1 Yahvé parla à Moïse et dit:	1 The LORD said to Moses:
2 "Parle aux Israélites; tu leur diras: Si un homme ou une femme entend s'acquitter d'un voeu, levoeu de naziréat, par lequel il s'est voué à Yahvé,	2 "Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When a man (or a woman) solemnly takes the nazirite vow to dedicate himself to the LORD,
3 il s'abstiendra de vin et de boissons fermentées, il ne boira pas le vinaigre qu'on tire de l'un ou del'autre, il ne boira d'aucun jus de raisin, il ne mangera ni raisins frais ni raisins secs.	3 he shall abstain from wine and strong drink; he may neither drink wine vinegar, other vinegar, of any kind of grape juice, nor eat either fresh or dried grapes.
4 Durant tout le temps de sa consécration, il ne prendra d'aucun produit du cep de vigne, depuis leverjus jusqu'au marc.	4 As long as he is a nazirite he shall not eat anything of the produce of the vine; not even unripe grapes or grapeskins.
5 Aussi longtemps qu'il sera consacré par son voeu, le rasoir ne passera pas sur sa tête; jusqu'à ceque soit écoulé le temps pour lequel il s'est voué à Yahvé, il sera consacré et laissera croître librement sachevelure.	5 While he is under the nazirite vow, no razor shall touch his hair. Until the period of his dedication to the LORD is over, he shall be sacred, and shall let the hair of his head grow freely.
6 Durant tout le temps de sa consécration à Yahvé, il ne s'approchera pas d'un mort;	6 As long as he is dedicated to the LORD, he shall not enter where a dead person is.
7 ni pour son père, ni pour sa mère, ni pour son frère, ni pour sa soeur il ne se rendra impur s'ilsviennent à mourir, car il porte sur sa tête la consécration de son Dieu.	7 Not even for his father or mother, his sister or brother, should they die, may he become unclean, since his head bears his dedication to God.
8 Durant tout le temps de son naziréat il est un consacré à Yahvé.	8 As long as he is a nazirite he is sacred to the LORD.
9 Si près de lui quelqu'un meurt de mort subite, rendant impure sa chevelure consacrée, il se raserala tête au jour de sa purification, il se rasera la tête le septième jour.	9 "If someone dies very suddenly in his presence, so that his dedicated head becomes unclean, he shall shave his head on the day of his purification, that is, on the seventh day.
10 Le huitième jour, il apportera deux tourterelles ou deux pigeons au prêtre, à l'entrée de la Tentedu Rendez-vous.	10 On the eighth day he shall bring two turtledoves or two pigeons to the priest at the entrance of the meeting tent.
11 Le prêtre offrira l'un en sacrifice pour le péché, et l'autre en holocauste; il accomplira ensuite surcet homme le rite d'expiation pour la souillure contractée près de ce mort. L'homme consacrera sa tête ce jour-là;	11 The priest shall offer up the one as a sin offering and the other as a holocaust, thus making atonement for him for the sin he has committed by reason of the dead person. On the same day he shall reconsecrate his head
12 il se consacrera à Yahvé pour le temps de son naziréat, et il amènera un agneau d'un an, à titre desacrifice de réparation. Le temps déjà écoulé ne comptera pas, puisque sa chevelure a été rendue impure.	12 and begin anew the period of his dedication to the LORD as a nazirite, bringing a yearling lamb as a guilt offering. The previous period is not valid, because his dedicated head became unclean.
13 Voici le rituel du nazir, pour le jour où le temps de sa consécration est révolu. Conduit à l'entréede la Tente du Rendez-vous,	13 "This is the ritual for the nazirite: On the day he completes the period of his dedication he shall go to the entrance of the meeting tent,
14 il apportera à Yahvé son offrande: pour un holocauste, un agneau d'un an, sans défaut; pour unsacrifice pour le péché, une agnelle d'un an, sans défaut; pour un sacrifice de communion, un bélier sans défaut;	14 bringing as his offering to the LORD one unblemished yearling lamb for a holocaust, one unblemished yearling ewe lamb for a sin offering, one unblemished ram as a peace offering, along with their cereal offerings and libations,
15 une corbeille de gâteaux de fleur de farine sans levain, pétris à l'huile, des galettes sans levainfrottées d'huile, avec les oblations et libations conjointes.	15 and a basket of unleavened cakes of fine flour mixed with oil and of unleavened wafers spread with oil.
16 Ayant apporté tout cela devant Yahvé, le prêtre fera le sacrifice pour le péché et l'holocauste dunazir.	16 The priest shall present them before the LORD, and shall offer up the sin offering and the holocaust for him.
17 Celui-ci fera un sacrifice de communion avec le bélier et avec les azymes de la corbeille, et leprêtre offrira l'oblation et la libation conjointes.	17 He shall then offer up the ram as a peace offering to the LORD, with its cereal offering and libation, and the basket of unleavened cakes.
18 Puis le nazir rasera sa chevelure consacrée à l'entrée de la Tente du Rendez-vous et, prenant lescheveux de sa tête consacrée, il les mettra dans le feu du sacrifice de communion.	18 Then at the entrance of the meeting tent the nazirite shall shave his dedicated head, collect the hair, and put it in the fire that is under the peace offering.
19 Le prêtre prendra l'épaule du bélier, une fois cuite, un gâteau sans levain de la corbeille et unegalette sans levain. Il les mettra dans la main du nazir quand celui-ci aura rasé sa chevelure.	19 After the nazirite has shaved off his dedicated hair, the priest shall take a boiled shoulder of the ram, as well as one unleavened cake and one unleavened wafer from the basket, and shall place them in the hands of the nazirite.
20 Il les tendra en geste de présentation devant Yahvé; c'est chose sainte qui revient au prêtre, outrela poitrine de présentation et la cuisse de prélèvement. Le nazir pourra dès lors boire du vin.	20 The priest shall then wave them as a wave offering before the LORD. They become sacred and shall belong to the priest, along with the breast of the wave offering and the leg of the raised offering. Only after this may the nazirite drink wine.
21 Tel est le rituel concernant le nazir. Si, en plus de sa chevelure, il a fait voeu d'une offrandepersonnelle à Yahvé, il acquittera (sans compter ce que ses moyens lui permettront) ce voeu qu'il a fait, en plusde ce que prévoit le rituel pour sa chevelure."	21 "This, then, is the law for the nazirite; this is the offering to the LORD which is included in his vow of dedication apart from anything else which his means may allow. Thus shall he carry out the law of his dedication in keeping with the vow he has taken."
22 Yahvé parla à Moïse et dit:	22 The LORD said to Moses:
23 "Parle à Aaron et à ses fils et dis-leur: Voici comment vous bénirez les Israélites. Vous leur direz:	23 "Speak to Aaron and his sons and tell them: This is how you shall bless the Israelites. Say to them:
24 Que Yahvé te bénisse et te garde!	24 The LORD bless you and keep you!
25 Que Yahvé fasse pour toi rayonner son visage et te fasse grâce!	25 The LORD let his face shine upon you, and be gracious to you!
26 Que Yahvé te découvre sa face et t'apporte la paix!	26 The LORD look upon you kindly and give you peace!
27 Qu'ils mettent ainsi mon nom sur les Israélites, et je les bénirai."	27 So shall they invoke my name upon the Israelites, and I will bless them."
