1 Now Solomon built his own house for thirteen years, and he brought it to perfection.	1 Και τον οικον αυτου ωκοδομησεν ο Σολομων εις δεκατρια ετη, και ετελειωσεν ολον τον οικον αυτου.
2 And he built the house from the forest of Lebanon: one hundred cubits in length, and fifty cubits in width, and thirty cubits in height, with four walkways between columns of cedar. For he had hewn the cedar trees into columns.	2 Και ωκοδομησε τον οικον του δασους του Λιβανου? το μηκος αυτου ητο εκατον πηχων, και το πλατος αυτου πεντηκοντα πηχων, και το υψος αυτου τριακοντα πηχων, επι τεσσαρων σειρων στυλων κεδρινων, με δοκους κεδρινους επι των στυλων.
3 And he clothed the entire vaulted room with panels of cedar. And it was supported by forty-five columns. Now one row held fifteen columns,	3 Και εστεγασθη με κεδρον ανωθεν των δοκων, αιτινες επεστηριζοντο επι τεσσαρακοντα πεντε στυλων, δεκαπεντε εις την σειραν.
4 each positioned opposite another,	4 Και ησαν παραθυρα εις τρεις σειρας, και ανταπεκρινετο παραθυρον εις παραθυρον κατα τρεις σειρας.
5 and looking toward one another, with equal spacing between the columns. And above the columns there were square beams equal in all things.	5 Και πασαι αι θυραι και οι παρασταται ησαν τετραγωνοι, με τα παραθυρα? και ανταπεκρινετο παραθυρον εις παραθυρον κατα τρεις σειρας.
6 And he made a portico of columns, fifty cubits in length and thirty cubits in width, and another portico, facing the greater portico, with columns and with crossbeams upon the columns.	6 Και εκαμε την στοαν εκ στυλων? το μηκος αυτης πεντηκοντα πηχων, και το πλατος αυτης τριακοντα πηχων? και ητο η στοα κατεμπροσθεν των στυλων του οικου, ωστε οι στυλοι και αι δοκοι ησαν κατα προσωπον αυτων.
7 He also made the portico of the throne, in which is the tribunal. And he overlaid it with cedar wood, from the floor even to the summit.	7 Εκαμεν ετι στοαν δια τον θρονον, οπου εμελλε να κρινη, την στοαν της κρισεως? και ητο εστρωμενη με κεδρον εκ του ενος μερους του εδαφους εως του αλλου.
8 And in the midst of the portico, there was a small house, where he would sit in judgment, similar in workmanship. He also made a house for the daughter of Pharaoh (whom Solomon had taken as wife) of the same work and type as this portico.	8 Και ο οικος αυτου, εις τον οποιον εκαθητο, ειχε μιαν αλλην αυλην εσωθεν της στοας, ουσαν της αυτης κατασκευης. Ο Σολομων εκαμεν ετι οικον δια την θυγατερα του Φαραω, την οποιαν ειχε λαβει, ομοιον με την στοαν ταυτην.
9 All was of precious stones, which had been sawed by a particular standard and measure, as much within as without, from the foundation even to the summit of the walls, and outside even to the great atrium.	9 Παντα ταυτα ησαν εκ λιθων πολυτελων, κατα τα μετρα των πριονισμενων λιθων, πριονισμενων δια πριονιου, εσωθεν και εξωθεν, εκ θεμελιου μεχρι του γεισου, και εξωθεν εως της μεγαλης αυλης.
10 Now the foundations were of precious stones: great stones of eight or ten cubits.	10 Και το θεμελιον ητο εκ λιθων πολυτελων, λιθων μεγαλων, λιθων δεκα πηχων και λιθων οκτω πηχων.
11 And above these, there were precious stones, of equal measure, which had been cut in a manner similar to boards of cedar.	11 Και επανωθεν ησαν λιθοι πολυτελεις, κατα το μετρον των πριονισμενων λιθων, και κεδροι.
