Psalms 14

KING JAMES BIBLE	EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS
1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.	1 Del maestro de coro. De David. El necio se dice a sí mismo: «No hay Dios». Todos están pervertidos, hacen cosas abominables, nadie practica el bien.
2 The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.	2 El Señor observa desde el cielo a los seres humanos, para ver si hay alguien que sea sensato, alguien que busque a Dios.
3 They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.	3 Todos están extraviados, igualmente corrompidos; nadie practica el bien, ni siquiera uno solo.
4 Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.	4 Nunca aprenderán los malvados, los que devoran a mi pueblo como si fuera pan, y no invocan al Señor?
5 There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.	5 Miren cómo tiemblan de espanto, porque Dios está a favor de los justos.
6 Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge.	6 ustedes se burlan de las aspiraciones del pobre, pero el Señor es su refugio.
7 Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the LORD bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.	7 ¡Ojalá venga desde Sión la salvación de Israel! Cuando el Señor cambie la suerte de su pueblo, se alegrará Jacob, se regocijará Israel.
