1 The LORD said to Moses:	1 Signore parlò a Mosè, dicendo:
2 "Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When a man (or a woman) solemnly takes the nazirite vow to dedicate himself to the LORD,	2 « Parla ai figli d'Israele e di' loro: Quando un uomo o una donna avran fatto voto di santificarsi, e vorranno consacrarsi al Signore,
3 he shall abstain from wine and strong drink; he may neither drink wine vinegar, other vinegar, of any kind of grape juice, nor eat either fresh or dried grapes.	3 si asterranno dal vino e da tutto ciò che può inebriare. Non berranno aceto fatto di vino o di altra bevanda, nè ciò che si spreme dall'uva, non mangeranno uva fresca o secca che sia,
4 As long as he is a nazirite he shall not eat anything of the produce of the vine; not even unripe grapes or grapeskins.	4 per tutto il tempo in cui sono consacrati per voto al Signore: non mangeranno alcun prodotto della vigna, nemmeno l'uva passa e gli acini.
5 While he is under the nazirite vow, no razor shall touch his hair. Until the period of his dedication to the LORD is over, he shall be sacred, and shall let the hair of his head grow freely.	5 Per tutto il tempo della sua separazione il rasoio non passerà sopra il suo capo: finché non sian compiti i giorni per i quali s'è consacrato al Signore, egli sarà santo e si lascerà crescere la chioma della sua testa.
6 As long as he is dedicated to the LORD, he shall not enter where a dead person is.	6 Durante tutto il tempo della sua consacrazione non si accosterà ai morti,
7 Not even for his father or mother, his sister or brother, should they die, may he become unclean, since his head bears his dedication to God.	7 non si contaminerà neppure per il funerale del padre, della madre, del fratello e della sorella, perchè ha sopra il suo capo la consacrazione del suo Dio.
8 As long as he is a nazirite he is sacred to the LORD.	8 Per tutto il tempo della sua separazione sarà consacrato al Signore.
9 "If someone dies very suddenly in his presence, so that his dedicated head becomes unclean, he shall shave his head on the day of his purification, that is, on the seventh day.	9 E se uno gli muore all'improvviso davanti, venendo contaminata la consacrazione del suo capo, egli la raderà subito nello stesso giorno della sua purificazione, e nel settimo giorno.
10 On the eighth day he shall bring two turtledoves or two pigeons to the priest at the entrance of the meeting tent.	10 Nell'ottavo giorno offrirà al sacerdote, all'ingresso del Tabernacolo dell'alleanza, due tortorelle o due colombini,
11 The priest shall offer up the one as a sin offering and the other as a holocaust, thus making atonement for him for the sin he has committed by reason of the dead person. On the same day he shall reconsecrate his head	11 il sacerdotene immolerà uno per il peccato e l'altro in olocausto e farà orazione per lui che ha peccato a causa di quel morto. Santificherà in quel giorno il suo capo,
12 and begin anew the period of his dedication to the LORD as a nazirite, bringing a yearling lamb as a guilt offering. The previous period is not valid, because his dedicated head became unclean.	12 econsacrerà al Signore i giorni della sua separazione, offrendo un agnello di unanno per il peccato; ma i giorni precedenti resteranno inutili, perche la sua santificazione fu contaminata.
13 "This is the ritual for the nazirite: On the day he completes the period of his dedication he shall go to the entrance of the meeting tent,	13 Questa è la legge della consacrazione: compiuti i giorni determinati dal voto, sarà condotto alla porta del Tabernacolo dell'alleanza,
14 bringing as his offering to the LORD one unblemished yearling lamb for a holocaust, one unblemished yearling ewe lamb for a sin offering, one unblemished ram as a peace offering, along with their cereal offerings and libations,	14 e offrirà la sua oblazione al Signore: un agnello di un anno, senza macchia, in olocausto, un'agnella di un anno, senza macchia, per il peccato, un ariete senza macchia in ostia pacifica,
15 and a basket of unleavened cakes of fine flour mixed with oil and of unleavened wafers spread with oil.	15 e un paniere di pani azzimi intrisi d'olio, con schiacciate non lievitate e unte d'olio, ciascuna cosa colle sue libazioni.
16 The priest shall present them before the LORD, and shall offer up the sin offering and the holocaust for him.	16 Il sacerdote le offrirà dinanzi al Signore, offrirà il sacrifizio per il peccato e l'olocausto;
17 He shall then offer up the ram as a peace offering to the LORD, with its cereal offering and libation, and the basket of unleavened cakes.	17 ma immolerà il montone come ostia pacifica; offrirà insieme il paniere degli azzimi e le libazioni che secondo l'uso son dovute.
18 Then at the entrance of the meeting tent the nazirite shall shave his dedicated head, collect the hair, and put it in the fire that is under the peace offering.	18 Allora il nazareo si farà radere la chioma consacrata davanti alla porta del Tabernacolo dell'alleanza e (il sacerdote), presi quei capelli, li metterà sul fuoco che brucia sotto l'ostia pacifica.
19 After the nazirite has shaved off his dedicated hair, the priest shall take a boiled shoulder of the ram, as well as one unleavened cake and one unleavened wafer from the basket, and shall place them in the hands of the nazirite.	19 Presa poi la spalla cotta dell'ariete, una torta non lievitata dal paniere, e una schiacciata azzima, le porrà nelle mani del nazareo, raso che ne sia il capo.
20 The priest shall then wave them as a wave offering before the LORD. They become sacred and shall belong to the priest, along with the breast of the wave offering and the leg of the raised offering. Only after this may the nazirite drink wine.	20 Riprese dal nazareo queste cose, le alzerà al cospetto del Signore, ed esse, così santificate, apparterranno al sacerdote, come il petto che si ordinò di separare, e la coscia. Fatto questo, il nazareo potrà bere il vino.
21 "This, then, is the law for the nazirite; this is the offering to the LORD which is included in his vow of dedication apart from anything else which his means may allow. Thus shall he carry out the law of his dedication in keeping with the vow he has taken."	21 Tale è la legge del nazareo che avrà fatto voto della sua offerta al Signore nel tempo della sua consacrazione, oltre quello che secondo i mezzi vorrà dare. Egli farà secondo il voto emesso per render perfetta la sua santificazione ».
22 The LORD said to Moses:	22 Il Signore parlò a Mosè, dicendo:
23 "Speak to Aaron and his sons and tell them: This is how you shall bless the Israelites. Say to them:	23 Di' ad Aronne e ai suoi figli: Così voi benedirete i figli d'Israele, dicendo loro:
24 The LORD bless you and keep you!	24 Il Signore ti benedica e ti custodisca.
25 The LORD let his face shine upon you, and be gracious to you!	25 Il Signore ti mostri la sua faecia ed abbia pietà di te.
26 The LORD look upon you kindly and give you peace!	26 Il Signore rivolga a te la sua faccia e ti dia pace.
27 So shall they invoke my name upon the Israelites, and I will bless them."	27 Essi invocheranno il mio nome sopra i figli d'Israele ed io li benedirò ».