12 And the great atrium was round, with three rows of cut stones and one row of cut cedar, even as it also was in the interior atrium of the house of the Lord, and in the portico of the house.	12 Και η μεγαλη αυλη κυκλοθεν ητο εκ τριων σειρων λιθων πριονισμενων και εκ μιας σειρας κεδρινων δοκων, καθως η εσωτερα αυλη του οικου του Κυριου και καθως η στοα του οικου.
13 And king Solomon sent and brought Hiram of Tyre,	13 Και εστειλεν ο βασιλευς Σολομων και ελαβε τον Χειραμ εκ της Τυρου.
14 the son of a widowed woman, from the tribe of Naphtali, whose father was a Tyrian, an artisan in brass, and full of wisdom, and understanding, and knowledge in order to form every work of brass. And when he had gone to king Solomon, he wrought all his work.	14 Ουτος ητο υιος γυναικος χηρας εκ φυλης Νεφθαλι, και ο πατηρ αυτου ανηρ Τυριος, χαλκουργος? και ητο πληρης τεχνης και συνεσεως και επιστημης εις το να εργαζηται παν εργον εν χαλκω. Και ηλθε προς τον βασιλεα Σολομωντα και εκαμε παντα τα εργα αυτου.
15 And he cast two columns of brass. Each column was eighteen cubits in height, and a line of twelve cubits encompassed both columns.	15 Διοτι εχυσε τους δυο χαλκινους στυλους, δεκαοκτω πηχων υψους εκαστον στυλον? γραμμη δε δωδεκα πηχων περιεκυκλονεν εκαστον αυτων.
16 Also, he made two heads of molten brass, which would be set upon the tops of the columns: one head was five cubits in height, and the other head was five cubits in height.	16 Και εκαμεν εκ χυτου χαλκου δυο επιθεματα, δια να θεση αυτα επι τας κεφαλας των στυλων? το υψος του ενος επιθεματος πεντε πηχων, και το υψος του αλλου επιθεματος πεντε πηχων?
17 And there was something like a network of chains, woven together in a wonderful manner. Both heads of the columns were cast, and seven rows of little nets traversed one head, and seven little nets were on the other head.	17 και δικτυα πλεκτα ειργασμενα αλυσιδωτα εκ συρματων, δια τα επιθεματα τα επι της κεφαλης των στυλων? επτα δια το εν επιθεμα, και επτα δια το αλλο επιθεμα.
18 And he finished the columns with two rows all around each network, so that these covered the heads, which were at the top, with pomegranates. And he did in like manner to the second head.	18 Και εκαμε τους στυλους, και δυο σειρας ροδιων κυκλοθεν επι το εν δικτυον, δια να σκεπαση με ροδια τα επιθεματα τα επι της κεφαλης των στυλων? και εκαμε το αυτο εις το αλλο επιθεμα.
19 Now the heads that were at the top of the columns, in the portico of four cubits, had been fabricated with a work of lilies.	19 Και τα επιθεματα, τα επι της κεφαλης των στυλων εν τη στοα, ησαν εργασιας κρινων τεσσαρων πηχων.
20 And again, there were other heads at the tops of the columns above, in accord with the measure of the column opposite the netting. And there were two hundred of the pomegranates, in rows around the second head.	20 Και τα επιθεματα τα επι των δυο στυλων ειχον ροδια και επανωθεν, πλησιον της κοιλιας, της παρα το δικτυωτον? και τα ροδια ησαν διακοσια κατα σειραν κυκλοθεν εφ' εκαστου επιθεματος.
21 And he stationed the two columns in the portico of the temple. And when he had stationed the column on the right, he called its name Jachin. Similarly, he erected the second column, and he called its name Boaz.	21 Και εστησε τους στυλους εις την στοαν του ναου? και εστησε τον στυλον τον δεξιον, και εκαλεσε το ονομα αυτου Ιαχειν? και εστησε τον στυλον τον αριστερον, και εκαλεσε το ονομα αυτου Βοας.
