1 He then took me out into the outer court on the north side and led me to the room facing the court, thatis to say, to the front of the building on the north side.	1 A zatim me povede na sjever, u vanjsko predvorje, i dovede me do prostorija nasuprot ograđenom prostoru, nasuprot zdanju prema sjeveru.
2 Along the front, it was a hundred cubits long on the north side and fifty cubits wide.	2 Pročelje im sa sjeverne strane bijaše dugo sto lakata, a široko pedeset lakata.
3 Facing the gateways of the inner court and facing the paving of the outer court was a gal ery in front ofthe triple gal ery,	3 Nasuprot vratima unutrašnjeg predvorja i nasuprot pločniku vanjskoga predvorja bijahu hodnici jedan prema drugome na tri boja.
4 and in front of the rooms was a walk, ten cubits measured inwards and a hundred cubits long; theirdoors looked north.	4 Pred prostorijama bijaše prolaz prema unutrašnjosti – deset lakata širok i sto lakata dugačak. Vrata im bijahu okrenuta na sjever.
5 The top-floor rooms were narrow because the gal eries took up part of the width, being narrower thanthose on the ground floor or those on the middle floor of the building;	5 Gornje prostorije, jer im prostor oduzimahu hodnici, bijahu manje od donjih i srednjih.
6 these were divided into three storeys and had no columns such as the court had. Hence they werenarrower than the ground floor ones or the middle-floor ones (below them).	6 Jer bijahu na tri boja, ali ne imahu stupova kao u predvorju. Zato gornje prostorije bijahu uže od donjih i srednjih.
7 The outer wal paral el to the rooms, facing them and giving onto the outer court, was fifty cubits long,	7 Vanjski zid, duž klijeti, prema vanjskom predvorju, ispred klijeti, bijaše dugačak pedeset lakata.
8 the length of the rooms facing the outer court being fifty cubits, while for those facing the hal of theTemple it was a hundred cubits.	8 Jer dužina klijetima vanjskoga predvorja bijaše pedeset lakata, a onima pred Hekalom sto lakata.
9 Beneath the rooms there was an entrance from the east, leading in from the outer court.	9 U tih prostorija bijaše ulaz s istoka onomu tko im prilazi iz vanjskog predvorja.
10 In the thickness of the wal of the court, on the south side fronting the court and the building, wererooms.	10 Po širini zida predvorja prema istoku, pred ograđenim prostorom i pred samim zdanjem, bijaše još prostorijâ.
11 A walk ran in front of them, as with the rooms built on the north side; they were of the same lengthand breadth, and were of similar design with similar doors in and out.	11 Pred njima bijaše prolaz kao ispred klijeti smještenih prema sjeveru: jednake dužine i jednake širine; i svi im izlazi, raspored i vrata bijahu jednaki.
12 Before the rooms on the south side there was an entrance at the end of each walk, opposite thecorresponding wall on the east side, at their entries.	12 Bili su kao ulazi u klijeti što bijahu prema jugu: ulaz na početku svakog prolaza, nasuprot zidu zdanja, prema istoku onomu tko bi u njih ulazio.
13 He said to me, 'The northern and southern rooms giving onto the court are the rooms of thesanctuary, in which the priests who approach Yahweh will eat the most holy things. In them will be placed themost holy things: the oblation, the sacrifice for sin and the sacrifice of reparation, since this is a holy place.	13 I reče mi: »Sjeverne i južne prostorije ispred ograđenog prostora jesu prostorije Svetišta: ondje svećenici koji prilaze Jahvi blaguju najveće svetinje. Oni će ovdje odlagati najveće svetinje, prinose, okajnice i naknadnice, jer je to mjesto sveto.
14 Once the priests have entered, they wil not go out of the holy place into the outer court withoutleaving their liturgical vestments there, since these vestments are holy; they will put on other clothes beforegoing near places assigned to the people.'	14 A kad svećenici budu ulazili, neće izlaziti iz Svetišta u vanjsko predvorje, nego će tu ostavljati odjeću u kojoj bijahu službu služili, jer je sveta, i oblačiti drugu odjeću da bi se mogli približiti mjestu određenu za narod.«
15 When he had finished measuring the inside of the Temple, he took me out to the east gate andmeasured it right round the sides.	15 Izmjerivši unutrašnjost Doma, izvede me na istočna vrata i izmjeri sve uokolo.
16 He measured the east side with his measuring rod: a total of five hundred cubits by the measuringrod.	16 Mjeračkom trskom izmjeri istočnu stranu: bijaše pet stotina trska, mjeračkih trska,
17 He then measured the north side: a total of five hundred cubits by the measuring rod.	17 a zatim se okrenu i izmjeri sjevernu stranu: bijaše pet stotina trska, mjeračkih trska.
18 He then measured the south side: five hundred cubits by the measuring rod	18 Tada se okrenu na južnu stranu i izmjeri: pet stotina trska, mjeračkih trska.
19 was the total. On the west side he measured five hundred cubits by the measuring rod.	19 Potom se okrenu na zapadnu stranu i izmjeri: pet stotina trska, mjeračkih trska.
20 He measured the entire enclosing wall on al four sides: length five hundred, breadth five hundred,separating the sacred from the profane.	20 On izmjeri zid na sve četiri strane uokolo: bijaše pet stotina trska dugačak i pet stotina širok. Odvajao je sveto mjesto od nesvetoga.
