1 Salmo di Davide DATE al Signore, o figliuoli de’ potenti, Date al Signore gloria e forza.	1 A psalm of David. Give to the LORD, you heavenly beings, give to the LORD glory and might;
2 Date al Signore la gloria dovuta al suo Nome; Adorate il Signore nel magnifico santuario.	2 Give to the LORD the glory due God's name. Bow down before the LORD'S holy splendor!
3 La voce del Signore è sopra le acque; L’Iddio di gloria tuona; Il Signore è sopra le grandi acque.	3 The voice of the LORD is over the waters; the God of glory thunders, the LORD, over the mighty waters.
4 La voce del Signore è con potenza; La voce del Signore è con magnificenza.	4 The voice of the LORD is power; the voice of the LORD is splendor.
5 La voce del Signore rompe i cedri; E il Signore spezza i cedri del Libano;	5 The voice of the LORD cracks the cedars; the LORD splinters the cedars of Lebanon,
6 E li fa saltellar come un vitello; Il Libano stesso, e Sirion, come il figlio d’un liocorno.	6 Makes Lebanon leap like a calf, and Sirion like a young bull.
7 La voce del Signore sparge, a guisa di schegge, fiamme di fuoco.	7 The voice of the LORD strikes with fiery flame;
8 La voce del Signore fa tremare il deserto; Il Signore fa tremare il deserto di Cades.	8 the voice of the LORD rocks the desert; the LORD rocks the desert of Kadesh.
9 La voce del Signore fa partorir le cerve, E sfronda le selve; Ma intanto ciascuna predica la sua gloria nel suo Tempio.	9 The voice of the LORD twists the oaks and strips the forests bare. All in his palace say, "Glory!"
10 Il Signore nel diluvio siede; Anzi il Signore siede re in eterno.	10 The LORD sits enthroned above the flood! The LORD reigns as king forever!
