Esodo (خروج) 11

SMITH VAN DYKE	NEW JERUSALEM
1 ثم قال الرب لموسى ضربة واحدة ايضا اجلب على فرعون وعلى مصر. بعد ذلك يطلقكم من هنا. وعندما يطلقكم يطردكم طردا من هنا بالتمام.	1 Yahweh then said to Moses, 'I shal inflict one more plague on Pharaoh and Egypt, after which he willet you go away. When he lets you go, he wil actually drive you out!
2 تكلم في مسامع الشعب ان يطلب كل رجل من صاحبه وكل امرأة من صاحبتها امتعة فضة وامتعة ذهب.	2 Now instruct the people that every man is to ask his neighbour, and every woman hers, for silver andgolden jewel ery.'
3 واعطى الرب نعمة للشعب في عيون المصريين. وايضا الرجل موسى كان عظيما جدا في ارض مصر في عيون عبيد فرعون وعيون الشعب	3 And Yahweh made the Egyptians impressed with the people, while Moses himself was a man of greatimportance in Egypt in the opinion of Pharaoh's officials and the people.
4 وقال موسى هكذا يقول الرب اني نحو نصف الليل اخرج في وسط مصر.	4 Moses then said, 'Yahweh says this, "At midnight I shal pass through Egypt,
5 فيموت كل بكر في ارض مصر من بكر فرعون الجالس على كرسيه الى بكر الجارية التي خلف الرحى وكل بكر بهيمة.	5 and all the first-born in Egypt wil die, from the first-born of Pharaoh, heir to his throne, to the first-bornof the slave-girl at the mill, and all the first-born of the livestock.
6 ويكون صراخ عظيم في كل ارض مصر لم يكن مثله ولا يكون مثله ايضا.	6 And throughout Egypt there wil be great wailing, such as never was before, nor will be again.
7 ولكن جميع بني اسرائيل لا يسنن كلب لسانه اليهم لا الى الناس ولا الى البهائم. لكي تعلموا ان الرب يميّز بين المصريين واسرائيل.	7 But against the Israelites, whether man or beast, never a dog shal bark, so that you may know thatYahweh discriminates between Egypt and Israel.
8 فينزل اليّ جميع عبيدك هؤلاء ويسجدون لي قائلين اخرج انت وجميع الشعب الذين في اثرك. وبعد ذلك اخرج. ثم خرج من لدن فرعون في حموّ الغضب	8 Then all these officials of yours wil come down to me and, bowing low before me, say: Go away, youand all the people who fol ow you! After which, I shal go." ' And, hot with anger, he left Pharaoh's presence.
9 وقال الرب لموسى لا يسمع لكما فرعون لكي تكثر عجائبي في ارض مصر.	9 Yahweh then said to Moses, 'Pharaoh wil not listen to you, so that more of my wonders may bedisplayed in Egypt.'
10 وكان موسى وهرون يفعلان كل هذه العجائب امام فرعون. ولكن شدّد الرب قلب فرعون فلم يطلق بني اسرائيل من ارضه	10 Moses and Aaron worked al these wonders in Pharaoh's presence, but Yahweh made Pharaohstubborn, and he did not let the Israelites leave his country.
