1 Moses assembled the whole Israelite community and said to them, "This is what the LORD has commanded to be done.	1 Mose versammelte die ganze Gemeinde der Israeliten und sagte zu ihnen: Das ist es, was der Herr euch zu tun befohlen hat:
2 On six days work may be done, but the seventh day shall be sacred to you as the sabbath of complete rest to the LORD. Anyone who does work on that day shall be put to death.	2 Sechs Tage soll man arbeiten; der siebte Tag ist heilig, Sabbat, Ruhetag zur Ehre des Herrn. Jeder, der an ihm arbeitet, soll mit dem Tod bestraft werden.
3 You shall not even light a fire in any of your dwellings on the sabbath day."	3 Am Sabbat sollt ihr in keiner eurer Wohnstätten Feuer anzünden.
4 Moses told the whole Israelite community, "This is what the LORD has commanded:	4 Mose sagte zur ganzen Gemeinde der Israeliten: Der Herr hat Folgendes befohlen:
5 Take up among you a collection for the LORD. Everyone, as his heart prompts him, shall bring, as a contribution to the LORD, gold, silver and bronze;	5 Erhebt von euch eine Abgabe für den Herrn! Jeder, den sein Herz dazu bewegt, soll eine Abgabe für den Herrn bringen: Gold, Silber, Kupfer,
6 violet, purple and scarlet yarn; fine linen and goat hair;	6 violetten und roten Purpur, Karmesin, Byssus, Ziegenhaare,
7 rams' skins dyed red, and tahash skins; acacia wood;	7 rötliche Widderfelle, Tahaschhäute und Akazienholz,
8 oil for the light; spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense;	8 Öl für den Leuchter, Balsam für das Salböl und für das duftende Räucherwerk,

10 "Let every expert among you come and make all that the LORD has commanded: the Dwelling,	10 Alle Sachverständigen unter euch sollen kommen und alles anfertigen, was der Herr angeordnet hat:
11 with its tent, its covering, its clasps, its boards, its bars, its columns and its pedestals;	11 die Wohnstätte, ihr Zelt und seine Decke, seine Haken, Bretter, Querlatten, Säulen und Sockel,
12 the ark, with its poles, the propitiatory, and the curtain veil;	12 die Lade und ihre Stangen, die Deckplatte und den Vorhang,
13 the table, with its poles and all its appurtenances, and the showbread;	13 den Tisch, seine Stangen, alle seine Geräte und die Schaubrote,

20 When the whole Israelite community left Moses' presence,	20 Da ging die ganze Gemeinde der Israeliten weg von Mose;

22 Both the men and the women, all as their heart prompted them, brought brooches, earrings, rings, necklaces and various other gold articles. 23 Everyone who happened to have violet, purple or scarlet yarn, fine linen or goat hair, rams' skins dyed red or tahash skins, brought them.	23 Alle, die etwas an violettem und rotem Purpur, Karmesin, Byssus, Ziegenhaaren, rötlichen Widderfellen oder Tahaschhäuten bei sich fanden, brachten es.

29 Every Israelite man and woman brought to the LORD such voluntary offerings as they thought best, for the various kinds of work which the LORD had commanded Moses to have done.	29 Alle Männer und Frauen, die ihr Herz dazu trieb, etwas zu irgendeiner Arbeit beizutragen, die der Herr durch Mose anzufertigen befohlen hatte, alle diese Israeliten brachten eine Spende für den Herrn.
30 Moses said to the Israelites, "See, the LORD has chosen Bezalel, son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah,	30 Dann sagte Mose zu den Israeliten: Seht, der Herr hat Bezalel, den Sohn Uris, des Sohnes Hurs, vom Stamm Juda, beim Namen gerufen
31 and has filled him with a divine spirit of skill and understanding and knowledge in every craft:	31 und ihn mit dem Geist Gottes erfüllt, mit Weisheit, Klugheit und Kenntnis für jegliche Arbeit,
32 in the production of embroidery, in making things of gold, silver or bronze,	32 Pläne zu entwerfen und sie in Gold, Silber und Kupfer auszuführen

35 He has endowed them with skill to execute all types of work: engraving, embroidering, the making of variegated cloth of violet, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen thread, weaving, and all other arts and crafts.	35 Er hat sie erfüllt mit Kunstsinn zum Ausführen jeder Arbeit eines Steinschneiders, eines Kunstwebers und eines Buntwirkers in violettem und rotem Purpur, Karmesin und Byssus sowie eines Webers.
