1 And thou shalt make the tabernacle in this manner: Thou shalt make ten curtains of fine twisted linen, and violet and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, diversified with embroidery.	1 Pour faire la Demeure, tu prendras 10 tentures de lin fin, de pourpre violette et de pourpre rouge, et de tissus teints en rouge foncé, et tu les broderas de chérubins.
2 The length of one curtain shall be twenty-eight cubits, the breadth shall be four cubits. All the curtains shall be of one measure.	2 La longueur d’une tenture sera de 28 coudées, sa largeur de quatre coudées. Toutes les tentures auront la même dimension.
3 Five curtains shall be joined one to another, and the other five shall be coupled together in like manner.	3 Les tentures seront attachées cinq par cinq.
4 Thou shalt make loops of violet in the sides and tops of the curtains, that they may be joined one to another.	4 Tu feras des cordons en pourpre violette sur le bord de la première tenture, près de l’attache, et tu feras de même sur le bord de la tenture qui lui fait face.
5 Every curtain shall have fifty loops on both sides, so set on, that one loop may be against another loop, and one may be fitted to the other.	5 Tu feras cinq cordons à la première tenture, et cinq cordons à la tenture qui lui fait face. Les cordons se feront face l’un à l’autre.
6 Thou shalt make also fifty rings of gold wherewith the veils of the curtains are to be joined, that it may be made one tabernacle.	6 Tu feras cinq agrafes d’or et tu attacheras les tentures par ces agrafes. Ainsi, la demeure ne fera qu’un seul tout.
7 Thou shalt make also eleven curtains of goats' hair, to cover the top of the tabernacle.	7 Tu feras également des tentures en poils de chèvres pour couvrir la demeure. Il y en aura onze.
8 The length of one hair curtain shall be thirty cubits: and the breadth four: the measure of all the curtains shall be equal.	8 La longueur d’une tenture sera de 30 coudées, sa largeur de quatre coudées. Les onze tentures auront la même dimension.
9 Five of which thou shalt couple by themselves, and the six others thou shalt couple one to another, so as to double the sixth curtain in the front of the roof.	9 Tu attacheras séparément cinq tentures d’un côté, et six tentures de l’autre. Tu doubleras la sixième tenture qui se trouve devant l’entrée de la demeure.
10 Thou shalt make also fifty loops in the edge of one curtain, that it may be joined with the other: and fifty loops in the edge of the other curtain, that it may be coupled with its fellow.	10 Ensuite, tu feras 50 cordons au bord de la première tenture; ils s’attacheront aux 50 cordons de l’autre tenture.
11 Thou shalt make also fifty buckles of brass, wherewith the loops may be joined, that of all there may be made one covering.	11 Tu feras 50 agrafes de bronze et tu passeras les agrafes dans les cordons. Ainsi tu monteras la demeure pour qu’elle ne fasse qu’un seul ensemble.
12 And that which shall remain of the curtains, that are prepared for the roof, to wit, one curtain that is over and above, with the half thereof thou shalt cover the back parts of the tabernacle.	12 On laissera dépasser derrière la demeure ce qu’il y a de trop dans les tentures, et on le repliera en deux.
13 And there shall hang down a cubit on the one side, and another on the other side, which is over and above in the length of the curtains, fencing both sides of the tabernacle.	13 On laissera dépasser sur les côtés de la demeure, pour la protéger, la coudée qui est en trop dans la longueur des tentures.
14 Thou shalt make also another cover to the roof, of rams' skins dyed red; and over that again another cover of violet coloured skins.	14 Pour couvrir la demeure, tu feras une couverture en peaux de béliers teintes en rouge et une couverture en peau de poisson par-dessus.
15 Thou shalt make also the boards of the tabernacle standing upright of setim wood.	15 Les planches de la demeure seront en bois d’acacia.
16 Let every one of them be ten cubits in length, and in breadth on cubit and a half.	16 Chaque planche aura 10 coudées de long, et une coudée et demie de large.
17 In the sides of the boards shall be made two mortises, whereby one board may be joined to another board: and after this manner shall all the boards be prepared.	17 Chaque planche portera deux tenons, l’un à côté de l’autre. C’est ainsi que tu feras toutes les planches de la demeure.
18 Of which twenty shall be in the south side southward.	18 Tu monteras les planches de la demeure: d’abord les 20 planches tournées vers le sud.