22 And above the tops of the columns, he set a work in the manner of lilies. And the work of the columns was perfected.	22 Και επι την κεφαλην των στυλων ητο εργασια κρινων? ουτως ετελειωθη η κατασκευη των στυλων.
23 He also made a molten sea, of ten cubits from brim to brim, rounded on all sides. Its height was five cubits, and a thin rope of thirty cubits wrapped it all around.	23 Εκαμεν ετι την χυτην θαλασσαν, δεκα πηχων απο χειλους εις χειλος, στρογγυλην κυκλω? και το υψος αυτης πεντε πηχων? και γραμμη τριακοντα πηχων περιεζωννυεν αυτην κυκλω.
24 And a sculpted work under the brim encircled it for ten cubits going around the sea. There were two rows cast of striated sculptures.	24 Και υπο το χειλος αυτης κυκλω ησαν αναγλυφα εις σχημα κολοκυνθης περικυκλουντα αυτην, δεκα κατα πηχην, περικυκλουντα την θαλασσαν κυκλω? αι δυο σειραι των αναγλυφων ησαν χυμεναι ομου με αυτην.
25 And it was standing upon twelve oxen, of which three were looking toward the north, and three toward the west, and three toward the south, and three toward the east. And the sea above was over them. And their posteriors were entirely hidden within.	25 Ιστατο δε επι δωδεκα βοων? τρεις εβλεπον προς βορραν, και τρεις εβλεπον προς δυσμας, και τρεις εβλεπον προς νοτον, και τρεις εβλεπον προς ανατολας? και η θαλασσα εκειτο επ' αυτων? και ολα τα οπισθια αυτων ησαν προς τα εσω.
26 And the basin was the thickness of three twelfths. And its brim was like the brim of a chalice, or like the outturned petal of a lily. It contained two thousand baths.	26 Και το παχος αυτης ητο μιας παλαμης, και το χειλος αυτης κατεσκευασμενον ως χειλος ποτηριου, ως ανθος κρινου? εχωρει δε δυο χιλιαδας βαθ.
27 And he made ten bases of brass: each base was four cubits in length, and four cubits in width, and three cubits in height.	27 Εκαμεν ετι δεκα βασεις χαλκινας? τεσσαρων πηχων το μηκος της μιας βασεως, και τεσσαρων πηχων το πλατος αυτης, και τριων πηχων το υψος αυτης.
28 And the work itself of the bases was engraved; and there were sculptures between the junctures.	28 Η δε εργασια των βασεων ητο τοιαυτη? ειχον συγκλεισματα, και τα συγκλεισματα ησαν εντος των κιονισκων.
29 And between the little crowns and the edges, there were lions, and oxen, and cherubim; and similarly in the junctures above. And under the lions and oxen were something like bands of brass hanging down.	29 Και επι των συγκλεισματων των εντος των κιονισκων ησαν λεοντες, βοες και χερουβειμ? και επι των κιονισκων ητο ανωθεν το υποβασταγμα? υποκατωθεν δε των λεοντων και βοων ησαν κροσσοι αναγλυφοι κρεμαμενοι.
30 And each base had four wheels, with axels of brass. And at the four sides were something like little arms, under the cast basin, facing away from one another.	30 Και εκαστη βασις ειχε τεσσαρας χαλκινους τροχους και αξονας χαλκινους? και αι τεσσαρες γωνιαι αυτης ειχον ωμους? υπο τον λουτηρα ησαν οι ωμοι χυτοι, εκαστος απεναντι των κροσσων.
