NEW AMERICAN BIBLENEW JERUSALEM
A psalm of David. LORD, who may abide in your tent? Who may dwell on your holy mountain?1 [Psalm Of David] Yahweh, who can find a home in your tent, who can dwell on your holy mountain?
IWhoever walks without blame, doing what is right, speaking truth from the heart;2 Whoever lives blamelessly, who acts uprightly, who speaks the truth from the heart,
Who does not slander a neighbor, does no harm to another, never defames a friend;3 who keeps the tongue under control, who does not wrong a comrade, who casts no discredit on aneighbour,
Who disdains the wicked, but honors those who fear the LORD; Who keeps an oath despite the cost,4 who looks with scorn on the vile, but honours those who fear Yahweh, who stands by an oath at anycost,
lends no money at interest, accepts no bribe against the innocent. III Whoever acts like this shall never be shaken.5 who asks no interest on loans, who takes no bribe to harm the innocent. No one who so acts can everbe shaken.
