1 As regards his palace, Solomon spent thirteen years on it before the building was completed.	1 А свой дом Соломон строил тринадцать лет и окончил весь домсвой.
2 He built the House of the Forest of Lebanon, a hundred cubits long, fifty cubits wide, and thirty cubitshigh, on four rows of cedar-wood pil ars,	2 И построил он дом из дерева Ливанского, длиною во столоктей, шириною в пятьдесят локтей, а вышиною в тридцать локтей, на четырех рядах кедровых столбов; и кедровые бревна [положены были] на столбах.
3 with lengths of cedar wood laid horizontal y on the pil ars. The upper part was panel ed with cedar rightdown to the tie-beams on forty-five pillars, fifteen in each row.	3 И настлан был помост из кедра над бревнами на сорока пятистолбах, по пятнадцати в ряд.
4 There were three rows of window-frames, with the windows corresponding to one another at threelevels.	4 Оконных косяков [было] три ряда; и три ряда [окон], окно противокна.
5 Al the doorways and windows were rectangular, with the windows corresponding to one another atthree levels.	5 И все двери и дверные косяки были четырехугольные, и окнопротив окна, в три ряда.
6 He also made the Colonnade, fifty cubits long and thirty cubits broad, with a cornice in front.	6 И притвор из столбов сделал он длиною в пятьдесят локтей, шириною в тридцать локтей, и пред ними крыльцо, и столбы, и порогпред ними.
7 He also made the Hal of the Throne where he used to dispense justice, that is, the Hal of Justice; it waspanel ed in cedar from floor to beams.	7 Еще притвор с престолом, с которого он судил, притвор длясудилища сделал он и покрыл все полы кедром.
8 His own living quarters, in the other court and inwards from the Hal , were of the same construction. Andthere was a house similar to this Hal for Pharaoh's daughter whom he had taken in marriage.	8 В доме, где он жил, другой двор позади притвора был такогоже устройства. И в доме дочери фараоновой, которую взял за Себясоломон, он сделал такой же притвор.
9 Al these buildings were of special stones cut to measure, trimmed on the inner and outer sides with thesaw, from the foundations to the coping-	9 Все это сделано было из дорогих камней, обтесанных поразмеру, обрезанных пилою, с внутренней и наружной стороны, отоснования до выступов, и с наружной стороны до большого двора.
10 the foundations were of special stones, huge stones, of ten and eight cubits,	10 И в основание положены были камни дорогие, камни большие, камни в десять локтей и камни в восемь локтей,
11 and, above these, special stones, cut to measure, and cedar wood-	11 и сверху дорогие камни, обтесанные по размеру, и кедр.
12 and, on the outside, the great court had three courses of dressed stone round it and one course ofcedar beams; so also had the inner court of the Temple of Yahweh and the vestibule of the Temple.	12 Большой двор огорожен был кругом тремя рядами тесаныхкамней и одним рядом кедровых бревен; также и внутренний дворхрама Господа и притвор храма.
13 King Solomon sent for Hiram of Tyre;	13 И послал царь Соломон и взял из Тира Хирама,
14 he was the son of a widow of the tribe of Naphtali, but his father had been a Tyrian, a bronzeworker.He was a highly intel igent craftsman, skil ed in al types of bronzework. He came to King Solomon and did althis work for him.	14 сына одной вдовы, из колена Неффалимова. Отец его Тирянинбыл медник; он владел способностью, искусством и уменьемвыделывать всякие вещи из меди. И пришел он к царю Соломону ипроизводил у него всякие работы:
15 He cast the two bronze pillars; the height of one pil ar was eighteen cubits, and a cord twelve cubitslong gave the measurement of its girth; so also was the second pil ar.	15 и сделал он два медных столба, каждый в восемнадцать локтейвышиною, и снурок в двенадцать локтей обнимал [окружность] того идругого столба;
16 He made two capitals of cast bronze for the tops of the pil ars; the height of one capital was five cubits,and the height of the other five cubits.	16 и два венца, вылитых из меди, он сделал, чтобы положить наверху столбов: пять локтей вышины в одном венце и пять локтейвышины в другом венце;
17 He made two sets of filigree to cover the moulding of the two capitals surmounting the pil ars, onefiligree for one capital and one filigree for the other.	17 сетки плетеной работы и снурки в виде цепочек для венцов, которые были на верху столбов: семь на одном венце и семь надругом венце.
