Zacarías 6

EL LIBRO DEL PUEBLO DE DIOS	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Yo levanté de nuevo los ojos y tuve una visión: Había cuatro carros que salían de entre las dos montañas, y las montañas eran de bronce.	1 Again I raised my eyes, and this is what I saw: four chariots coming out between two mountains, andthe mountains were mountains of bronze.
2 El primer carro era tirado por caballos rojos; el segundo por caballos negros;	2 The first chariot had red horses, the second chariot had black horses,
3 el tercero por caballos blancos y el cuarto por caballos manchados.	3 the third chariot had white horses and the fourth chariot had vigorous, piebald horses.
4 Tomé la palabra y dije al ángel que hablaba conmigo: «¿Qué son estos, mi Señor?».	4 I asked the angel who was talking to me, 'What are these, my lord?'
5 El me respondió: «¿Ellos avanzan de los cuatro vientos del cielo, después de haberse presentado ante el Señor de toda la tierra.	5 The angel replied, 'They are the four winds of heaven now leaving, after attending the Lord of the wholeworld.
6 El carro de caballos rojos avanza hacia el país del oriente; el de los caballos negros hacia el norte; el de los blancos hacia el occidente; y el de los manchados hacia el sur».	6 The black horses are leaving for the land of the north; the white are following them, and the piebald areleaving for the land of the south.'
7 Ellos avanzaron llenos de brío, ansiosos por recorrer la tierra. El ángel les dijo: «Vayan a recorrer la tierra». Y ellos recorrieron la tierra.	7 They came out vigorously, eager to patrol the world. He said to them, 'Go and patrol the world.' Andthey patrol ed the world.
8 El me llamó y me dijo: «Mira, los que avanzan hacia el país del Norte hacen reposar mi espíritu en ese país».	8 He called to me and said, 'Look, the ones going to the land of the north brought my spirit to rest on theland of the north.'
9 La palabra del Señor me llegó en estos términos:	9 Then the word of Yahweh was addressed to me as fol ows,
10 Recoge las ofrendas de los deportados: de Jeldai, de Tobías y de Iedaías. Tú mismo irás ese día a la casa de Josías, hijo de Sefanías, adonde ellos acaban de llegar de Babilonia:	10 'Col ect silver and gold from the exiles, from Heldai, Tobijah and Jedaiah, then (you yourself go thesame day) go to the house of Josiah son of Zephaniah, who has arrived from Babylon.
11 tomarás la plata y el oro, harás una corona y la pondrás sobre la cabeza de Josué, hijo de Iehosadac, el Sumo Sacerdote.	11 Then, taking the silver and gold, make a crown and place it on the head of the high priest Joshua sonof Jehozadak.
12 Tú le dirás: Así habla el Señor de los ejércitos: Aquíha y un hombre llamado «Germen»» allí donde esté, algo va a germinar, y el reconstruirá el Templo del Señor.	12 And say this to him, "Yahweh Sabaoth says this: Here is a man whose name is Branch; where he is,there will be a branching out (and he wil rebuild Yahweh's sanctuary).
13 El reconstruirá el Templo del Señor, llevará las insignias reales, se sentará y dominará en su trono. Habrá un sacerdote a su derecha, y habrá un perfecto acuerdo entre los dos.	13 Yes, he is the one who wil rebuild Yahweh's sanctuary; he wil wear the royal insignia and sit on histhrone and govern, with a priest on his right. Perfect peace wil reign between these two.
14 Y la corona será para Jeldai, Tobías y Iedaías, y para Josías, hijo de Sefanías, un memorial en el Templo del Señor.	14 And the crown wil serve Heldai, Tobijah, Jedaiah and the son of Zephaniah as a memorial of favour inYahweh's sanctuary.
15 Entonces los que están lejos vendrán y reconstruirán el Santuario del Señor. Así sabrán que me envió a ustedes el Señor de los ejércitos. Esto sucederá si escuchan verdaderamente la voz del Señor, su Dios.	15 And those now far away wil come and work on the building of Yahweh's sanctuary." 'Then you willknow that Yahweh Sabaoth has sent me to you. It wil happen if you diligently obey the voice of Yahweh yourGod.'
