Leviticus 27

1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:	1 Il Signore parlò a Mosè e disse:
2 Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them: The man who will have made a vow and espoused his soul to God shall give the price according to the estimation.	2 «Parla agli Israeliti dicendo loro: “Se qualcuno vorrà adempiere un voto in onore del Signore, basandosi su valutazioni corrispondenti alle persone,
3 If it is a male from twenty years to sixty years, he shall give fifty shekels of silver, by the measure of the Sanctuary;	3 eccone i valori: per un uomo dai venti ai sessant’anni, il valore è di cinquanta sicli d’argento, conformi al siclo del santuario;
4 if it is a woman, thirty.	4 invece per una donna, il valore è di trenta sicli.
5 But from the fifth year until the twentieth, a male shall give twenty shekels; a female, ten.	5 Dai cinque ai venti anni, il valore è di venti sicli per un maschio e di dieci sicli per una femmina.
6 From one month until the fifth year, for a male, five shekels shall be given; for a female, three.	6 Da un mese a cinque anni, il valore è di cinque sicli d’argento per un maschio e di tre sicli d’argento per una femmina.
7 At sixty years and beyond, a male shall give fifteen shekels; a female, ten.	7 Dai sessant’anni in su, il valore è di quindici sicli per un maschio e di dieci sicli per una femmina.
8 If he is poor, and he does not have the means to pay the estimation, he shall stand before the priest, and however much he will value him and see that he is able to pay, so much shall he give.	8 Se colui che ha fatto il voto è troppo povero per pagare la somma fissata, dovrà presentare al sacerdote la persona consacrata con voto e il sacerdote ne farà la stima. Il sacerdote farà la stima in proporzione dei mezzi di colui che ha fatto il voto.
9 But an animal which could be immolated to the Lord, if anyone has vowed it, shall be holy,	9 Se si tratta di animali che possono essere presentati in offerta al Signore, ogni animale donato al Signore sarà cosa santa.
10 and it cannot be exchanged, that is, neither better for worse, nor worse for better. And if he has exchanged it, both that which was exchanged, and that for which it was exchanged shall be consecrated to the Lord.	10 Non lo si potrà commutare, né si potrà sostituire un animale di qualità con uno difettoso né uno difettoso con uno di buona qualità; se tuttavia qualcuno sostituisse un animale all’altro, entrambi gli animali diverranno cosa sacra.
11 An unclean animal which could not be sacrificed to the Lord, if anyone has vowed it, shall be led before the priest,	11 Se invece si tratta di qualunque animale impuro, che non si può presentare come offerta al Signore, l’animale sarà portato davanti al sacerdote;
12 who, judging whether it is either good or bad, shall set the price.	12 egli valuterà se l’animale è in buono o cattivo stato e si starà al valore stabilito dal sacerdote.
13 But if he who offers it was willing to give, he shall add a fifth part above the estimation.	13 Ma se qualcuno lo vorrà riscattare, aggiungerà un quinto al valore fissato.
14 If a man has vowed his house, and he has sanctified it to the Lord, the priest shall examine it, whether it is good or bad, and it shall be sold according to the price which he will have established.	14 Se qualcuno vorrà consacrare la sua casa come cosa sacra al Signore, il sacerdote ne farà la stima secondo che essa sia in buono o in cattivo stato; si starà alla stima stabilita dal sacerdote.
15 But if he who vowed it was willing to redeem it, he shall give a fifth part beyond the estimation, and he shall have the house.	15 Se colui che ha consacrato la sua casa la vorrà riscattare, aggiungerà un quinto al prezzo della stima e sarà sua.
16 But if he has vowed a field of his possession, and has consecrated it to the Lord, the price shall be estimated according to the measure of the seed. If the land would be sown with thirty measures of barley, then let it be sold for fifty shekels of silver.	16 Se qualcuno vorrà consacrare al Signore un terreno del suo patrimonio, il suo valore sarà stabilito in proporzione alla semente: cinquanta sicli d’argento per un homer di seme d’orzo.
17 If he has vowed his field beginning from the current year of Jubilee, as much as it may be worth, so shall it be estimated.	17 Se consacra il suo campo dall’anno del giubileo, il prezzo resterà intero secondo la stima;
18 But if, after some amount of time, the priest shall evaluate the money according to the number of years that remain until the Jubilee, then the price shall be reduced.	18 ma se lo consacra dopo il giubileo, il sacerdote ne valuterà il prezzo in proporzione agli anni che rimangono fino al giubileo e si farà una detrazione dalla stima.
