1 Canción de las subidas. Desde lo más profundos grito a ti, Yahveh:	1 A song of ascents. Out of the depths I call to you, LORD;
2 ¡Señor, escucha mi clamor! ¡Estén atentos tus oídos a la voz de mis súplicas!	2 Lord, hear my cry! May your ears be attentive to my cry for mercy.
3 Si en cuenta tomas las culpas, oh Yahveh, ¿quién, Señor, resistirá?	3 If you, LORD, mark our sins, Lord, who can stand?
4 Mas el perdón se halla junto a ti, para que seas temido.	4 But with you is forgiveness and so you are revered.
5 Yo espero en Yahveh, mi alma espera en su palabra;	5 I wait with longing for the LORD, my soul waits for his word.
6 mi alma aguarda al Señor más que los centinelas la aurora; mas que los centinelas la aurora,	6 My soul looks for the Lord more than sentinels for daybreak. More than sentinels for daybreak,
7 aguarde Israel a Yahveh. Porque con Yahveh está el amor, junto a él abundancia de rescate;	7 let Israel look for the LORD, For with the LORD is kindness, with him is full redemption,
8 él rescatará a Israel de todas sus culpas.	8 And God will redeem Israel from all their sins.