18 He also made pomegranates: two rows of them round each filigree,four hundred in al ,	18 Так сделал он столбы и два ряда гранатовых яблок вокругсетки, чтобы покрыть венцы, которые на верху столбов; то жесделал и для другого венца.
19 The capitals surrounding the pil ars were lily-shaped.	19 А в притворе венцы на верху столбов сделаны [наподобиелилии], в четыре локтя,
20 applied on the raised moulding behind the filigree; there were two hundred pomegranates round onecapital and the same round the other capital.	20 и венцы на обоих столбах вверху, прямо над выпуклостью, которая подле сетки; и на другом венце, рядами кругом, двестигранатовых яблок.
21 He erected the pil ars in front of the portico of the Temple, he erected the right-hand pil ar and named itJachin; he erected the left-hand pil ar and named it Boaz.	21 И поставил столбы к притвору храма; поставил столб направой стороне и дал ему имя Иахин, и поставил столб на левойстороне и дал ему имя Воаз.
22 Thus, the work on the pillars was completed.	22 И над столбами поставил [венцы], сделанные [наподобие] лилии; так окончена работа над столбами.
23 He made the Sea of cast metal, ten cubits from rim to rim, circular in shape and five cubits high; a cordthirty cubits long gave the measurement of its girth.	23 И сделал литое [из меди] море, --от края его до края его десять локтей, --совсем круглое, вышиною в пять локтей, и снурок в тридцать локтей обнимал его кругом.
24 Under its rim and completely encircling it were gourds surrounding the Sea; over a length of thirtycubits the gourds were in two rows, of one and the same casting with the rest.	24 [Подобия] огурцов под краями его окружали его по десяти налокоть, окружали море со всех сторон в два ряда; [подобия] огурцовбыли вылиты с ним одним литьем.
25 It rested on twelve oxen, three facing north, three facing west, three facing south, three facing east; onthese, their hindquarters al turned inwards, stood the Sea.	25 Оно стояло на двенадцати волах: три глядели к северу, триглядели к западу, три глядели к югу и три глядели к востоку; морележало на них, и зады их [обращены были] внутрь под него.
26 It was a hand's breadth in thickness, and its rim was shaped like the rim of a cup, lily-shaped. It couldhold two thousand measures.	26 Толщиною оно было в ладонь, и края его, сделанные подобнокраям чаши, [походили] на распустившуюся лилию. Оно вмещало дветысячи батов.
27 He made the ten bronze stands; each stand was four cubits long, four cubits wide, and three high.	27 И сделал он десять медных подстав; длина каждой подставы гчетыре локтя, ширина г четыре локтя и три локтя г вышина.
28 They were designed as fol ows; they had an undercarriage and crosspieces to the undercarriage.	28 И вот устройство подстав: у них стенки, стенки междунаугольными пластинками;
29 On the crosspieces of the undercarriage were lions and bul s and winged creatures, and on top of theundercarriage was a support; under the lions and oxen there were scrolls in the style of. . .	29 на стенках, которые между наугольниками, [изображены] былильвы, волы и херувимы; также и на наугольниках, а выше и нижельвов и волов г развесистые венки;
30 Each stand had four bronze wheels with bronze axles; its four feet had shoulderings under the basin,and the shoulderings were cast. . .	30 у каждой подставы по четыре медных колеса и оси медные. Начетырех углах выступы наподобие плеч, выступы литые внизу, подчашею, подле каждого венка.
31 Its mouth measured one and a half cubits from where the shoulderings met to the top; its mouth wasround like a stand for a vessel, and on the mouth there were engravings too; the crosspieces, however, wererectangular and not round.	31 Отверстие от внутреннего венка до верха в один локоть; отверстие его круглое, подобно подножию столбов, в полтора локтя, и при отверстии его изваяния; но боковые стенки четырехугольные, не круглые.
32 The four wheels were under the crosspieces. The axles of the wheels were inside the stands; theheight of the wheels was one and a half cubits.	32 Под стенками было четыре колеса, и оси колес в подставах; вышина каждого колеса г полтора локтя.
33 The wheels were designed like chariot wheels: their axles, felloes, spokes and naves had al been cast.	33 Устройство колес такое же, как устройство колес вколеснице; оси их, и ободья их, и спицы их, и ступицы их, всебыло литое.
34 There were four shoulderings at the four corners of each stand: the stand and the shoulderings were alof a piece.	34 Четыре выступа на четырех углах каждой подставы; изподставы [выходили] выступы ее.