19 But if he who had vowed it, was willing to redeem his field, he shall add a fifth part of the money to the estimation, and then he shall possess it.	19 Se colui che ha consacrato il pezzo di terra lo vorrà riscattare, aggiungerà un quinto all’ammontare della stima e resterà suo.
20 But if he is not willing to redeem it, then it shall be sold to any other; he who vowed it is no longer able to redeem it.	20 Se non riscatta il pezzo di terra e lo vende a un altro, non lo si potrà più riscattare;
21 For when the day of Jubilee arrives, it shall be sanctified to the Lord. And as a possession that has been consecrated, it rightfully belongs to the priest.	21 ma quel pezzo di terra, quando al giubileo il compratore ne uscirà, sarà sacro al Signore, come un campo votato allo sterminio, e diventerà proprietà del sacerdote.
22 If a field has been bought, and it is not from the possession of ancestors, it shall be sanctified to the Lord.	22 Se uno vorrà consacrare al Signore un pezzo di terra comprato, che non fa parte del suo patrimonio,
23 The priest shall evaluate the price according to the number of years until the Jubilee; and the one who had vowed it shall give to the Lord.	23 il sacerdote valuterà l’ammontare del prezzo fino all’anno del giubileo; quel tale pagherà il giorno stesso il prezzo fissato, come cosa consacrata al Signore.
24 Then, in the Jubilee, it shall be returned to the former owner, the one who had sold it and who had held it within the lot of his possession.	24 Nell’anno del giubileo la terra tornerà a colui da cui fu comprata e del cui patrimonio faceva parte.
25 All estimation shall be weighed according to the shekel of the Sanctuary. A shekel has twenty obols.	25 Ogni valutazione si farà sulla base del siclo del santuario: il siclo corrisponde a venti ghera.
26 The firstborn, which belong to the Lord, no one is able to sanctify or vow, whether it is an ox, or a sheep, they are for the Lord.	26 Tuttavia nessuno potrà consacrare un primogenito del bestiame, il quale appartiene già al Signore, perché primogenito: sia esso di grosso bestiame o di bestiame minuto, appartiene al Signore.
27 But if it is an unclean animal, whoever offers it shall redeem it, according to your estimation, and he shall add a fifth part to the price. If he is not willing to redeem it, it shall be sold to another for whatever amount it was estimated by you.	27 Se si tratta di un animale impuro, lo si riscatterà al prezzo di stima, aggiungendovi un quinto; se non è riscattato, sarà venduto al prezzo di stima.
28 All that is consecrated to the Lord, whether it is a man, or an animal, or a field, shall not be sold; neither is it able to be redeemed. Anything, once it has been consecrated, shall be the Holy of holies to the Lord.	28 Nondimeno, quanto uno avrà consacrato al Signore con voto di sterminio, fra le cose che gli appartengono, persona, animale o pezzo di terra del suo patrimonio, non potrà essere né venduto né riscattato; ogni cosa votata allo sterminio è cosa santissima, riservata al Signore.
29 And all that has been consecrated, which is offered by man, shall not be redeemed, but shall surely die.	29 Nessuna persona votata allo sterminio potrà essere riscattata; dovrà essere messa a morte.
30 All the tithes of the land, whether from the grain, or from the fruits of trees, are for the Lord and are sanctified to him.	30 Ogni decima della terra, cioè delle granaglie del suolo e dei frutti degli alberi, appartiene al Signore: è cosa consacrata al Signore.
31 But if anyone is willing to redeem his tithes, he shall add a fifth part to them.	31 Se uno vuole riscattare una parte della sua decima, vi aggiungerà un quinto.
32 Out of all the tithes of oxen, and sheep, and goats, which cross under the rod of the shepherd, every tenth one that arrives shall be sanctified to the Lord.	32 Ogni decima del bestiame grosso o minuto, ossia il decimo capo di quanto passa sotto la verga del pastore, sarà consacrata al Signore.
33 It shall not be chosen by what is good or bad; neither shall it be exchanged for another. If anyone has exchanged it, both that which was exchanged, and that for which it was exchanged, shall be sanctified to the Lord and shall not be redeemed.	33 Non si farà cernita fra animale migliore e peggiore, né si faranno sostituzioni; qualora però avvenisse una sostituzione, entrambi gli animali diverranno cosa sacra: non si potranno riscattare”».
34 These are the precepts, which the Lord commanded Moses for the sons of Israel on mount Sinai.	34 Questi sono i comandi che il Signore diede a Mosè per gli Israeliti sul monte Sinai.