31 Also, the mouth of the interior of the basin was at the top of the head. And what was visible outside was of one cubit all around, and altogether it had one cubit and a half. Now at the corners of the columns were diverse engravings. And the spaces between the columns were square, not round.	31 Και το στομα αυτης, εσωθεν της κεφαλιδος και ανωθεν, ητο μια πηχη? ητο δε το στομα αυτης στρογγυλον, κατεσκευασμενον εις το υποβασταγμα, μια πηχη και ημισεια? και ετι επανω τουτου του στοματος αυτης ησαν εγχαραγματα μετα των συγκλεισματων αυτων, τετραγωνα οντα, ουχι στρογγυλα.
32 And the four wheels, which were at the four corners of the base, were joined to one another under the base. The height of one wheel held one cubit and a half.	32 Και υπο τα συγκλεισματα ησαν τεσσαρες τροχοι? και οι αξονες των τροχων ηνονοντο με την βασιν? και το υψος εκαστου τροχου ητο μιας πηχης και ημισειας.
33 Now these were the kind of wheels such as are often made for a chariot. And their axels, and spokes, and tires, and centers were all cast.	33 Και η εργασια των τροχων ητο ως η εργασια του τροχου της αμαξης? οι αξονες αυτων και αι πλημναι αυτων και επισωτρα αυτων και αι ακτινες αυτων ησαν ολα χυτα.
34 And the four little arms, which were at each corner of a base, were cast and joined together as part of the base itself.	34 Και ησαν τεσσαρες ωμοι εις τας τεσσαρας γωνιας εκαστης βασεως? και οι ωμοι ησαν συνεχεια της βασεως.
35 And at the summit of the base, there was a round stand of one half cubit, fabricated so that the basin could be placed upon it, having its engravings, and various sculptures of its own.	35 Και εν τη κορυφη της βασεως ητο στρογγυλον περιζωμα ημισειας πηχης το υψος? και εν τη κορυφη της βασεως τα χειλη αυτης και τα συγκλεισματα αυτης ησαν εκ της αυτης.
36 He also engraved those plates, which were of brass. And at the corners were cherubim, and lions, and palm trees, standing out, as if in the likeness of a man, so that they seemed not to be engraved, but placed adjacent on all sides.	36 Επι δε τας πλακας των χειλεων αυτης και επι τα συγκλεισματα αυτης, ενεχαραξε χερουβειμ, λεοντας και φοινικας, κατα αναλογιαν εκαστης, και κροσσους κυκλω.
37 In this manner, he made ten bases with the same casting and measure, and very similar engravings.	37 Κατα τουτον τον τροπον εκαμε τας δεκα βασεις? πασαι ειχον το αυτο χυσιμον, το αυτο μετρον, το αυτο εγχαραγμα.
38 He also made ten hand basins of brass. One hand basin contained four baths, and was of four cubits. And each basin he set upon a base, which is ten bases.	38 Εκαμεν ετι δεκα λουτηρας χαλκινους? εκαστος λουτηρ εχωρει τεσσαρακοντα βαθ? εκαστος λουτηρ ητο τεσσαρων πηχων? και εφ' εκαστην των δεκα βασεων ητο εις λουτηρ.
39 And he stationed the ten bases, five to the right side of the temple, and five to the left. And the sea he placed to the right side of the temple, opposite the east, toward the south.	39 Και εθεσε τας βασεις, πεντε επι το δεξιον πλαγιον του οικου και πεντε επι το αριστερον πλαγιον του οικου? και εθεσε την θαλασσαν κατα το δεξιον πλαγιον του οικου προς ανατολας απεναντι του νοτιου μερους.
40 Then Hiram made cooking pots, and trays, and small hooks. And he completed all the work of king Solomon in the temple of the Lord:	40 Και εκαμεν ο Χειραμ τους λουτηρας και τα πτυαρια και τας λεκανας. Ουτως ετελειωσεν ο Χειραμ καμνων παντα τα εργα, τα οποια εκαμεν εις τον βασιλεα Σολομωντα δια τον οικον του Κυριου?
