienso.
7 "You are totally beautiful, my love, and there is no blemish in you."	7 Eres toda hermosa, amada mía, y no tienes ningún defecto.
8 "Advance from Lebanon, my spouse, advance from Lebanon, advance. You shall be crowned at the head of Amana, near the summit of Senir and Hermon, by the dens of lions, by the mountains of leopards."	8 ¡Ven conmigo del Líbano, novia mía, ven desde el Líbano! Desciende desde la cumbre del Amaná, desde las cimas del Sanir y del Hermón, desde la guarida de los leones, desde los montes de los leopardos.
9 "You have wounded my heart, my sister, my spouse. You have wounded my heart with one look of your eyes, and with one lock of hair on your neck."	9 ¡Me has robado el corazón hermana mía, novia mía! ¡Me has robado el corazón con una sola de tus miradas, con una sola vuelta de tus collares!
10 "How beautiful are your breasts, my sister, my spouse! Your breasts are more beautiful than wine, and the fragrance of your ointments is above all aromatic oils."	10 ¡Qué hermosos son tus amores, hermana mía, novia mía! Tus amores son más deliciosos que el vino, y el aroma de tus perfumes, mejor que todos los ungüentos.
11 "Your lips, my spouse, are a dripping honeycomb; honey and milk are under your tongue. And the fragrance of your garments is like the odor of frankincense."	11 ¡Tus labios destilan miel pura, novia mía! Hay miel y leche bajo tu lengua, y la fragancia de tus vestidos es como el aroma del Líbano.
12 "An enclosed garden is my sister, my spouse: an enclosed garden, a sealed fountain."	12 Eres un jardín cerrado hermana mía, novia mía; eres un jardín cerrado, una fuente sellada.
13 "You send forth a paradise of pomegranates along with the fruits of the orchard: Cypress grapes, with aromatic oil;"	13 Tus brotes son un vergel de granadas, con frutos exquisitos: alheña con nardos,
14 "aromatic oil and saffron; sweet cane and cinnamon, with all the trees of Lebanon; myrrh and aloe, with all the best ointments."	14 nardo y azafrán, caña aromática y canela, con todos los árboles de incienso, mirra y áloe, con los mejores perfumes.
15 "The fountain of the gardens is a well of living waters, which flow forcefully from Lebanon."	15 ¡Fuente que riega los jardines, manantial de agua viva, que fluye desde el Líbano! [La Amada]
16 "Rise up, north wind, and advance, south wind. Send a breeze through my garden, and carry its aromatic scents."	16 ¡Despierta, viento del norte, ven, viento del sur! ¡Soplen sobre mi jardín para que exhale su perfume! ¡Que mi amado entre en su jardín y saboree sus frutos deliciosos!
