1 He brought me back to the entrance of the Temple, where a stream flowed eastwards from under theTemple threshold, for the Temple faced east. The water flowed from under the right side of the Temple, south ofthe altar.	1 Потом привел он меня обратно к дверям храма, и вот, из-под порога храма течет вода на восток, ибо храм стоял лицом на восток, и вода текла из-под правого бока храма, по южную сторону жертвенника.
2 He took me out by the north gate and led me right round outside as far as the outer east gate where the water flowed out on the right-hand side.	2 И вывел меня северными воротами, и внешним путем обвел меня к внешним воротам, путем, обращенным к востоку; и вот, вода течет по правую сторону.
3 The man went off to the east holding his measuring line and measured off a thousand cubits; he thenmade me wade across the stream; the water reached my ankles.	3 Когда тот муж пошел на восток, то в руке держал шнур, и отмерил тысячу локтей, и повел меня по воде; воды было по лодыжку.
4 He measured off another thousand and made me wade across the stream again; the water reachedmy knees. He measured off another thousand and made me wade across the stream again; the water reachedmy waist.	4 И [еще] отмерил тысячу, и повел меня по воде; воды было по колено. И еще отмерил тысячу, и повел меня; воды было по поясницу.
5 He measured off another thousand; it was now a river which I could not cross; the stream had swol enand was now deep water, a river impossible to cross.	5 И еще отмерил тысячу, и уже тут был такой поток, через который я не мог идти, потому что вода была так высока, что надлежало плыть, а переходить нельзя было этот поток.
6 He then said, 'Do you see, son of man?' He then took me and brought me back to the bank on theriver.	6 И сказал мне: 'видел, сын человеческий?' и повел меня обратно к берегу этого потока.
7 Now, when I reached it, I saw an enormous number of trees on each bank of the river.	7 И когда я пришел назад, и вот, на берегах потока много было дерев по ту и другую сторону.
8 He said, 'This water flows east down to the Arabah and to the sea; and flowing into the sea it makesits waters wholesome.	8 И сказал мне: эта вода течет в восточную сторону земли, сойдет на равнину и войдет в море; и воды его сделаются здоровыми.
9 Wherever the river flows, all living creatures teeming in it wil live. Fish wil be very plentiful, forwherever the water goes it brings health, and life teems wherever the river flows.	9 И всякое живущее существо, пресмыкающееся там, где войдут две струи, будет живо; и рыбы будет весьма много, потому что войдет туда эта вода, и воды [в море] сделаются здоровыми, и, куда войдет этот поток, все будет живо там.
10 There will be fishermen on its banks. Fishing nets will be spread from En-Gedi to En-Eglaim. Thespecies of fish wil be the same as the fish of the Great Sea.	10 И будут стоять подле него рыболовы от Ен-Гадди до Эглаима, будут закидывать сети. Рыба будет в своем виде и, как в большом море, рыбы будет весьма много.
11 The marshes and lagoons, however, wil not become wholesome, but wil remain salt.	11 Болота его и лужи его, которые не сделаются здоровыми, будут оставлены для соли.
12 Along the river, on either bank, will grow every kind of fruit tree with leaves that never wither and fruitthat never fails; they wil bear new fruit every month, because this water comes from the sanctuary. And theirfruit wil be good to eat and the leaves medicinal.'	12 У потока по берегам его, с той и другой стороны, будут расти всякие дерева, доставляющие пищу: листья их не будут увядать, и плоды на них не будут истощаться; каждый месяц будут созревать новые, потому что вода для них течет из святилища; плоды их будут употребляемы в пищу, а листья на врачевание.
13 'The Lord Yahweh says this, "This wil be the territory which you must distribute among the twelvetribes of Israel, with two portions for Joseph.	13 Так говорит Господь Бог: вот распределение, по которому вы должны разделить землю в наследие двенадцати коленам Израилевым: Иосифу два удела.
14 You wil each have a fair share of it, since I swore to your fathers that I would give it to them, and thiscountry now falls to you as your heritage.	14 И наследуйте ее, как один, так и другой; так как Я, подняв руку Мою, клялся отдать ее отцам вашим, то и будет земля сия наследием вашим.
15 These wil be the frontiers of the country. On the north, from the Great Sea, the road from Hethlon tothe Pass of Hamath, Zedad,	15 И вот предел земли: на северном конце, начиная от великого моря, через Хетлон, по дороге в Цедад,
16 Berothah, Sibraim lying between the territories of Damascus and Hamath, to Hazer-ha-Tikon on theborders of Hauran;	16 Емаф, Берот, Сивраим, находящийся между Дамасскою и Емафскою областями Гацар-Тихон, который на границе Аврана.
17 the frontier wil extend from the sea to Hazer-Enon, with the territory of Damascus and the territory ofHamath to the north; that wil be the northern frontier.	17 И будет граница от моря до Гацар-Енон, граница с Дамаском, и далее на севере область Емаф; и вот северный край.
18 On the east, the Jordan wil serve as frontier between Hauran and Damascus, between Gilead andIsrael, down to the Eastern Sea as far as Tamar; that wil be the eastern frontier.	18 Черту восточного края ведите между Авраном и Дамаском, между Галаадом и землею Израильскою, по Иордану, от северного края до восточного моря; это восточный край.
19 On the south, from Tamar southward to the Waters of Meribah in Kadesh, to the Wadi and the GreatSea; that wil be the southern frontier.	19 А южный край с полуденной стороны от Тамары до вод пререкания при Кадисе, и по течению потока до великого моря; это полуденный край на юге.
20 And to the west, the Great Sea wil serve as frontier up to the point opposite the Pass of Hamath; thatwil be the western frontier.	20 Западный же предел--великое море, от южной границы до места против Емафа; это западный край.
21 You must distribute this country among yourselves, among the tribes of Israel.	21 И разделите себе землю сию на уделы по коленам Израилевым.
22 You must distribute it as a heritage for yourselves and the aliens settled among you who havefathered children among you, since you must treat them as citizens of Israel. They must draw lots for theirheritage with you, among the tribes of Israel.	22 И разделите ее по жребию в наследие себе и иноземцам, живущим у вас, которые родили у вас детей; и они среди сынов Израилевых должны считаться наравне с природными жителями, и они с вами войдут в долю среди колен Израилевых.
23 You wil give the alien his heritage in the tribe where he has settled -- declares the Lord Yahweh." '	23 В котором колене живет иноземец, в том и дайте ему наследие его, говорит Господь Бог.