35 At the top of the stand there was a support, circular in shape and half a cubit high; and on top of thestand there were lugs. The crosspieces were of a piece with the stand.	35 И на верху подставы круглое возвышение на полглоктя вышины; и на верху подставы рукоятки ее и стенки ее из одной с нею массы.
36 On the bands he engraved winged creatures and lions and palm leaves. . . and scrol s right round.	36 И изваял он на дощечках ее рукоятки и на стенках еехерувимов, львов и пальмы, сколько где позволяло место, и вокругразвесистые венки.
37 He made the ten stands like this: the same casting and the same measurements for all.	37 Так сделал он десять подстав: у всех их одно литье, однамера, один вид.
38 He made ten bronze basins; each basin held forty measures and each basin measured four cubits, onebasin to each of the ten stands.	38 И сделал десять медных умывальниц: каждая умывальницавмещала сорок батов, каждая умывальница была в четыре локтя, каждая умывальница стояла на одной из десяти подстав.
39 He arranged the stands, five on the right-hand side of the Temple, five on the left-hand side of theTemple; the Sea he placed on the right-hand side of the Temple, to the south east.	39 И расставил подставы г пять на правой стороне храма и пятьна левой стороне храма, а море поставил на правой стороне храма, на восточногюжной стороне.
40 Hiram made the ash containers, the scoops and the sprinkling bowls. He finished all the work that hedid for King Solomon on the Temple of Yahweh:	40 И сделал Хирам умывальницы и лопатки и чаши. И кончил Хирамвсю работу, которую производил у царя Соломона для Храмагосподня:
41 Two pil ars; the two mouldings of the capitals surrounding the pil ars; the two sets of filigree to coverthe two mouldings of the capitals surmounting the pil ars;	41 два столба и две опояски венцов, которые на верху столбов, и две сетки для покрытия двух опоясок венцов, которые на верхустолбов;
42 the four hundred pomegranates for the two sets of filigree -- two rows of pomegranates for each set offiligree;	42 и четыреста гранатовых яблок на двух сетках; два рядагранатовых яблок для каждой сетки, для покрытия двух опоясоквенцов, которые на столбах;
43 the ten stands and the ten basins on the stands;	43 и десять подстав и десять умывальниц на подставах;
44 the one Sea and the twelve oxen beneath the Sea;	44 одно море и двенадцать волов под морем;
45 the ash containers, the scoops, and sprinkling bowls. All these objects made by Hiram for KingSolomon for the Temple of Yahweh were of burnished bronze.	45 и тазы, и лопатки, и чаши. Все вещи, которые сделал Хирамцарю Соломону для храма Господа, [были] из полированной меди.
46 He made them by the process of sand casting, in the plain of the Jordan between Succoth andZarethan.	46 Царь выливал их в глинистой земле, в окрестности Иордана, между Сокхофом и Цартаном.
47 There were so many of them, that the weight of the bronze was never calculated.	47 И поставил Соломон все сии вещи [на место]. По причинечрезвычайного их множества, вес меди не определен.
48 Solomon made all the objects designed for the Temple of Yahweh: the golden altar and the gold tablefor the loaves of permanent offering;	48 И сделал Соломон все вещи, которые в храме Господа: золотойжертвенник и золотой стол, на котором хлебы предложения;
49 the lamp-stands, five on the right and five on the left in front of the Debir, of pure gold; the floral work,the lamps, the tongs, of gold;	49 и светильники г пять по правую сторону и пять по левуюсторону, пред задним отделением храма, из чистого золота, ицветы, и лампадки, и щипцы из золота;
50 the basins, the snuffers, the sprinkling bowls, the incense ladles and the pans, of real gold; the doorpanels -- for the inner shrine -- that is, the Holy of Holies -- and for the Hekal, of gold.	50 и блюда, и ножи, и чаши, и лотки, и кадильницы из чистогозолота, и петли у дверей внутреннего храма во Святом Святых и удверей в храме из золота же.
51 Thus al the work done by King Solomon for the Temple of Yahweh was completed, and Solomonbrought in the gifts which his father David had consecrated; and he had the silver, the gold and the utensils putinto the treasuries of the Temple of Yahweh.	51 Так совершена вся работа, которую производил царь Соломондля храма Господа. И принес Соломон посвященное Давидом, отцомего; серебро и золото и вещи отдал в сокровищницы храма Господня.