19 For which thou shalt cast forty sockets of silver, that under every board may be put two sockets at the two corners.	19 Tu feras 40 supports en argent pour ces planches, et il y aura un support pour chacun des tenons de chacune des planches.
20 In the second side also the tabernacle that looketh to the north, there shall be twenty boards,	20 Pour le second côté de la demeure, le côté qui est tourné vers le nord, tu feras 20 planches,
21 Having forty sockets of silver, two sockets shall be put under each board.	21 avec leurs 40 supports en argent, deux supports sous chacune des planches.
22 But on the west side of the tabernacle thou shalt make six boards.	22 Pour l’arrière de la demeure qui est tourné vers l’ouest, tu feras six planches.
23 And again other two which shall be erected in the corners at the back of the tabernacle.	23 Tu feras également deux planches pour les angles de la demeure à l’arrière.
24 And they shall be joined together from beneath unto the top, and one joint shall hold them all. The like joining shall be observed for the two boards also that are to be put in the corners.	24 Elles seront placées côte à côte, de bas en haut, à la hauteur du premier anneau. On fera cela pour les deux angles.
25 And they shall be in all eight boards, and their silver sockets sixteen, reckoning two sockets for each board.	25 Il y aura donc huit planches avec leurs supports en argent, ce qui fera 16 supports, deux pour chaque planche.
26 Thou shalt make also five bars of setim wood, to hold together the boards on one side of the tabernacle.	26 Tu feras aussi des traverses en bois d’acacia, cinq pour les planches qui sont d’un côté de la demeure,
27 And five others on the other side, and as many at the west side:	27 et cinq traverses pour les planches qui sont de l’autre côté de la demeure, cinq traverses encore pour les planches de l’arrière de la demeure, à l’ouest.
28 And they shall be put along by the midst of the boards from one end to the other.	28 La traverse médiane qui unit les planches ira de bout en bout.
29 The boards also themselves thou shalt overlay with gold, and shall cast rings of gold to be set upon them, for places for the bars to hold together boardwork: which bars thou shalt cover with plates of gold.	29 Tu recouvriras d’or les planches et les traverses et tu feras des anneaux d’or pour passer les traverses.
30 And thou shalt rear up the tabernacle according to the pattern that was shewn thee in the mount.	30 Tu feras donc la demeure selon le plan qui t’a été montré sur la montagne.
31 Thou shalt make also a veil of violet and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, and fine twisted linen, wrought with embroidered work, and goodly variety:	31 Pour le rideau il te faudra de la pourpre violette et de la pourpre rouge, des étoffes rouge sombre et du lin fin. Il sera brodé de chérubins.
32 And thou shalt hang it up before four pillars of setim wood, which themselves also shall be overlaid with gold, and shall have heads of gold, but sockets of silver.	32 Tu le fixeras à quatre colonnes d’acacia recouvertes d’or, qui porteront des crochets en or et posées sur quatre bases d’argent.
33 And the veils shall be hanged on with rings, and within it thou shalt put the ark of the testimony, and the sanctuary, and the holy of holies shall be divided with it.	33 Tu attacheras le rideau aux agrafes d’or et, derrière le rideau, tu placeras l’Arche du Témoignage. Le rideau servira de séparation entre le Saint et le Saint des Saints.
34 And thou shalt set the propitiatory upon the ark of the testimony in the holy of holies.	34 Tu placeras l’Instrument de l’Expiation sur l’Arche du Témoignage, dans le Saint des Saints.
35 And the table without the veil: and over against the table the candlestick in the south side of the tabernacle; for the table shall stand in the north side.	35 Tu mettras la table à l’extérieur du rideau, tu placeras le chandelier en face de la table, sur le côté sud de la demeure, la table étant du côté nord.
36 Thou shalt make also a hanging in the entrance of the tabernacle of violet and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, and fine twisted linen with embroidered work.	36 Puis, tu feras une tenture à l’entrée de la demeure. Elle sera en pourpre violette et en pourpre rouge, en tissu teint en rouge foncé et en lin fin; elle sera brodée.
37 And thou shalt overlay with gold five pillars of setim wood, before which the hanging shall be drawn: their heads shall be of gold, and the sockets of brass.	37 Tu feras cinq colonnes d’acacia recouvertes d’or pour porter la tenture, les bases en seront de bronze et les crochets d’or.
