LA SACRA BIBBIA	DOUAI-RHEIMS
1 Di Davide. Salmo. Oracolo del Signore al mio signore: "Siedi alla mia destra, finché io ponga i tuoi nemici a sgabello dei tuoi piedi".	1 The Lord said to my Lord: Sit thou at my right hand: Until I make thy enemies thy footstool.
2 Lo scettro della tua potenza stenda il Signore da Sion perché tu domini in mezzo ai tuoi nemici.	2 The Lord will send forth the sceptre of thy power out of Sion: rule thou in the midst of thy enemies.
3 Il tuo popolo sta pronto nel giorno del tuo valore, in sacri splendori, dal grembo dell'aurora, per te è il fiore della tua gioventù.	3 With thee is the principality in the day of thy strength: in the brightness of the saints: from the womb before the day star I begot thee.
4 Il Signore ha giurato e non si pente: "Tu sei sacerdote per sempre secondo l'ordine di Melchisedek".	4 The Lord hath sworn, and he will not repent: Thou art a priest for ever according to the order of Melchisedech.
5 Il Signore starà alla tua destra: abbatterà i re nel giorno della sua ira.	5 The Lord at thy right hand hath broken kings in the day of his wrath.
6 Eseguirà il giudizio fra le genti, ammucchierà cadaveri, abbatterà le teste su vasta regione.	6 He shall judge among nations, he shall fill ruins: he shall crush the heads in the land of the many.
7 Lungo la via berrà al torrente, per questo solleverà il capo.	7 He shall drink of the torrent in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.