41 the two columns, and the two cords of the heads over the tops of the columns, and the two networks which covered the two cords that were above the tops of the columns;	41 τους δυο στυλους και τας σφαιρας των επιθεματων, των επι της κεφαλης των δυο στυλων? και τα δυο δικτυωτα, δια να σκεπαζωσι τας δυο σφαιρας των επιθεματων των επι της κεφαλης των στυλων?
42 and the four hundred pomegranates for the two networks, two turnings of pomegranates for each network, in order to cover the cords of the heads, which were above the tops of the columns;	42 και τετρακοσια ροδια δια τα δυο δικτυωτα, δυο σειρας ροδιων δι' εκαστον δικτυωτον, δια να σκεπαζωσι τας δυο σφαιρας των επιθεματων των επι των στυλων?
43 and the ten bases, and the ten basins on the bases;	43 και τας δεκα βασεις και τους δεκα λουτηρας επι των βασεων?
44 and the one sea, and the twelve oxen under the sea;	44 και την μιαν θαλασσαν, και τους δωδεκα βοας υποκατω της θαλασσης?
45 and the cooking pots, and the trays, and the small hooks. All of the items that Hiram made for king Solomon, for the house of the Lord, were of golden brass.	45 και τους λεβητας και τα πτυαρια και τας λεκανας? παντα ταυτα τα σκευη, τα οποια ο Χειραμ εκαμεν εις τον βασιλεα Σολομωντα δια τον οικον του Κυριου, ησαν εκ χαλκου λαμπρου.
46 In the open regions near the Jordan, the king cast these, in the clay soil between Succoth and Zarethan.	46 Εν τη πεδιαδι του Ιορδανου εχυσεν αυτα ο βασιλευς, εν γη αργιλλωδει, μεταξυ Σοκχωθ και Σαρθαν.
47 And Solomon positioned all the items. But because of its exceedingly great amount, the brass was not weighed.	47 Και ο Σολομων αφηκε παντα τα σκευη αζυγιστα, διοτι ησαν πολλα σφοδρα? το βαρος του χαλκου δεν ηδυνατο λογαριασθη.
48 And Solomon made all the furniture for the house of the Lord: the altar of gold, and the table of gold, upon which the bread of the presence would be placed;	48 Και εκαμεν ο Σολομων παντα τα σκευη τα του οικου του Κυριου, το θυσιαστηριον το χρυσουν, και την τραπεζαν την χρυσην, επι της οποιας ετιθεντο οι αρτοι της προθεσεως,
49 and the gold lampstands, five to the right, and five to the left, opposite the oracle, of pure gold; and likenesses of lily blossoms, with lamps above them, of gold; and gold tongs;	49 και τας λυχνιας, πεντε εκ δεξιων και πεντε εξ αριστερων, εμπροσθεν του χρηστηριου, εκ χρυσιου καθαρου, και τα ανθη και τους λυχνους και τας λαβιδας εκ χρυσου,
50 and waters pots, and little forks, and bowls, and little mortars, and censers, of the purest gold; and the hinges of the doors, for the interior house of the Holy of Holies and for the doors of the house of the temple, which were of gold.	50 και τας φιαλας και τα λυχνοψαλιδα και τας λεκανας και τους κρατηρας και τα θυμιατηρια εκ χρυσιου καθαρου, και τους στροφιγγας εκ χρυσιου, δια τας θυρας του οικου του εσωτατου, του αγιου των αγιων, και δια τας θυρας του οικου του ναου.
51 And Solomon perfected all the work that he was doing in the house of the Lord. And he brought in the things that his father David had sanctified: the silver, and the gold, and the vessels. And he stored these in the treasuries of the house of the Lord.	51 Και συνετελεσθη απαν το εργον, το οποιον εκαμεν ο βασιλευς Σολομων δια τον οικον του Κυριου. Και εισεφερεν ο Σολομων τα αφιερωματα Δαβιδ του πατρος αυτου? το αργυριον και το χρυσιον, και τα σκευη εθεσεν εν τοις θησαυροις του οικου του Κυριου.
