29 et le reste du peuple, les prêtres, les lévites, les portiers, les chantres, les "donnés", bref, tousceux qui se sont séparés des peuples des pays pour adhérer à la Loi de Dieu, et aussi leurs femmes, leurs fils etfilles, tous ceux qui ont l'âge de raison,	29 The rest of the people, priests, Levites, gatekeepers, singers, temple slaves, and all others who have separated themselves from the peoples of the lands in favor of the law of God, with their wives, their sons, their daughters, all who are of the age of discretion,
30 se joignent à leurs frères et chefs et s'engagent, par imprécation et serment, à marcher selon laLoi de Dieu, donnée par le ministère de Moïse, le serviteur de Dieu, à garder et observer tous lescommandements de Yahvé notre Dieu, ses coutumes et ses lois.	30 join with their brethren who are their princes, and with the sanction of a curse take this oath to follow the law of God which was given through Moses, the servant of God, and to observe carefully all the commandments of the LORD, our LORD, his ordinances and his statutes.
31 En particulier: nous ne donnerons plus nos filles aux peuples du pays et ne prendrons plus leursfilles pour nos fils.	31 Agreed, that we will not marry our daughters to the peoples of the land, and that we will not take their daughters for our sons.
32 Si les peuples du pays apportent pour les vendre, le jour du sabbat, des marchandises ou quelquedenrée que ce soit, nous ne leur achèterons rien un jour de sabbat ni un jour sacré. Nous ferons abandon desproduits du sol, la septième année, et de toute créance.	32 When the peoples of the land bring in merchandise or any kind of grain for sale on the sabbath day, we will not buy from them on the sabbath or on any other holyday. We will forgo the seventh year, as well as every kind of debt.
33 Nous nous sommes imposé comme obligations: de donner un tiers de sicle par an pour le cultedu Temple de notre Dieu:	33 We impose these commandments on ourselves: to give a third of a shekel each year for the service of the house of our God,
34 pour le pain d'oblation, pour l'oblation perpétuelle et l'holocauste perpétuel, pour les sacrificesdes sabbats, des néoménies, des solennités, et pour les mets sacrés, pour les sacrifices pour le péché qui assurentl'expiation en faveur d'Israël, bref pour tout le service du Temple de notre Dieu;	34 for the showbread, for the daily cereal offering, for the daily holocaust, for the sabbaths, new moons, and festivals, for the holy offerings, for sin offerings to make atonement for Israel, and for every service of the house of our God.
35 Nous avons aussi réglé par le sort, prêtres, lévites et peuple, la question des livraisons de boisqu'on doit faire au Temple de notre Dieu, chaque famille à son tour, à dates fixes, chaque année, pour le brûlersur l'autel de Yahvé notre Dieu, comme il est écrit dans la Loi.	35 We, priests, Levites, and people, have determined by lot concerning the procurement of wood: it is to be brought to the house of our God by each of our family houses at stated times each year, to be burnt on the altar of the LORD, our God, as the law prescribes.
36 Et d'apporter chaque année au Temple de Yahvé les prémices de notre sol et les prémices detous les fruits de tous les arbres,	36 We have agreed to bring each year to the house of the LORD the first fruits of our fields and of our fruit trees, of whatever kind;
37 ainsi que les premiers-nés de nos fils et de notre bétail, comme il est écrit dans la Loi - lespremiers-nés de notre gros et menu bétail, apportés au Temple de notre Dieu, étant destinés aux prêtres enfonction dans le Temple de notre Dieu.	37 also, as is prescribed in the law, to bring to the house of our God, to the priests who serve in the house of our God, the first-born of our children and our animals, including the first-born of our flocks and herds.
38 De plus, la meilleure part de nos moutures, des fruits de tout arbre, du vin nouveau et de l'huile,nous l'apporterons aux prêtres, dans les salles du Temple de notre Dieu; et la dîme de notre sol, aux lévites - cesont les lévites eux-mêmes qui lèveront la dîme dans toutes les villes de notre culte;	38 The first batch of our dough, and our offerings of the fruit of every tree, of wine and of oil, we will bring to the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God. The tithe of our fields we will bring to the Levites; they, the Levites, shall take the tithe in all the cities of our service.
39 un prêtre, fils d'Aaron, accompagnera les lévites quand ils lèveront la dîme; les lévitesachemineront la dîme de la dîme vers le Temple de notre Dieu, vers les salles du Trésor;	39 An Aaronite priest shall be with the Levites when they take the tithe, and the Levites shall bring the tithe of the tithes to the house of our God, to the chambers of the treasury.
40 car c'est dans ces salles que les Israélites et les lévites apportent les redevances de blé, de vin etd'huile; là se trouve aussi le matériel du sanctuaire, des prêtres en service, des portiers et des chantres. Nous nenégligerons plus le Temple de notre Dieu.	40 For to these chambers the Israelites and Levites bring the offerings of grain, wine, and oil; there also are housed the utensils of the sanctuary, and the ministering priests, the gatekeepers, and the singers. We will not neglect the house of our God.
