2 Romlottak lettek és utálatosságokat művelnek, nincs, aki jót cselekedne.	2 God looks down from heaven at the children of Adam, to see if a single one is wise, a single oneseeks God.
3 Lenéz Isten a mennyből az emberek fiaira, hogy lássa: van-e még okos, aki Istenre gondol?	3 Al have proved faithless, al alike turned sour, not one of them does right, not a single one.
4 Elfordultak mindannyian, megromlottak valamennyien; Nincs, aki jót cselekedne, nincs egyetlen egy sem!	4 Are they not aware, these evil-doers? They are devouring my people; this is the bread they eat, andthey never call upon God.
5 Nemde mind értelmetlenek, akik gonoszat tesznek, s fölfalják népemet, mint a kenyeret? Nem hívják segítségül Istent,	5 They wil be gripped with fear, just where there is no need for fear, for God scatters the bones of himwho besieges you; they are mocked because God rejects them.
6 és ott remegnek és félnek, ahol félni nem kell. Mert Isten szétszórta azoknak a csontjait, akik téged szorongattak, szégyenbe jutottak, mert Isten elvetette őket.	6 Who wil bring from Zion salvation for Israel? When God brings his people home, what joy for Jacob,what happiness for Israel!
7 Bárcsak eljönne Izrael segítsége Sionból! Ha majd Isten jóra fordítja népe sorsát, ujjong majd Jákob és örvendezik majd Izrael.
